The organization of the entire process top to bottom has been unpredictable and difficult. While I believe that intentions were in the right place, the organization and scheduling of the install was random and my expectation were constantly challenged. Dates and timing changed constantly, and all parties didn't appear to know what others were doing. In hindsight, I wish I had did more research into solar providers before I went with Sunnovo. Very disappointed.

their website is lacking. the are my loan company for my solar and also provide one of the 25 year warranties. i cant get a real bill off of the site. i had an issue and was given a case. i was told it would take 8 days for someone to review and get back to me. i cleared it up with my inverter company directly. sunnova closed the case without contacting me at all.

The original guy that signed me up left the company and no one called me about the status of everything, I had to call you guys and a few things that were promised upon signing didn't happened and had to go through a manager to ok it on one those things.

Your installer (Infinity Energy) damaged our roof. I called you first and was told to contact Infinity. It took 4 calls to get throug to you first. After 5 or 6 attempts I finally got an answer at Infinity ans was told they would refer this to their service department. I am 2 weeks into this issue by now and it is now almost 4 weeks and still no response. I paid a roofer to fix our roof, only cost $100 so not a not deal but Infinity's service sucks and that reflects on you equally.

Our installer Noah made this happen. The city and Ameren had him scrambling for 2 months. If it wasn't for him answering questions and keeping us informed, we would have scrapped solar after the first month of back and forth. So the 5 stars are for him!

My husband and I both felt strongly about helping the environment so that made our decision to go solar easier. I feel Sunnova is an honest company and they didn't promise us anything outlandish that they couldn't deliver on. Our electric bill is much lower than it was and we receive many bills with a zero balance due.

We have not had any problems, or issues with the system since it was installed, in addition, there have been some power outages in our area over the past year, we never even knew the power was out!! Now that is why we are very happy with the system.

So far Sunnova from first contact with Frank through installation has been great. Our first electric bill so far has been extremely low. It seems like everything is working the way it was explained. We’ve only had it for almost two months. Hopefully it continues to work out.

The customer service was amazing and responsive. Once the process started I was called and sent texts to confirm understanding. I would have liked to have been provided a realistic time line for the process as a whole before we got started. The whole process took about two months with scheduling, steps required from the power company city inspections etc. But it is turned on now🙂

Sonova went in with ease. The guy who installed it was the one who provided us with all the accurate information and the wary free install. We had a small leak and he came out to address the leak immediately. 10 out of 10 will recommend to family and friends. Will also recommend to anyone who asks.

It has been over a year since installation. I have not had any issues with my roof, the panels, customer service or billing. The only problem is that during the winter, the snow will come off in sheets which could be a problem. I think I will need to get something like snow guards installed.

I’ve had my solar panels now for 4 years & we are very happy. My only regret is not adding more at the time of purchase to account for future needs. But when refinanced 2 years ago calling them to remove the ucc filing was a breeze and quick. They were very professional & explained to me the process.

The company was really easy to work with. They installed my solar panels in a few hours, and it was up and running in a few days. Anytime I have called, they are friendly unhelpful. Very friendly and courteous sales rep, no high-pressure sales, easy to understand and well explained. The installation crew was great very courteous and neat. When they finished, everything was cleaned up as if they were never there. When I did experience a problem with the system, it was fixed and updated within a week. Very satisfied!
