We love the solar panels. Set up was great except the guy smoking while up on the roof or on our property. Rest of the guys were awesome. They did not inform PP&L they were ready to start. So we ended up paying another whole month to PP&L which stinks. They did not inform us that there was a problem connecting until we called then all of a sudden we got all these emails about a problem. That’s not ok. Anyone working on the project was very professional and nice but the one smoker. These little things were not ok

This my first experience with sun nova but I believe I’m paying too much for my panels. I don’t work I was wanting them because I was told they were free and my bill would be less but I’ve had to get help from Texas bill help.. I have never use them in the past, 😩

The installation was fast clean and no issues with the roof at all the price quoted was reasonable. We also had a upgraded air conditioner and electrical panel . I also recommend Sun Run to my neighbor and a friend who both had their systems installed and I got a little bonus for referring them, great company thank you.

sunnova let me know my inverter wasn't operating via email. They sent me a new one, to be installed by someone they ise. All at no cost to me as I was still under warranty. It took 6-weeks without solar and about $600. in money I owed to my electric company (SDGE). How I missed it while it was out!!!

Sunnova offers an excellent alternative to the increasing and high cost of energy delivered by PG&E through the well designed, engineered, and professionally installed solar system which dramatically reduces my energy costs. There is also a support system for the maintenance of the solar system and its performance.

I have 27 panels and Tesla power wall. Currently my PG&E bill is in the plus as in they owe me money. Recently power charges have gone up by 200% and I still have a credit. I don’t use excessive power but we are comfortable in all seasons. Thank you Sunnova.

The installation was painless but took longer to get up and running due to a generator hook-up issue on our end but once it started running we realized a savings right away and the last 4-5 months we paid 0 on our electric bill, except for the $151 per month rental for the solar system. We are happy customers!

From sales to installation to final inspections all was great just can't find any mobile apps so we can view the complete system in use (online) so we could monitor and learn more about solar energy also to be able to know all the functions,production and energy savings. My only complaint was waiting for so long for Duke energy to do what they had to do. Our panels were up on the roof ready to go for 5 weeks before everything got settled with duke. I can’t say much as of right now I haven’t seen a savings yet. But what I am disappointed in is when it came to putting up the solar panels they were put up super quickly they stayed calling me with appointments and updates and then when they were up, I was waiting and waiting for about to months on them to be turned so I contacted the person who represented trinity and come to find out they were waiting for me to email them back to make an appointment for them to get inspected 🤔🤔🤔. So where my disappointment came from was them not calling and staying on top of me when it came to them being inspected. But I will say they are finally up and running so we will see

My install was completed same day, installers walked me thru their process and displayed pictures at the end of my attic. As promised i have quality equipment and not only does Sunnova monitor my system i can monitor my production thru the apps, i can see my grid dependence and my solar production down to each panel.

I was not informed of this appointment until day of and 30 minutes prior. From my understanding it was scheduled by Generac. They did tell my wife that the snaps looked good, which is good since they were all replaced July 1st 2022. Power Home Solar/Pink Energy installed my solar, and has been mostly a disappointment since install. I assume Generac is being proactive in having my system checked, but lack of timely communication is another disappointment. If I had been home, I would have liked to ask a few questions, not the least is what it would take to have the system provide the amount of power PHS/PE promised. Also if my system is safe without the integrated fire detection Generac originally recommended as part of the system. I can’t really rate more, because I’m not 100% sure what all they were going to do.
