Very responsive early on during the sales process, but since, we've had to chase them down about installation schedule, and after three months of being turned on and supposedly being commissioned by PG&E, we're still getting bills from PG&E, and the run around from LGCY.

Haven't turned them on yet its been almost 3 months since our system was installed but hasn't been turned on yet. Apparently we failed the first inspection and now we're just playing g the quiting game. I really hope it gets turned on soon.

I still don't have solar service. My inspection failed and haven't heard anything else. My first payment t is coming up and nowt only I have a huge electric bill, but I have a solar bill now to pay. I have to call to try ang some type of updates and nobody really knows anything. I'm told that II will receive a call back and still waiting for it.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and persuasive. The installation process went well but it sat there two months without being hooked up. Once the panels are in place there is a problem getting service.

I like the Legacy power app. You can actually monitor your system without any additional money. The installation process was pretty fast. The inspection process was incredibly slow.

The is still not complete and it's been over three months. I have had my integrity attacked and have thr texts from the agent to prove it. As well as thr communication from agents goes from one hundred percent to zero once they put the panels up on your roof. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Their planning and organization skills are lack luster. The follow through is subpar and don't deliver on promise. I will be having these panels taking down as they are just an ornament on my roof.

That don’t keep their word. They started with the sales in Jan. In Feb. I was told they would design a system get approval and install system in 6 weeks have it going. They promised a new smart thermostat. It is now May and making my first payment for a solar system that’s not working. And I asked them about the thermostat several times and still not installed. So what would you rate this company at!!!!

I was promised that they were setting me up with enough solar to cover my electricity bill and then some! They LIED to me straight on. They were regular dishonest sales men. And as soon as they get paid, GOOD LUCK getting in contact with them. I wish this company would have never came to my door. Shame on me for trusting that someone wouldn’t be out there to just screw people over and lie straight to their faces. And the company does nothing to fix it! This has caused me so much stress!

4 months later after being sold on solar panels we still do not have permission to operate. All paper work and information has been incorrect as we have told them for past few months. They Lied about 3 months free, it's actually 2 months with no payments that do not go towards loan. Our signatures were forged on HOA approval through sales rep. Highly do recommend going through this money. Save your time and go with someone else.

The individuals that installed the panels did a really good job and were very nice. Only thing is that they left a stack of the poles in my garage. Like they didn’t need all of them. Just wish they would have taken them with them because now I have to find a way to get rid of them.

Once you get on your providers solar buy back plan you start to see the savings. Even in Texas heat bills are $60 and under. And a 30+% tax credit really helps with the cost. Based on my limited needs so far customer service has been great.

We’ve had solar for a year and a half now. No complaints! We put off getting solar for a while but I’m glad we made the leap when we did. We saved a lot of money in the long run. The crew needs a trencher or rent a trencher. The poor crew hand dug the long trench from the barn to my house. It took all day and none of the solar part got done that day. If it wouldn’t have rain right before they came it probably would’ve taken them two days. I felt so sorry for them. Surely a small trencher or rent would have been cheaper than paying 4 guys to hand dig a trench. The crew was friendly but spoke very little English but we managed to communicate.

Legacy solar

They completed the installation even though there was a delay in the solar panels being delivered. Also, explanation of how system functioned and that there was an inspection process of the system from city and Ameren. All work completed on the installation on the same day.

They were on time and very polite. Worked hard all day. They had to return to Reno for something they needed. This is a lengthy drive. They returned and finished the job even though it was much later that day. I appreciate the integrity in their promise to return and finish. Very professional.

The installers were amazing. They were very polite and friendly and did a great job. Very meticulous very particular and overall did a wonderful job. We couldn’t say enough about them. They should be commended for their work. We were very impressed.
