When I first researched solar companies, a review that stated "I love watching the meter rewind". It's literally my favorite thing! This company is amazing! Answers all questions and easy to deal with. Great customer service!

I initially inquired about solar with Sunrun. Brian came to my home and completely explained the process. After doing an energy analysis I decided to proceed. Brian and the Sunrun team were terrific throughout the process and the installation as well as follow up.

My house has been using solar panels from Sunrun for two northern Colorado winters now. My electric bill has only twice but above $8.65, but twice I received checks from the electric company for supplying them. My solar bill is constant. I’m really amazed that I don’t see solar panels on every home here in Colorado.

Sunrun did everything they said they were going to do. As of this month Tucson electric power owes me money. I can’t tell you how much I love that however it took a long time to get the solar set up as Sunrun and TEP could not agree on the correct configuration, my system went online in July after several months of negotiation with TEP overall I like the system. It seems senseless to not have solar in Arizona.

Picking a solar company was not easy after doing my research I chose SunRun and it was a great decision. Big projects never go smooth but working dedicated and honest people like myself made the difference. I give my full approval of this company in every aspect and love my solar system.

The process to request the installation of solar panels is incredibly easy! Everyone has been so kind and helpful. They walk you through every step and follow up to make sure everything is perfect! A truly amazing company with the best staff!

Our Sunrun solar panels have been everything we were told they would be. We worked with Marc L. who explained and made the installation process work smoothly. The installers were very professional and the system has worked well for more than a year now. It has paid for itself.

We had a great experience with Sunrun. Sales rep was patient and upbeat. Answered my 1000 questions. Had to do a panel upgrade as part of this and the electrician team was top notch. A great job across the board. Array is turned on now and it feels fantastic to be generating green power.

I had Sunrun install.our solar panel on our house. I would recommend that you use this company to install your. They were friendly, competent and efficient at all levels of the installation. I am also very happy with my electric bill too, which has often been 0!... and I have been charging an electric car for a year.

Very easy process from day one, they took care of everything and the installation only took a day and have never had a problem since they have started producing. Going solar has saved me a lot of money even with only leasing them. If I could have purchased them, I’d be saving even more. Definitely recommend for your solar solutions.

Everything went smoothly and as promised. No surprises. System works well, financing with Mosaic easy, low interest, good communication from both Sunrun & Mosaic. We're very happy with our system. Plus the tax credit was incredible!

We love our system. And we really enjoyed our salesperson, Barbara. She insured our experience would be a good one and she delivered on that. From the start of the construction to the final activation, everything went according to the stated plan. How refreshing.

The experience with sunrun was a great experience. If I had questions they when ere right on top of things. I was always notified when workers were going to be there and what they were doing. Cleanup was great. The workers were great and if I hd any questions for them they were right on it. I would recommend sunrun to anyone, no hesitation.

Did not like the time involved with each step of the approval process, but that is on the local and utility company inspectors. Once the system was activated, it has worked flawlessly, generating up to 6+Kw per hour on sunny days, and 47 KWh for the day as recently as March 31, 2024.

I received the best Service from Sunrun. I am satisfied with everything. Though the processing took a long time due to City securing permit to Southern Cal Edison requirements.

I love the money that I save each month, especially in the summer months. I am unsure if all of the rain and clouds have really affected the production of power, but the last 2 months my bill has increased.

The ONLY reason i recommend Sunrun is because of Auston A. Whenever I have an issue he is the only one I can count on to follow through. I have dealt with service reps & project managers and they always promise but failed to deliver.

It hasn't given any issues. I'm on a test run right now billing has stopped until December, I wasn't giving a fair understanding of what the billing was all about, and I was billed so high. They want to see what the usage is and get back to me.

Service is good. We did have a problem initially when half of the solar panels were found to not be connected to the system. It took a long time to get that repaired. But otherwise, the service has been good. Once it got working, it did generate a lot of electricity and savings for us.

My salesperson was really good. I don't have any issues with them. I had a similar solar system in San Diego, California and they were easily 5000 more, for the same amount of panels.

If I completed this survey 12 months ago, I would have given 5 stars across the board. But this year I started to receive bill from my utility company because my system wasn’t covering 100% my power needs. When I contacted Sunrun customer service, they were unable so satisfactorily address my needs. As a result, I feel as if the original sales representative who signed me up didn’t explain the contract properly. I’m not saying I was intentionally misled, but certain important facts weren’t properly explained.

You monitor it and if there's a problem, you contact me to let me know that you need to come out and service my system. So far it has been a problem free for me and my electrical bill has gone way down.

Originally I was really happy with the representative and the information she gave me about their results and what they provided. I haven't heard from them since I got the solar panel. Our electric bill has been reduced tremendously. The installer was rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate, and was not patient with my questions.

It's performed very well, the amount of panels that the gentleman recommended when we installed them. The most I've ever paid for electricity at the end of the year has been $100 for the year.

There's a coordinated effort between Sunrun, the financing entity and the stakeholders (city permitting, electric service delivery entities). This made the process go smoothly. The Sunrun team was accessible to us and set expectations appropriately. The system is running well and we're able to track usage and savings. Note that the initial system installation was about a year ago and we are seeing savings. However, we added a battery and more panels during the last month. We think this will make a big difference in our savings with the electricity provider.

I would like to thank Damian P for walking me through the process of solar energy and making me feel comfortable with the choice I made to choose solar, and especially Sunrun for there prompt service and delivery of the system. Living in rural Sonoma County and the risk of rolling black outs are no longer a concern and the system looks great on the roof as well.

Sales team was excellent. Five stars explaining how a lease works and pricing. The installation team was 10 stars. They explained all technical things to a technical person including system operation. This included changes that needed to be made "on the fly" that occur when the planned installation design meets the actual home. I was informed of the changes needed. I was informed of any available options if more than one solution was available and the advantages/disadvantages for those options. Basically, they were knowledgeable, efficient, and communicating from beginning to end in the installation. This resulted in a very professional installation. Then we come to the after service support. This has two components. Hardware/installation and connection/billing. There were some issues with the Hardware that required the installation personnel to return and make adjustments. Something I expected because it is complex in all the wiring which had to be rerouted into a second breaker box that the backup battery can support. This also included them training me to understand what areas in the house are backed up for the battery I had selected. They quickly switched over a change I requested. The support side for getting connected with Sun Run, FPL and my Electric meter was a communications and procedural nightmare. This cost a star in the rating. The communication from the so-called customer satisfaction area was basically non-existent. FPL and Sunrun apparently were overwhelmed with installations. The paperwork required from Sun Run was lost or never submitted, so we were sending power to FPL through a one-way meter. This was indicated on the meter as being bought from FPL, which meant I was paying for the power I was generating. I resolved the issue by getting the Hardware support to temporarily shut-off my system and personaly submitted the required forms to FPL for the two-way meter. Once the two-way meter was installed and the system restarted, everything has operated flawlessly. This includes multiple power outages, from just moments to multiple hours. A lighting strike on the cable network system which damaged the cable boxes and stopped electrical power all over the neighborhood. My Sun Run system handled it without any issues. So, I am enjoying a reliable and fixed cost electrical system which has been stress tested and performing as designed. I now have a battery backup system and reliable power at approximately the same cost as my original annual power bill. My

I wish l did this years ago and all the times l just pasted suntan by. I never thought l would be saying this really works I was completely shocked lam saving so much money. a year l told all my friends they laugh at my until they see my bill. Then they say they made a mistake l just say yeah right 👌

They have a great service team. It started at the point of contact and included every person they sent to my house. There was one point when I thought that there was a malfunction. They assured me that I wouldn't need to hire anyone else to fix it. They talked me through it on the phone. y

I have had very good experiences. Except when I referred someone and I was given a hard time getting monies that was promise when refering some and they contracted for solar panels. But my rep. Ben helped me in a great way.

Fast, reliable, up front. They walk you through the whole process and they are there ever step of the way, even after install. They address any questions before during and even after the process, I can still call them up for trouble shooting. They stand by their work. Easiest process ever and felt I paid for what I received. No hidden anything.

Great customer support from the man who told us about the system, but I got poor customer support from my project manager. The product seems to be working right and it looks really good. I feel like I did the right thing environmentally with SunRun.

I've never had a problem with them. Anytime I've called, I receive a call back promptly and they have taken steps to resolve whatever problems we have had. I've only had two problems and they responded. This company has the best deal. Installation was excellent, they did a great job.

I haven't had any issues. I've been very pleased with the results that I've received from the solar panels. I liked the friendliness of the lady I talked to and she explained everything completely to me and did an excellent job. The installation process went extremely smoothly.

Everything was done on time, the agent that was in charge of everything kept in touch and everything went well. I've had the product for a little over a year now and it seems to be working very well, I have virtually no electric bills whatsoever. The installation process went very smoothly. I was really impressed with the installation and then with the follow up. I know that we're already over producing which is what I was hoping for. I'm pretty happy with leasing plan that we have. And I already recommended them a couple of times to friends. I just appreciate them doing follow up calls and making sure everything's working right.

SunRun has met every expectation. They did a nice job of staying in contact. It was not a high priority to me but they always kept me informed of the next step and what I should expect. They were very responsive and quick to act. It was just a very good experience with them. My energy production is very good with SunRun. The installation process was very good except there were a few issues. There were bolts going through my my porch area but sunrise came out and fixed the problem within a couple days which I greatly appreciate.

The people I worked with were the best people, they did their jobs and made things easier for me. Everything was right on time, my bills were low, you don't have to worry about stressing out about bills. I like the price. I also liked that they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess.
