Uninterrupted service through sudden or programmed outages allows great piece of mind. Scheduled payments over the life of the warranty, 25 years, is just the best possible scenario now that we no longer pay PG&E. When designing, ensure you know your households peak loads to get the installation just right!

it was free and it cut my electric bill to $0.00 , ive not gotten a bill from Duquesne Light Company because my system generates enough electricity to sell my overage back to the supplier and into my account at a surplus . i pay sunnova $61.00 a month and nothing more .

The sales representative was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. The installers were excellent. Customer service was not as helpful. Customer service said i could receive my invoice through regular mail not through the internet. When i called again customer service said they could not do that. I am a victim of identity theft and do not like doing any business on line and it states in your contract that I can choose to have it nailed to my po box. My electrics bill is still higher than I like. But what's done is done. I see solcius went bankrupt. I can no longer reach the sales representative and a few times when i called customer service you referred me to the sales representative. In the future I believe you all need to be on the same page.

everything (almost out on the table) on the table with a concerning secondary effect that was not mentioned, that being the need to build a roof over the front entry way to prevent any liability issues with falling snow taking anyone down!!

Being an environmental activist, renewable energy is my way to go and this is where Sunnova comes in. Sunnova has durable and long lasting premium solar batteries. Using Sunnova has really helped me reduce on my electricity utility bills. However the post installation and customer service is abit lacking. Sunnova is however a good solar power service provider.

System was designed and installed inspected through County and State permitted rather quickly and have not had an issue with System since installation, saving a significant amount of money in the bill is pretty consistent now so yeah no pretty much what you're going to pay.

So far so good. My system just went live. The sales person and the office professionals have been informative and responsive. I might give a higher score than 4 for value. But it’s too soon to tell since the system just went live and I’ve yet to submit a monthly payment and have yet to see how much the new system is generating electricity.

We had a problem with the roofing company. We had air coming around the window and very cold in my bedroom. We had to keep the heat bumped up to 76 degrees to keep our bedroom warm. It took 2 weeks for someone to come out to fix it. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed. Some came out on a Sunday at 8 am without notice to work on the exterior part. No one came to fix in interior. We had to pay $200 out of pocket to have someone come out to insulate around the window to keep the air out. The roof was replaced November 4th. Exterior was semi fixed November 26. (22 Days with heat up to 76 when is normally between 68-70) Sunnova was awesome. New Castle Roofing not so much.

Good products and nice app to track power production. Customer communication could be better when first payments on loan starts. I received notification on a Friday that the first payment was due the following Tuesday via email. Provided little time to set up electronic payment. Payment by mail would not have been possible.

Sunnova had very good communication up until the installation was nearly complete. During installation the crew dented and put a hole in our soffit while deciding the hookup would go in another location putting some putty over the hole. We also had numerous landscaping lights damaged during the install and plants trampled. The plants have since recovered but thats as far as anything as we've gotten. We were told that someone would come out and take care of all the damage. I called the numbers I was given. I text our main salesman. He gave me a number and I've never been contacted by anyone since.

Macy did a great job of describing the benefits and process of transferring to solar power. She was upfront with the numbers and expectations. It took 2-3 months in total for me to sit down with Macy, the Sunnova representative, and have the panels installed and activated. It's still quite early, as I am still in the first month of activation. However, everything seems smooth to this point.

Your sales people are very professional and thorough. The men who installed the solar panels were very good. The electrician was very nice. My only suggestion for improvement is follow through. I had to make several reminder calls letting you know that Ameren had not come out after everything was installed, and I called to let you know of an error message showing up on your app. I was told wires were crossed and someone would come out to check the wires. Still waiting.

Didn’t like the wait time and confusion between the office and their workers Did not like the fact that no one called me all day To let me know they would not be coming out to my house I waited at home from 7 am to 7 pm And lost a hole days pay Next time please call if your not going make it for that appointment The other thing I didn’t like was the fact that your repair men was walking on my solar panels He stepped on the corner of one panel that ruched the roof. I hope there was no damage to that panel The other thing I had to tell one person to get the wires up off the shingles He did lift u the wires up but did not use any wire ties. So I guess I’ll have to do that myself One thing more One guy was doing all the work and the other didn’t do much because he was on his phone most of the time Wish I had a better report for you Hope this helps Luke

Very good company who stays in touch to get the system installed and operating. The system just went live this month. It's October and seeing good generation from part of the system not blocked by trees. Would recommend for others who are looking for solar panels. I didn't go with battery back up so no feedback on that part of their offering.

The construction took a long time to complete which was annoying. The quality was great and the personnel was also great. There were some issues with getting the panels on the roof but the crew figured it out. They initially got stuck in the retention pond which was a terrible idea anyway.

Very little communication from the start. I hope my system is doing what it is supposed to but no analysis from anyone so far. Not sure when my first payment is due and how much to r pect from TECO. Ruben A from Protec said that my deficit balance with Teco because of my levelized payment would be taken care of and he promised a $250 Visa for being a senior and another $250 Visa for being a veteran. I’ve tried to contact him about this but no luck!!

We have just gone online with our new solar panels. Things are beginning to payoff. Everything from the beginning has been seamless. Our salesman Garrett was exceptional. Explained everything in great detail. The support staff handled all the paperwork and the installers were also very good. Glad we went with the Sunnova group.

Technicians promptly arrived at all scheduled appointments. Every step taken during installation was relayed to the homeowner (me). So far, everything is running smoothly since my solar activation a month ago, and I do not anticipate any issues.

I didn't like the fact that at the time of installation I was charged fifteen hundred dollars for some part that was supposedly not included in my contract. I thought it was bad faith and thought about canceling everything. The person who charged me said he would pay out of his own pocket. I didn't understand what happened and I didn't like it. I also didn't like the fact that one of the installers used my bathroom. He used it and left the toilet all dirty.

Sam was very professional and helpful. He took time to explain all aspects. Elsie responded quickly to all text messages and kept me up to date on the process. Everything went smoothly considering city and electric involved. Have not received first bill to see savings, but very happy with service to date.
