I don't the way the panels were installed. I sent a picture to the person who came to our house and have not heard a response as of yet. I am not happy and will not allow the system to be turned on until this problem is solved. The panels were not installed in the configuration that was presented to me.

The crew was horrible tore up the yard didn’t fix it . Didn’t have materials the first day . Sat in vehicles and smoke marijuana . Sat on phones and talked crap about my house !! Highly disappointed!! Wouldn’t recommend! The only good worker was the electrician!

Was a long process, crews took 6 days to finish job. Tore up parts of our yard with equipment, left trash in our driveway, looked out the window numerous times and seen them sitting around on their phones. told us power would be out for 2 hours and it was out for 6 hours resulting in us throwing everything in a refrigerator/feeezer away.

Crew came 5 days early to install. Language barrier as they did not speak English. Got the run around from incompetent people at the company. Tried to deliver more material the day before my original appt date. Then was contacted from another crew trying to schedule installing 2 weeks after it was done. Very bad communication

I've been trying to contact someone for months regarding if my panels were working effectively. I wanted someone to come out and check but no one has come! I've even contacted BBB and they can't reach anyone! I'm on the verge of contacting a lawyer as it seems to be a breach in contract on warranty.
