Install was quick. So far things are working well. Concerns: We are still finding wire, metal, brackets and even a tool today, weeks after Install. We have dogs and small kids. We keep looking for more things that are in the yard or keep falling from the roof. Clean up post Install was a clear 1 star. Also, wish we would have been advised of ice slides. We would have asked for ice/snow blocks when the crew was installing the panels. Now, we need to have someone come back. Ice slides are falling on our walkway. Feel free to call me to discuss more.

We didn’t like the length of time for the installation to be completed. There were multiple times that the installers came back with a part that had to be installed. We felt the installers weren’t very knowledgeable from the beginning of the install. There were parts that they should have carried with them. And communication wasn’t always good between the installers and the company. We received calls from Texas wanting to schedule visits when the men were at our location or had already done the work. Sunnova has been helpful and straightened out the one issue we had with them in the very beginning.

The staff. They were all so professional. The best I have encountered in all my business dealings. Starting with the two sales persons, Joe and Evan. They were so knowledgeable, professional I signed right away. Nate the supervisor for the roof, is wonderful. The whole process from beginning to the end, was seamless. First of off it took 5 months for the whole project to be completed and system turned on. Second the job of putting the panels in the roof, I wouldn’t recommend those people to do any type of work. I don’t think they should have been slide down the panels to get off of the roof. Yes I know they are durable but I don’t think a 200lbs guy should be sliding down them. Third thing is wiring. After what I saw how they put wires through metal flexible conduit. Just got pray my house doesn’t burn down. You don’t stand there and keep gabbing the three wires through and hope they make it through without tearing the sheathing of the wire. I wouldn’t recommend those wire pulled back out and be replaced after that. Why didn’t they use a snake and pull them through. Fourth thing is where the guy fell through my ceiling they could have done a better job putting the drywall compound on. It’s a noticeable repair. They never did anything about the other drywall issue in the bathroom. Wish there was another way for me to monitor my system to see how many volts, amperage or watts it’s put out. Yes on your site you could see kw’s but I would like more. I’m an industrial mechanic and I’m very picky on how stuff is done. To be truthful with you I wasn’t happy thing the whole installation process and how long to get it up and running. Now I have to wait till next you to see what a full day of sun would produce with my system. So probably right now I’m going get stuck paying you guys monthly fee and I guess PP&L because I don’t have enough credits built up because how long it took to get system up and running. And don’t say you had to wait for inspection from town and PP&L. Because it would have never got inspected if I did asked about my inspection. It’s almost like they forgot. It was amazing couple days later Frackville sent there engineer out to do there inspection. What about PP&L did they send anyone out to inspect the hook? Hmmm No they didn’t. No one at all came to my house from PP&L to do an inspection. So what was the big hold up getting my system up and running then? To be honest I probably won’t recommend trinity solar and you guys for anything after the whole experience I had.

The Sunwise/Sunnova team has been great. They handled all of the permitting and installation. The work crew was great! They completed my installation in one day. Any questions I had were quickly answered. Esmeralda was extremely helpful and helped me with everything from the beginning to end, including walking me through how to download the Enphase App. It took about 2 months to get my system completed with all of the final inspections. Then it took about another month until I was powered up. This was no fault of Sunnova. They had to wait for my electric company to give final approval. All in all a great job by Sunnova.

All staff were polite and personable, the process seems to have gone smoothly. A very minor detail is I offered to clear some things put if the way in our attic, and the workers said it wasn’t necessary, but the. Afterwards I found some things had been shoved around and left in a bit of disorder. This is not awful, but a bit disconcerting, when Inoffered to make a clear path for them. So far so good, but awaiting the final approval from JCP&L and the turn on. Mt he very positive is the help for the folks who came to meet the various inspectors, they were very helpful. And it was nice they shepherded the whole process for us.

Sunnova was assigned to check and / or repair my solar system by Generic since the original company that installed the system wasn't responsive after multiple attempts to contact them. Sunnova's crew quickly reviewed and tested my system and identified the failed component. They replaced it as well as installed and updated circuit board. Ram a test that showed the system would operate inormally during a power failure and reported their findings and showed me the replaced parts. Very professional

The initial set up with Trinity Solar and East to West Solar (the installing company) was a little unorganized and had some confusions since we had to run a trench across our driveway but once that was resolve the installation was flawless. And so far, I think the solar panels are doing well. I see the charts online, but it would be nice to have a follow up to know if they are running the way that was expected.

Follow through was seamless and timely. They also prepared us for what to expect and from whom. The only suggestion I would make is that someone, whether it be Sunnova or electrical company, take the time to explain the installed meter and what to expect should there be an outage and we have a natural gas generator. Web had a “blip” last week but did not experience any outage or generator start up. We are assuming that the solar panel-generated power kicked in. Anxiously waiting for our first energy bill

The initial process of going through the contracts and agreements was great. Smooth. When it came time for install it seemed smooth at first. The crews change each visit along with the quality of work. From what I can tell, the solar panels look great on the roof. From the groundwork done from crews it’s messy, metal scrapings, razor blades, torn up grass *they did spread some seed after complaint, the electrical work inside left shavings and pieces of pipe. They cut my internet cable coming into the house and didn’t let us know, I had to have Comcast come out twice to figure out the problem. I was compensated for the visits and cost of wire from the installer afterwards. I had no issue with communication just the ground work. Which I was compensated for. I just wasn’t expecting that poor quality of work on the outside and eye level of home. They knew I had children and leaving all the stuff behind was lazy. I’m hoping going forward the solar panels work and all is good!

Now it seems that they haven’t been able to help me put the APP on my phone and complete all the items I was promised for signing up for your service. The install team was very efficient, FPL took a while to make the final connection to the power grid. I sent a message to Juan and am awaiting a response and his arrival to my home.

When our original solar installer failed us, not communicating for months at a time, we contacted Generac to get us a replacement. They sent out Sunnova within 2 days, to meet our very tight schedule, and Sunnova was able to fully diagnose our system that day and replace multiple parts. This after over a year of lies and lack of communication from our previous company was an incredibly impressive showing of competence and dedication.

We wanted a solar company that was not going to disappear in a few years, but was also not so large that they lost site of the customer. Glad we found Sunnova. Every person we have been spoken with from Sales to Installers have been extremely pleasant and helpful. They went out of their way to be sure the needs of an elderly family member were always met. Every question we have had has been respectfully answered. I would most definitely recommend going solar and using Sunnova.

The solar panels installed on my roof for me are great. However, it is important that the electricity company does have a solar buy back plan and it would be good if Sunnova would review and then advise their customers that there is a cheaper option. The first electricity company that I was with had a solar buy back plan and then they stopped it after about a year. I then transferred to Chariot Energy to their 3 year solar plan and now i am a happy camper.

The efficiency of every member of my team was exceptional. My salesman, Miguel F, spent 5 hours explaining everything. No question was left unanswered . I was notified about when each group would come and they were on time, professional and careful. They were also great about leaving the site neat. The final inspection by the 2 electricians from the company found a wire from my box to the water meter that needed grounding. The town inspector told me that he’s had good experiences with SUNNOVA. Thank you.

Panels installed by Trinity Solar are working great.... The whole process from signing contract to installation to setting up account went fast. The reason for only 4 **** Stars was the very poor, almost useless Sunnova App which only shows 3 things... KWH for Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days and All Time. Does not show daily amounts or other info on performance of system. (I had cell/PC App on my previous solar system when I lived in CT which gave all that info!!!) I would rate the Sunnova App a grade of "F". I was able to get the great app from inverter manufacturer Solar Edge... I would give Solar Edge app a grade of A+ -- Sunnuva MUST make available an app that allows users to see performance of system (which will enable users to show friends their results which will lead to referrals.

I liked the material of the product , panels and explanation of their function during installation. amazing crew who completed the job in one day--amazing working together making everything fit perfectly. Initially I did not believe this was possible until I saw thee additions in my account. I have had no issues with the company. I knew during contracting that my bill would go up by about $5.00 every 6 months or so, which I was told is less than projected increases from my electric company, but I do wish that it was less than a dollar every 6 months or a year. Wishing thinking, but I just wanted to say that. You are doing very well because that is my only concern. Thank you for such good service! My family and I appreciate it!

I gave Sunnova a 5 rating and in doing so, the benifit of the doubt. This adventure has taken 3 months longer than predicted. I believe Sunnova was powerless as living in a rural area was tha main cause of delay and the other, Arizona Public Sevice, my energy provider. Sunnova's communication throughout the process was outstanding as was the installer, Titan. If considering solar, i recommend Sunnova! Thx

Very clean installation of my FranklinWH Battery System (2) 13.6KW Batteries to accommodate my 10.08KWP Solar System the was previously installed by an out of business company. Everyone from the sales rep to the lead tech and his crew were very knowledgeable about the product they sold and installed. Very thorough follow through from the whole team up to the commissioning of the product. Very satisfied!

The product is a bit more expensive than we were anticipating, but through loans and rebates, make the decision an affordable monthly decision. Our sales rep, Kelly, was so amazing through the entire process. She helped walk us through if it was the right decision for us or not. We never felt pressured and felt very informed to make the decision to go with the panels on the roof. :)

Best decision of my life when buying my home. I have all electric and having these solar panels get me to the point of not having to pay National Grid ANYTHING for the last 2+ years. I actually have a credit so during the colder months and the panels my not accumulate as much. That credit helps that I continue to have a $0 bill with my electric provider

We ate very happy with Equity Solar and their technicians. The system was quickly installed by professional technicians. They were protective of our new roof when they installed the system. We have only had our system operational for about 1 week, but we have had wonderful technical support with all our questions. The app is easy to use and it has been great to see how well the solar system is producing.
