I have been calling V3 customer service trying to get answers on the way my LG battery is working, It has been over three week of phone calls after phones trying to get answer and not get anywhere. Being an electrician myself. It's a simple program change that can be done remotely from V3 office. Other then that we are still waiting to see how thing play out with the new system.

We appreciated the financing arrangement included - that was a big draw. But I got confused by suddenly dealing with Current Home; I didn't understand who that was. Then someone else came to do installation. Current Home set uip an appointment, the installer came on a different day and time. It got very confusing; I was not kept informed of what was going on, by whom, or when. I was not happy.

The main reason for installing the solar panels was to reduce dependence of fossil fuels. The system has delivered and has run problem free since installation. I am also able to run my EV charger. My goal of reducing my carbon footprint has been achieved; the savings aren’t bad either!

So far so good, no issues with Sunnova / Trinity. Installation in one day. Just a few weeks to go on-line. Very happy with power being generated. Didn't pay a dime for the system, just paying for electricity being generated. Having issues with National grid and highly estimated bills. Hope to get them resolved soon.

Started with my good friend Jonathan L. coming over, talking with me and answering every question honestly. Helped me get the process started and kept me up to date along the way. Spoke to so many along the way, Lindsay in particular was always very responsive and had answers right away. The install team was great!! They were very very professional but I like to think I was able to loosen them up and they were great all around. Very friendly, very funny but professional and kept me up to date on progress. I cannot compliment them enough! Overall a great experience, the wait for the permit checks and final inspections from the town, not Sunnovas/trinitys fault, but that was a painful wait after all the hard work that went in. I’m up and running and hope to be saving money very soon

If you get approached by Trinity Solar, doing business as sunnova, BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. THEY DO NOT FULLFIL THEIR EMPTY PROMISES. Not even a month in I had to file a breach of contract suit to correct an issue. They promise alot but are short on fullfillment.

Horrible customer service. Told me it would take 3 days. It took 4 months. Had to clean up after them when they left every time. They would call you on the day when they where coming out and they needed in the house. I would have to call off work to let them in the house. Now they will not do anything to help with that time off that was lost. I ask several times to talk to a manager. Still waiting for a call back after a month of the system up and running. Would not recommend them to anyone

The installation went well but there were very few updates from my salesperson or his assistant. My neighbor who started the process weeks after I did was up and running while I was still trying to find out the status of mine. Good customer service should not stop as soon as you sign the paperwork.

I have 3 more people here that want solar from Trinity, but as the finance company, you're giving them a hard time. I have it here in Perry's Lake, Manahawkin also. Trinity did their job. Now you have to do yours and let the others that want it in this community get it. Our solar just got turned on a week ago. I don't know why the survey already.

We had to have a trench put in to connect the solar from the detached garage to our home. The workers who put in the trench were very immature and did poorly in “covering up” the trench. They laid hay down but did not pack down the dirt and left it with giant holes scattered all throughout the trench they dug up. Not to mention that we had to clean up after them by finding wires and battery type things all over the yard. Finally after 2-3 MONTHS the workers finally came back and covered the trench the way it should’ve been done in the first place. We also received multiple complaints from our neighbors about the workers who did the trench, just one an example would be that the workers were harassing their dog. The workers also left our breaker box open and did not cover it back up which is a safety risk. The only people from Sunnova we would give 4 stars to are the inspector and Josh. After notifying Josh of all of these issues, he stated we would get something to compensate for all this hassle we had to go through but still have not received anything. My parents had wonderful service with Sunnova which is why we chose them but our service we received was unfortunately stressful and bad.

Looks great. Still waiting for Electric company to come and approve the switch of us over to use of solar panels. They stated 4-6 weeks, it's been 3 weeks. Some confusion toward the end of the process. I guess that is to be expected when you have to make yourself and your home available to multiple companies.

Very satisfied with installation and performance so far. Just went on line generating in September. I would like to be able to see solar generation and my power consumption better in the Sunnova app. On my phone. I’m able to see the production with a number and bar graph however I can not see my generation numbers with my consumption and what numbers I bank or not. Maybe I’m not using the application on phone correct?

First off, communications was poor. Many times there were delays answering my quest for information. Scheduling info was sketchy when it was relayed to me. There were various problems during the installing thatcaused delays. The installation presented issues for the fire dept. There were conduits that caused obstructions to the fighters. It took 2 returns visits to correct the issue. My home has a metal roof. The conduit would prevent fire fighters from using roof ladders should it ever became necessary. Speaking to the installers, they told me that they had little to no experience working on metal roofs. The second time they came to move the conduit I had to explain where they should route it to meet the fire dept. requirement. The second crew that came out also left a mess of wire and other debris on our drive way that we had to clean up. I feel that there were unnecessary delays in turning on the system.

The installation was seamless and professional. It is too early to tell if we will see any savings on our electric bill. We were told by the sales person that they would have someone trim the oak tree in our back yard to maximize the sunshine on the panels but that has not been scheduled and can’t get anyone to tell me when that will occur spite of my inquiries to the office and to the sales person. I also asked about getting an app to monitor performance but have not received a response. I would appreciate having a designated contact person.

They have responded to my issues. The product was put up prior to covid closures. There were some roof issues. I was contacted after quite some time. People came out and fixed the issue of leakage in the house. There was nothing fixed in the interior. I have contacted them and got a response but had been out of the area.

They were very good in delivering the product but didn't quite understand that I may have an electricity bill still. Luckily now we do see the credit but did not like paying $98.12 plus Green Mountain bill..that may continue until summer time when AC is used but at least we will see the credit applied.

Overall well organized interface with customers and clear contract with helpful info broken out. Customer service reps also work to resolve questions and issues. Only thing I didn't like was waiting for the first invoice to be released and having 3 days to pay it. If I wasn't on automatic payments that would have been a problem for me.

HAd contacted local rep after installation wit a concern and never got a response. Also one man came to follow up after the installation and said he found a minor problem that he said would be addressed. when the crew came they said they couldn't find anything wrong. no explanation was ever given.

Everything was pretty typical of the process of getting solar. This is me second time buying solar. Everything happens behind the scenes so to speak and since I haven''t had to contact them because everything has gone pretty smooth. No hassle and everything happens the way it should.

Sales person, Sam B, stayed in touch even after he made the sale. There were delays with the inspections. He was instrumental in getting things pushed along. I answered good to question good because i really have not been a customer long enough to give a real assessment.

The initial set up with Trinity Solar and East to West Solar (the installing company) was a little unorganized and had some confusions since we had to run a trench across our driveway but once that was resolve the installation was flawless. And so far, I think the solar panels are doing well. I see the charts online, but it would be nice to have a follow up to know if they are running the way that was expected.

Your installer was totally professional and polite and efficient, the system was not working for several months and now is, from the outset we have real issues with the solar and all those involved with its construction and its upkeep.
