The team that BetterEarth sent from Cerritos, CA was top notch. The team of Saul, Ignacio, Rolando and Carlos were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and their work showed great attention to detail. We were extremely pleased with the looks of the installation overall and would highly recommend them. When we had questions they took time to answer them making sure we understood and were satisfied with the answer. They were hindered by the of the local warehouse that they had to work with and were not given necessary equipment to work with. The second day they were here they informed us that another technician would have to bring and install a couple of parts that the warehouse apparently did not have. Overall we were extremely happy with the workmanship of the team of young men sent to our location. Thank you.

I had my solar system installed by LGCY over a year ago and by far they are the best company to deal with concerning solar here in eastern North Carolina. I have heard horror stories about other companies but LGCY has great communication and the install was complete within a couple days excluding the normal inspections and the time it might take leading up to the final phase of working but that is mainly because of scheduling many entities together. That’s where the great communication comes in and LGCY did a wonderful job on pulling it all together. I absolutely love solar and I have no regrets. The backup battery is amazing!

I've been provided with solar through Sunrun since December 2022, and that was established by LGCY Power. I've enjoyed working with their group since day one! I feel like they're very communicative (I still touch base with the original reps who set up my solar every now and then -- shout out to Jac M and Kenny C) and help resolve any issues or questions I have quickly. I appreciated that they were kind and transparent throughout our interactions, but - even more importantly - I don't feel like they try to twist or hide anything. I can openly talk numbers with them, and in the end that really is one of the things that matters most when you invest in solar for your home. I have loved knowing what my electric bill will be each month rather than being anxious about the volatility in rate changes from SDG&E, and LGCY Power helped give me that peace of mind. Priceless, and I'd recommend them to anyone shopping around for solar.

I live in VALLEJO, CA. And I was just visited by two of the nicest people I could ever hope to meet in California or ANYWHERE. Their names were Ting and Cody and yes, they were trying to sell me SOLAR POWERED EQUIPMENT. But after I told them I rented this home and was moving away from California because it's too expensive to live here, they chatted with me anyway and NOT about solar only but just nice, friendly chit chat about lots of things. If TING and CODY represent this company, and this company is EVEN "HALF AS GOOD" as these two young adults who represent you, then your product must be worth buying! And P.S. THEY DESERVE A RAISE!!!

we talked to several companies and my husband and I were both blown away by the representative who came to our home. He truly educated us on the processes involved and the plusses and minuses of solar in general and the various types of technology used to make it work. He went into great detail and did so with ease while my husband rattled off questions. We were both so wowed that we requested to start immediately. Before allowing us to sign flew a drone to examine a concern on the roof that another company said not to worry and if it was an issue that they would fix it during install. He said that it could pose a great challenge to financing if there was an issue with our chimney and it was only noticed when it was time for panels. On top of that we found him to be hilarious and passionate about the industry. I work as a recruiter and it is very rare to find talent like his.

I really like the rep. Halie C. She is a people person, very knowledgeable of her product and the entire process. She worked with us and kept us in the loop. It was a one-day install and looks and works great. Halie has responded promptly to my questions and informed us of the time frame in which things happen. From installation to actually working took too long for me, not a LGCY problem. I do have one minor concern. The installers left debris in my grass. Nuts, wire ties, pieces of wire, and wire installation. I have two puppies and the wire ties present a concern. I am able to monitor my solar production and with a little math, it looks like I am on track to generate 14.7 % more than my annual usage. Converting is a no-brainer, it is great for the environment and will assist the grid. You do not have to go all in, you can start with 25% and add on. Next is an electric car.

Very knowledgeable about Sunrun products and purchase options. Reagan and Abe were extremely helpful in guiding me to the right purchase decision for our family's needs. They always responded quickly to all the questions we had. What I liked the least was the installation was not at the high quality that I expected. There were several minor issues that were resolved quickly. Maybe they just had a bad day. Our solar system was installed in 4-6 hours. All corrections were made within the next 10 days. The inspection went seamlessly, and we were up and running in no time. Thanks Reagan, for all your help!

Sales team tried to sell features that planning team doesn't use, planning team made poor designs based on shade of surrounding houses. 3rd party contractors did poor Job checking outputs during initial installation, as well as install/reinstall damaging shingles.

In order to use the LGCY app to track performance of our array, we need a map of the panels. However, despite multiple attempts and many phone calls, we have not received the map. I had a very good sales experience. My sale personnel was very knowledgeable, listened intently and answered ALL my questions. I had gotten estimates from several companies, but Jason made it easy for me to decide to go with LGCY. The installation was a let down for me. First, the incorrect panel colors were used and my wife is particularly unhappy about that, we failed our first city inspection and had to do another inspection with some corrections. This whole time, I was already paying for a more expensive electricity service. I had 10 of the 21 microinverters not working. They initially did not read and eventually stopped producing. A technician came out to take a look to "rectify". This same issues has resurfaced again and I am on day 5 with half of my production. To say I am frustrated is putting it lightly. Ten of my MI are still not working and my production has dropped, costing me more money. Why did I even switch to solar, is the question I am asking myself. I have been promised a call for 5 days and still have not heard from anyone. I feel like I am no longer valuable since I already paid for the panels. Well, no one likes to feel undervalued or unheard. I am done talking about this.

I gave a low rating due to the lack of responsibility, professionalism and dignity! After he got us to sign and stated we only need to contact him for any issues or problems, he completely ghosted us. Could never contact him. I know people's work ethics is not what it used to be, but this is disgusting and downright terrible! I will NOT recommend LGCY power to anyone. From what I'm told this is happen a lot in your company! Personally I wouldn't want to do business with anyone that hires sales people like that. Your customers deserve way better, especially for the amount of money they are paying for your solar product! Whatever commission our sales person made should go back to us after the disrespectful treatment we got!

I don't know how or where they recruit there sales people that go door to door, but the person we got was good at first. Then once he had us get solar with you he was no where to be found. He made a lot of promises that were not for filled and definitely stopped responding to text messages and phone calls right away. I have already complained to the corporate office of legacy and they did help as much as possible. I was not pleased with they way he just flaked on us and we still had questions. We recommend my sister to go with legacy and he was supposed to give us $1,000 for a reference bonus. Never saw that money until I complained to the corporate about it. Eventually we did see that check, but never again will I recommend a friend or family to go with this company. I am not sure where you get these people, but they don't care about customer service at all. We should be getting his commission for our sale. He was awful and I hope he never does this to anyone else.

My experience is that whoever installed the solar panels on our home did a half-ass, mediocre job by utilizing the circuit breaker that was already in place (which was dedicated to both the running of our pool & our air conditioner). The addition of the solar panels overloaded our circuit breaker and caused a small FIRE. It melted the panel! I had to open an emergency service ticket to request that someone RETURN to fix this problem immediately. Once I opened the ticket, it was taken care of within a day (after I phoned to follow-up). The minute I wrote "FIRE" "URGENT" - it should have been given a priority status, not me having to follow-up. The second crew that came were VERY professional and installed a second circuit breaker specifically for the solar panels. We are still having problems with our pool as a result of the power surge - the pump on our pool isn't working and requires another repair. We were also without our air conditioner (during over 100 degree weather in Antioch) for several days. The second team was very professional and good. If I ran your company, I would ID what employee did the initial installation and terminate their employment because they put both us (your client) at risk AND put your company at risk. They're a liability! You need to follow-through on that extremely poor judgement they showed.

I don't think there was enough feedback to me about what was going on with every stage, I had to keep calling asking about the loop inspection. Even when it was final, and we had to do final inspections, the information as far as what you do next was not available. I think the people at LGCY Power are honest, I think the service departments are top notch. The gentleman I talked to was named Chris, and I thought he did a very good job of explaining not only the program, but my question. The installation process went very well, the guys were here early. He told me exactly what they were going to do. They did a great job.

I was supposed to recieve a $2,000 incentive for going through LGCY and never got it. I reached out to both the sales rep and customer service and havent recieved any resolution to this. No responses back from the rep, and no follow through when I emailed customer service back. This has been extremely frustrating.

Chose them because of the incentive they offer. I am still missing some of the skirts for the solar panel and I was given some wrong information about switching electrical parts. I still had to pay for the electric bill for the next month or so. Installation was pretty smooth.

Very poor experience. Had 4 different employees, 4 different times tell us that our panels were working. Each time someone else had to come and fix them. No communication on times when they would show up to the house. No local management available to help. Had one employee tell me that the original installation team was written up because of their poor job

All has been done very well for most part. Having a hard time getting final approval though. Keep on putting it off without notifying. us. Still waiting despite 3 scheduled dates that have been postponed.

They are not very responsive. My contact was going to "get back to me" on two questions that he never did get back to me on. Plus he lied to me about how credits work with my electrical company. I believe he likely lied about other things too but I just haven't researched everything to prove it yet. He made a comment during our meeting that should have been a bigger clue. He said his biggest challenge is that people assume he is lying. They are probably right.

Our neighbor was getting solar panels and the sales guy talked to us and we decided to go with them. They totally underestimated the timing for the installation. They said two and a half days and it took two to three weeks to get back to finish it.
