This is a terrible company. They misrepresent their product and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. They treat their customers very poorly. You will end up with a system that does nothing and a huge loan for tens of thousands of dollars. Stay away!

This company is terrible..I still am not using solar but paying for something I'm not using..plus I haven't heard a thing from them..no matter how hard I try they just won't keep me posted..people do your research on this company or you will be stuck paying for something your not using..stay away from this company

Absolutely the worst company I have ever purchased a product and service. Installation was late, 8 months and counting for service on a panel that is not functioning. customer service is like a black hole. Requests are received and no action taken.

Worst customer service ever. Took me 8 months to get them turned on, finally got them turned on and after only a month they are now not working. I don't recommend solar for anyone because you end up paying for electricity and for the panels.

Crystal turned out to lacked the expertise of scheduling. When I tried to contact, she gave me the run-around. When I asked to speak her manager, she refused to provide the contact information. In other words, she lacks interpersonal communication skills, lies and as an employer myself, she would have been fired.

Fonda

There was a loose wire after the panels were installed that had to be fixed on one group of panels. It was a pretty quick fix when they sent out someone to look at it.
