Initially I did not believe this was possible until I saw thee additions in my account. I have had no issues with the company. I knew during contracting that my bill would go up by about $5.00 every 6 months or so, which I was told is less than projected increases from my electric company, but I do wish that it was less than a dollar every 6 months or a year. Wishing thinking, but I just wanted to say that. You are doing very well because that is my only concern. Thank you for such good service! My family and I appreciate it!

I gave Sunnova a 5 rating and in doing so, the benifit of the doubt. This adventure has taken 3 months longer than predicted. I believe Sunnova was powerless as living in a rural area was tha main cause of delay and the other, Arizona Public Sevice, my energy provider. Sunnova's communication throughout the process was outstanding as was the installer, Titan. If considering solar, i recommend Sunnova! Thx

Very clean installation of my FranklinWH Battery System (2) 13.6KW Batteries to accommodate my 10.08KWP Solar System the was previously installed by an out of business company. Everyone from the sales rep to the lead tech and his crew were very knowledgeable about the product they sold and installed. Very thorough follow through from the whole team up to the commissioning of the product. Very satisfied!

The product is a bit more expensive than we were anticipating, but through loans and rebates, make the decision an affordable monthly decision. Our sales rep, Kelly, was so amazing through the entire process. She helped walk us through if it was the right decision for us or not. We never felt pressured and felt very informed to make the decision to go with the panels on the roof. :)

Best decision of my life when buying my home. I have all electric and having these solar panels get me to the point of not having to pay National Grid ANYTHING for the last 2+ years. I actually have a credit so during the colder months and the panels my not accumulate as much. That credit helps that I continue to have a $0 bill with my electric provider

We ate very happy with Equity Solar and their technicians. The system was quickly installed by professional technicians. They were protective of our new roof when they installed the system. We have only had our system operational for about 1 week, but we have had wonderful technical support with all our questions. The app is easy to use and it has been great to see how well the solar system is producing.

The process of getting solar up and running after purchasing our home was fairly seamless. After the electric provider approved the solar, it was switched on automatically...pretty neat. I can check my electric provider and they show the power that has been generated by the panels compared to consumption from the grid. The app works pretty well, but it does seem like the current production is behind a while (not sure if it's 30 mins, an hour or more). I don't yet have a full week's worth of data, so it might be due to that.

Knowledgeable sales rep and a well oiled team all the way around. Communication was regular and respectful of my time. Installation went smooth as glass and that includes a snafu where they discovered my breaker box had been incorrectly installed. Their electrician was so knowledgeable and professional he just notified me of the problem, showed me the problem and switched to plan B without so much as a hiccup. Even after the installation I was kept in the loop regarding inspection and the actual turn on of my system. Thank you Sunnova!

They did an absolutely fantastic job. Installing solar on our house and carriage house. It was a difficult installation which required 3 1/2 days due to the fact that there were panels in two places on our house and two places on our carriage house; for a total of four banks of panels. Using Pre-existing conduit pipes that we had in our home., they were able to hide all wires with absolutely no wires on the exterior of the house. Sunnova was fantastic.

being first time solar, had many questions, the rep sat, explained and helped me make the decision. The decision was the best decision I ever made. The cost never changes, being senior citizen on fixed income you never have to worry what the bill will be. When issue (although with a bit of nudging) they came out and fixed it. Not realizing what nature could do to the panels (hit by lightning) but, once here resolved.

When I was first interested in solar panels years ago, Trinity Solar was working in the neighborhood and they were connected with Sunnova and that’s how I was introduced to Sunnova. I thought they were going to put them on my house but I have a four stone garage and that seem to be the better place for it and I was thrilled that that’s where it, Sunova wanted to put them. I have never had any problem with their work that they couldn’t handle almost immediately and I’ve had lots of free electric bills over the years.

Well where to start, the guys who did the install were very very respectful with my property and did a very good job on install and clean up did not leave any mess behind at all, and the next thing is the salesman "TYLER M" is hands down the best salesman i ever dealt with i wish he could be the salesman for everything i want to buy he is the best i could go on and on about him but i will stop and if anyone ever wants solar i WILL recommend him for sure

We had an issue with one of the batteries and and they figured out the problem before I knew it was a problem. The battery was replaced quickly. I would definitely recommend Sunnova!

Our experience with Sunova was wonderful and seamless. Other than signing the contract we did not have to do anything, including arranging of the financing at rates that made it fell like a gift rather than an expense.. The crew that installed the system were extremely professional and quick. The installation was neat and attractive. We are very pleased with the reductions in our electric bills, especially in the summer. We only wish they did business in Vermont so we could use them to install solar on our cabin.

Doing a great job however I’m a little perplexed as to why no one has contacted us about coming out to the house to explain how the system works and what we need to do if there is a problem with our system and what happens when we don’t have sun for a long period of time or what happens when we have a power outage? There are lots of questions that need answered that I know other users have told me they didn’t get answers for as well and I think that Sunnova who takes over once the panels go love, need to make a home visit to discuss these types of things with the homeowners. I am in the process of trying to reach out to them now to set up an apt tongonpcer these things.

Under PPA, I do not have to worry about too much hardware-related maintenance but just general cleaning which I do not mind since I have my own solar panels. I work in the semiconductor industry and I know that all the battery/inverter/solar panel materials deteriorate gradually, having professional teams to take care of the delicate build is worth the money.

Today is one month since my solar installation and, like clockwork, I received my first bill from Sunnova. They are part of the seamless operation put together by the folks at Lumina Solar. The experience has been seamless and thoroughly professional. As the entity handling the financial aspect of the project, Sunnova would fare, and I’m happy to report that they came through with flying colors, just like Lumina and Enphase. The experience has been positive all around. Sunnova sent a simple bill breaking down the key elements so I could understand. I am happy to recommend them anytime.

The company was very proactive in contacting me even though I did not notice the emails at first (because of multiple companies involved). One I responded, I got a quick appointment at my convenience. The tech, Jesus, went above and beyond to try to get my Mobile app to talk to the solar Gateway after the fix. He stayed online with Tesla for 45 minutes waiting to get connected. Although we didn't get it solved, it later turned out to be that I needed to update the app. The tech was also very knowledgeable and respectful. The repair itself worked, and I am very satisfied at this point.

Sunnova was installing solar panels in my neighborhood and stopped by my house and spoke to me. The sales people were knowledgeable and not aggressive. After we agreed to have the panels installed the installers came out and were fast and finished the project in about 2 days without any incident. The follow up from the customer service department kept me informed on where the project was at all times and the follow up with any questions was fast. I was very satisfied with doing business with sunnova and look forward to being a customer for years to come.

The service tech was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The work performed was not a slap-dash job but done well. The scheduling did get moved, and if the system had been out at the time I would have been irate, but it wasn't out, and their movement was days in advance, not after just ghosting the original date. In total, they were professional, which is a minor miracle these days.

The system is running quite well and the installers did a great job. I'm a little annoyed about two things. The hiccup that prolonged the activation period by about two months could've been communicated to me before I had to go calling Con Edison and have them explain the delay was on the solar company's end. The other thing is the fact that I was told micro inverters were not a problem even though the typical install involves a central inverter. Well, I expressed micro inverters were my preference but come game day I'm now saddled with a central inverter. Not the end of the world but I'm wondering when the inverter fails, and it ought to at some point, how long my entire system is going to be down for before a repair can occur. We'll see, I guess. For now I'm happy with the system despite these complaints.

Despite the world erupting with Solar concepts there are not many companies actually working on servicing the systems. Sunnova was recommended under warranty to us by Generac, and has been the only reliable company that has serviced our units and achieved actionable results. However, do note, their out of country customer service helpline has been very spotty and not helpful in scheduling.

I worked with 3 different representatives. The lead, Marquis, his assistant Jared, and a female telephone customer service representative. Both reps at my door we're curtious and friendly. Thet did thier best to explain the situation and ensured I felt comfortable and informed. Dealing with the phone rep was about as helpful as screaming at a dumpster fire 🔥. She undermined the reps and insulted me more than once. She actively spent more time ignoring her responsibilities or placing blame on anyone else. She was the worst part of my experience and I hope to never deal with her again. A customer is a customer and if she can't be composed on the phone, she should consider a profession that highlights a different set of her skills.

Everything they told me about how they will save me money on electric was true. They looked at my year consumption power. What I lease the panels for and what I would pay my electric company are close but when they raise rates I will be protected. Now Sunnova does a 1.5 percent increase a year. Still, I think I come out better. I want to know at the end of my electric company year when I settle my bill will I get that money back? If I do it would cover Solar bill and I will be getting electric for free.

I was a contractor for 40 plus years and are accustomed to hiring subcontractors. Solar is a tough field. My experience is that there are many sellers that are inexperienced and don't have the necessary training or customer focus. Sunnova did the best in a tough field. Our sales person, Nigel, was personable, responded to questions, followed up and kept all appointments. One other guy said he would not come out until we cut our big maple trees down. I asked another guy for panel specifications and he sent me a picture. I guess he didn't know what specifications are. One or two didn't answer phone calls. They can use Google to look at your house and decide to return your call or not. My advice to them is if you don't show up it is guaranteed you won't get a contract. My advice to you is be sure to meet with Sunnova. We're happy with the work, contract and performance.

I’m really happy with the results. I haven’t had an electric bill in two years. I use to have as $200+ bill in the summer for central air. I have 7 cool rooms in the summer and tons of laundry each day. It’s a big savings to me. I only pay for panels each month. It’s really helped slot during this challenging economy. Thank God, since everything else has either tripled in cost. I didn’t think I’d really save at first since we still have slot of trees blocking light in the morning, but it didn’t hinder the performance of the panels. Best investment I’ve made.

From the way they don't pressure you into going with them, the way they provide you with information prior to going with them, the absolute professionalism of their installation team, to the fact that two years later the panels are functioning properly still and have saved me thousands of dollars. Even though there was a long wait and a few hiccups during the install (still waiting for it to be completed) overall everyone I have dealt with from the sales person to the installers and schedulers have all been extremely helpful and pleasant. Still waiting for the completed project to see how much we like it. But giver the customer service so far I'm sure the final product will be just as great!

Our solar system came preinstalled with the purchase of our home, and we chose to lease the system. Over the past 3 years, we have found the system to be very productive and reliable. Since being offered great incentives from Sunnova, we decided to purchase an upgrade with battery backup. So far, the upgrade is progressing fast and very efficiently. We are looking forward to being very free from PG&E.

My family and I are in love with this solar energy system. This is a household of 4, we have a lot of electric appliances and this system covers the whole house energy needs, day and night and also has pay us back with credits on the electric company. Not only my bill was significantly reduced, but with those credits I pay nothing to the electric company here in Puerto Rico.

I really liked the technical knowledge the 2 young men had who came out to evaluate Pink Energy’s bastardized solar system. The 1 thing I did not care fire was the short notice I received notifying me when the crew would coming out. I was notified Monday afternoon (Memorial Day) that the crew would be here the next day from 7-10 am. I would have liked to have had a few days notice.

He referred me to Rick M who did an excellent job of explaining the product, its application and many other questions that we asked. Customer service was excellent with Rick and Liz R available with a call or text at any time. Installation was quick and without issue. Looking forward to the savings as we come into summer.

Sales people were friendly, not too pushy, and very informative of cost breakdown, installation process and answered all my questions. Installers were timely, efficient and very professional. Service reps kept me up to date on some inspection and power company snafus and helped keep things progressing. And last month I had my first "negative" power usage from the power company! Looking forward to many more with the super sunny weather we've had! Don't have battery system yet - but WILL be looking into it in a couple years! Awesome experience!

I am a victim of power home solar/ pink energy bankruptcy filings, back in September 2022 I had an issue with my solar system the power cell was giving me a error message I called Generac because it was their equipment I called them multiple times to get service and they told me that they contracted with sunnova for the service, it was a full 8 months from when I called them till sunnova was dispatched to my house for service, which was only a blown fuse!, I could have fixed it myself.all in all sunnova is a great service provider and hopefully I will not have any more problems.

I had such a great experience going solar with Sunnova and OurWorldEnergy. Every single member of the team was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for any better guidance. My system was up and installed in just about a month, and I already have seen saving. My bill decreased 70% from the usual, but that wasn't even with a full month of solar on the billing cycle so I expect even more!
