The design was wrong from the beginning... there was very poor communication on what was going on our when the install was going to happen.... they scheduled once and didn't show then rescheduled and said they weren't showing the second time then halfway through the day changed and decided to come... Then they smashed my gutter with a ladder knocked a hole in my roof with something and didn't tell me about it left trash all over the roof I'm not happy about it at all

Bout a 50 panel system for my house to cover house and my grow room. Was asked if I wanted it to cover up to the electrical bill or go over coverage and I said go over the amount needed. We have the panels installed and I’m told it will cover it but I should have confirmed it in writing because my contract is up to 85 percent and other than cutting a tree down they are just saying well sorry but good luck. Also make sure you get a consumption meter so you are not estimating numbers. My house uses 31000 kWh. System apparently produced 21600 kwh. Annually.

I signed a contract back on June 30th 2023. Here it is Dec 3, 2023 and my system has yet to be commissioned. Legacy representatives never answer emails, return phone calls or respond to texts. I am absolutely horrified at all the negative reviews I am finding. These reviews reflect the same experience I am having. Legacy Solar is concerned only with getting the sale. After that they simply don't care. My greatest fear is they will file bankruptcy soon. Stay away from these people.

The first installation appointment they started the project on the wrong side of house. The approved plan was changed without my knowledge and I wasn't home when they started working. They had to srop and reschedule to move to the back. 2 months later my front roof hasn't been repaired and it's less than 2 yrs old so I'm beyond pissed. No clue if the panels are working. The sales representative doesn't reply or answer my calls. Very disappointing service.

HORRIBLE. They do not stand up to the mission. They say right on their website they provide you a system that will save you money. They did not and when I request them to make it right they said I have to pay for more panels. The system they quoted and told me would save me is not large enough for my home and I now pay more money with Solar then I ever did without. Do not use this company. They will scam you and not return your calls or respond to your concerns. HORRIBLE

They seem really friendly and helpful until the panels are installed, then they ghost you right after. Before we even got our PTO they were ignoring us and stopped giving us updates. Now that we have our PTO, there's still one more thing they have to install for us to see our power usage. It's been months and they won't answer my calls or call me back. It's absurd.

Highly recommend not doing business with any solar panel company that has to go door-to-door soliciting sales. The LGCY sales rep did not disclose the single most important feature on the contract - the 10 day cancellation period. It was in the fine print. Please do your homework and work with a company that does not have to go door-to-door soliciting sales with high pressure tactics. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST.

It's been several weeks since I heard from anyone at customer service about your company and a scam that was put on us by a "regional manager" and have yet to have this resolved. I have emailed and called and left messages and still no responce. I spoke with Rocky Mountain Power and they said that lgcy has NOT sent them a AHJ form , now our sysstem passed inspection on the 8th of February.

I was told by my sales director Barney W that any excess power sent back to the power company would be paid back to me at the same rate as what they charge. As a result, I decided to double my solar needs for future changes. Barney W LIED to me. They do not pay the same rate, rather a fuel recovery rate of 1/5th of the retail rate. Barney needs to be fired. He cost me thousands of dollars!!!

Not really happy with the way the business is being handle. After the seller made the deal and I signed the papers he has disappear. He doesn't answer my phone calls, text and emails. It seems to me he doesn't care much on the follow up end. All he seems to care and having customers sign the contract and he moves on. Not much explaining after that. I had to scramble to find out what is going on. And event to this date still in limbo as to how everything is going to workout.

LGCY Power abandon me after they installed the system, Very poor customer service, I have some questions to ask, I be promised my representative will contact , he never contacted me until today. , I’m still paying high electricity bills, they told if system is installed after few. Months my bill will drop to $10 to $15 but it never happened.

He came to my house saying I’m going to get a thousand dollars when the solar panels were installed and that after a year on our tax return we would get thirteen thousand dollars from a program because “we went solar” all that was a lie and I would have just stayed with just nv energy knowing this was all too good to be true. I’m going to keep on investigating and get help from my people because I think that’s really unfair that he deceived my family like that with all that false information

They initially sold themselves as part of SunRun even wearing a SunRun shirt. Installers took much longer than expected and multiple attempts due to not bringing necessary equipment. Was told someone would show us how to read everything and be sure everything was up and running when it was done, but instead was given and phone call b an email and told me to check it out myself.

I give one star because your associate is ill informed about the HOA process and how to proceed with multiplex buildings. Your company needs to be better equipped with troubleshooting project plans per HOA specifications. The HOA has governing rights per covenants that are included with properties owned within their areas. Please educate and advise all they need to become more informed know that the HOA has final day of projects to be completed

Was told I would get a tax rebate to put back into the program to keep my monthly payment locked in but that was incorrect and when I tried to contact Jake about it, he quit responding. I asked to finance company for advice and their response was “you signed a contract.” Now my payments are increasing. I will talk anyone who asks out of doing business with lgcy

I sent a telegram, as directed, to cancel the contract. I was assured by their agent that the contract had been canceled. After I received an email from the finance company confirming the loan was completed, I tried contacting LGCY and my agent. I am still waiting for a return call, email, text message, anything. The agent became aggressive and angry when I decided to not go forward, and I've been outright lied to as far as the cancellation. Beware.

The sales rep Jed S doesn’t reply to calls after the sale has been made. I was promised by him critter guards but they were never installed. Tried to contact him several times regarding this, a couple times he said that he will let sunrun know about it but they never did anything. Then he just stopped answering messages and calls. Same goes for one of the office girls she asked me to send her pictures of the critter problem then stoped responding. All I received was a third party company estimate for installing the critter guards.
