I'm a new Sunnova customer. Suntuity was the solar company that did the installation and permitting for us. Suntuity kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their staff was excellent in answering all my questions through the process. They also assisted in getting me a new roof since our old roof was 20 years old. The process of taking off old roof and putting new roof on was one day. Installing solar panels and wiring one day. Keeping up with the inspections and approval process between my local Construction office and AC electric took the most time. From start to finish just under 4 months. Now looking forward to see my electric utility bill go down.

When I made the decision to go solar, I wanted to get info from a few different companies so I could make an informed decision. Each company brought something different to the table, but ultimately this is the decision I made. The customer service is beyond what I ever could have expected and my poor representative personally did a lot of work to make sure that the process was moving as efficiently as possible because that was something incredibly important for me. If I had any questions, they were answered immediately. They kept me updated every step of the way about where we were and how much more there would be to come. So excited to have recently gotten my solar system turned on and have finished such a big milestone for my home.

I have had nothing but great service with this company! The sales rep was terrific. He was very thorough and professional. I had several companies give estimates and none of the others offered any advice or answered my questions correctly. I was told by 3 other companies that I didn't need to know the information I was asking about! Two of the others didn't even go up on the roof to check things out. One sent a drone! Sunnova checked out all my bills for 12 months with the electric company and got the right estimate for me, gave me the best price and got my bills reduced by more than half. I would strongly recommend this company and have to all who ask about solar. So far 7 of my friends and neighbors have had solar installed by this company and are all quite happy.

Deceptive practice! I was told all we had to do was pay our regular bill and that it wouldnt cost us anything. Boy did the rep razzle and dazzle! So why did I get an email taking about my account is 120 past due and owe over $500? Then it continues to state if I default on the cost I owe $20k! Do not be fooled and read your agreement. Lesson learned the hard way smh

Only 1 star because 0 is not available. Maverick D lied multiple times and none of the promised services have happened. There is NO savings in fact the opposite. He told me I would receive gift cards or even a Traeger grill if not only I write this review but also if I get enough people to sign up. They have specifically targeted me and my family. Another employee I spoke with said Maverick was terminated for doing this exact thing and being caught. Yet the company still angles to rob me and my of our hard earned money. NONE of the services we agreed upon with Maverick have happened. This is my second time trying to write a review because one of the questions is "were you offered something in return for a positive review " though the true is yes. If i answered it honestly a message popped up saying they won't submit my review because sunnova doesn't offer anything in return for reviews. Even more reason to avoid this company. They will only want reviews that make them look good. They don't want the truth because they know people would likely find an honest company instead to offer services.

Sunnis may be good but this whole solar experience has been a nightmare!! It’s been almost 2 years since we started - they bid out system too small to accommodate what we needed we purchased the first 17 panels - they put part of them too near a tree and they get shaded- I voiced my option many times knowing my yard and the trees I have in my yard - many of the panels we purchased with hard earned money are not producing as they should !!! We are not happy at all !!!

we had out solar up and running end of Dec 2023 well come July to now we have had increasing FPL last one 379 and constant problem with the panels and they never honored that they said i would not get bills like that due to their faulty equipment so untop of my solar bill i have paid addition 200 to 379 FPL bill for the last 6 months and before I have 77 panels and we installed hurricane proof window and doors. It has been their equipmane and then the solar edge app it never now shows what solar is going to the FPL for net metering. I will never recomment them the don't care no calls and follow up last time the one invertor box was in sleep mode.

The two day installation went into overtime and it became too dark to cut the rails that extended beyond the roof. We were told that on the first day the install team arrived without all their tools so the second day they had to hustle to get the job done leaving someone else to come out to cut the rails that overhang the roofs. We waited over two weeks until the town inspector came and the installer cut the rails over the garage but wasn't able to cut the rails over the house roof. When will someone come and cut these rails???

The sales process, inspections and installation went very smooth, of course . But as soon as the installation, the customer service was very bad. I have still not received the final email since the pto. I called customer service finally and was able to get a link to monitor my service. Thankfully, the rep was very helpful and took accountability for the lack of customer service I had received. Overall , we are still happy with our solar service and would recommend.

The organization of the entire process top to bottom has been unpredictable and difficult. While I believe that intentions were in the right place, the organization and scheduling of the install was random and my expectation were constantly challenged. Dates and timing changed constantly, and all parties didn't appear to know what others were doing. In hindsight, I wish I had did more research into solar providers before I went with Sunnovo. Very disappointed.

their website is lacking. the are my loan company for my solar and also provide one of the 25 year warranties. i cant get a real bill off of the site. i had an issue and was given a case. i was told it would take 8 days for someone to review and get back to me. i cleared it up with my inverter company directly. sunnova closed the case without contacting me at all.

Your installer (Infinity Energy) damaged our roof. I called you first and was told to contact Infinity. It took 4 calls to get throug to you first. After 5 or 6 attempts I finally got an answer at Infinity ans was told they would refer this to their service department. I am 2 weeks into this issue by now and it is now almost 4 weeks and still no response. I paid a roofer to fix our roof, only cost $100 so not a not deal but Infinity's service sucks and that reflects on you equally.

After a storm damaged some of my connectors to my solar panel, I called Generac and they scheduled Sunnova to come out and make the repairs. They came and fixed everything so I am back in good shape. I’m very appreciative of the great work done by the repairman.

Nick Barraza

My inverter went out on 8-19-2024. I noticed it not working 3 day later. Called to get it fixed they came ordered part which came in bout 5 days later. They scheduled to come 9-18-2024. Almost a month to get it fixed. My solar panels are paid off and I still have to wait a month to get it fixed. Very disappointed on the maintenance service .
