Being an environmental activist, renewable energy is my way to go and this is where Sunnova comes in. Sunnova has durable and long lasting premium solar batteries. Using Sunnova has really helped me reduce on my electricity utility bills. However the post installation and customer service is abit lacking. Sunnova is however a good solar power service provider.

We could not be happier with our switch to solar. The entire process was very quick (less than 2 months and that was including a roof replacement). The entire team was responsive and transparent. After talking to a few solar companies, I am glad we went with Sunnova! I have already recommended to friends who were considering going solar.

System was designed and installed inspected through County and State permitted rather quickly and have not had an issue with System since installation, saving a significant amount of money in the bill is pretty consistent now so yeah no pretty much what you're going to pay.

The installation of solar panels in my home has been very cost-effective, My wife didn't want them at first, but now she craves them because they have saved us a tremendous amount in electrical cost. I have boasted to others in my neighborhood about the advantages of having solar panels installed on the roof of our home.

So far so good. My system just went live. The sales person and the office professionals have been informative and responsive. I might give a higher score than 4 for value. But it’s too soon to tell since the system just went live and I’ve yet to submit a monthly payment and have yet to see how much the new system is generating electricity.

We had a problem with the roofing company. We had air coming around the window and very cold in my bedroom. We had to keep the heat bumped up to 76 degrees to keep our bedroom warm. It took 2 weeks for someone to come out to fix it. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed. Some came out on a Sunday at 8 am without notice to work on the exterior part. No one came to fix in interior. We had to pay $200 out of pocket to have someone come out to insulate around the window to keep the air out. The roof was replaced November 4th. Exterior was semi fixed November 26. (22 Days with heat up to 76 when is normally between 68-70) Sunnova was awesome. New Castle Roofing not so much.

They have responded to my issues. The product was put up prior to covid closures. There were some roof issues. I was contacted after quite some time. People came out and fixed the issue of leakage in the house. There was nothing fixed in the interior. I have contacted them and got a response but had been out of the area.

Our electric bill, especially in summer when we're using central air, has dropped dramatically. Also the panels themselves are solid black and much more attractive than others that have ugly black pipes visible.

They were very good in delivering the product but didn't quite understand that I may have an electricity bill still. Luckily now we do see the credit but did not like paying $98.12 plus Green Mountain bill..that may continue until summer time when AC is used but at least we will see the credit applied.

Overall well organized interface with customers and clear contract with helpful info broken out. Customer service reps also work to resolve questions and issues. Only thing I didn't like was waiting for the first invoice to be released and having 3 days to pay it. If I wasn't on automatic payments that would have been a problem for me.

They did a good job. My only critique was the explanation of the process lacked information about the complexity and time that would be involved in getting the panels up and running. Most of that delay was due to the electric company and there required work.

HAd contacted local rep after installation wit a concern and never got a response. Also one man came to follow up after the installation and said he found a minor problem that he said would be addressed. when the crew came they said they couldn't find anything wrong. no explanation was ever given.

Best decision of my life when buying my home. I have all electric and having these solar panels get me to the point of not having to pay National Grid ANYTHING for the last 2+ years. I actually have a credit so during the colder months and the panels my not accumulate as much. That credit helps that I continue to have a $0 bill with my electric provider

We ate very happy with Equity Solar and their technicians. The system was quickly installed by professional technicians. They were protective of our new roof when they installed the system. We have only had our system operational for about 1 week, but we have had wonderful technical support with all our questions. The app is easy to use and it has been great to see how well the solar system is producing.

The process of getting solar up and running after purchasing our home was fairly seamless. After the electric provider approved the solar, it was switched on automatically...pretty neat. I can check my electric provider and they show the power that has been generated by the panels compared to consumption from the grid. The app works pretty well, but it does seem like the current production is behind a while (not sure if it's 30 mins, an hour or more). I don't yet have a full week's worth of data, so it might be due to that.

Knowledgeable sales rep and a well oiled team all the way around. Communication was regular and respectful of my time. Installation went smooth as glass and that includes a snafu where they discovered my breaker box had been incorrectly installed. Their electrician was so knowledgeable and professional he just notified me of the problem, showed me the problem and switched to plan B without so much as a hiccup. Even after the installation I was kept in the loop regarding inspection and the actual turn on of my system. Thank you Sunnova!

They did an absolutely fantastic job. Installing solar on our house and carriage house. It was a difficult installation which required 3 1/2 days due to the fact that there were panels in two places on our house and two places on our carriage house; for a total of four banks of panels. Using Pre-existing conduit pipes that we had in our home., they were able to hide all wires with absolutely no wires on the exterior of the house. Sunnova was fantastic.

The cost never changes, being senior citizen on fixed income you never have to worry what the bill will be. When issue (although with a bit of nudging) they came out and fixed it. Not realizing what nature could do to the panels (hit by lightning) but, once here resolved.

He is knowledgeable in the industry processes and has been able to answer all of my questions. He stays in touch regularly giving us updates on the permits and other procedures needed to complete the project. Excellent customer service!
