I was offered multiple checks as a promo of the amounts of over 500, a year plus later I haven’t received any check as a promo and the person that I did everything with named Kamil never responds to my messages I even informed my name was misspelled and he could care less, never responded. I was also told this was through Entergy and I am starting to think this was a lie because if I chose to cancel I am being charged a ridiculous amount of money. Company is non responsive and I believe it was sold to another company and I was never informed

I have been sent emails in error about system termination due to failure of not paying when I am on their auto payment from the beginning as well as see payments being withdrawn from my bank. Also if I you ask for paperwork even if you pay for it they give you the run around and tell you they have not recieved payment even though you have verified that you have.

I owed at the end of the true up year so my solar didn't cover my needs. My solar has been disconnected at one point also and I had to pay PG&E this was not my fault and I feel should have been covered by Sunnova.

We are happy with the product; however, there were issues with their customer service. They arrived at our house multiple times for service calls without notice. This was inconvenient to both us and the Sunnova technician, who was only doing what he was told. In spite of our complaints it happened at least 3 times.

Was told by salesman my bill would be $59.27 from sunnova & that would cover electro usage. At times I might get a bill fro pse&how but it would be only $20 or so . Got a bill today for $136. From pse& g which now makes my electric bill 2x what it was. Tried calling sunnova & was cut off twice after holding for 20 minutes each time! So far this seems like a ripoff

Install was quick. So far things are working well. Concerns: We are still finding wire, metal, brackets and even a tool today, weeks after Install. We have dogs and small kids. We keep looking for more things that are in the yard or keep falling from the roof. Clean up post Install was a clear 1 star. Also, wish we would have been advised of ice slides. We would have asked for ice/snow blocks when the crew was installing the panels. Now, we need to have someone come back. Ice slides are falling on our walkway. Feel free to call me to discuss more.

Everything started off well. After completing all the necessary paperwork, I had a few follow-up questions for the salesman. However, I did not receive a response for five days, and it was only after I expressed the possibility of canceling the agreement that he finally replied via email. I preferred to have his answers in writing for clarity. Additionally, the electrical crew left my outdoor fire pit area in disarray. While I understand that furniture needed to be moved, it should have been returned to its original position. I also inquired about adding more panels. While I recognize that this process involves paperwork and approvals, I did not receive a response regarding my request. Overall, while I am satisfied with the outcome, the initial lack of communication raises concerns about potential issues in the future.

Well it was just turned on a couple days ago. All the people that were here for installation and there after worked and answered all our questions. We did think we would have it on a little sooner but it is up and running now. We hope it will be a great benefit for us down the road. The only thing I don't like is the billing through email. Call me old fashion but I like getting the paper bill in the mail.

Looks great. Still waiting for Electric company to come and approve the switch of us over to use of solar panels. They stated 4-6 weeks, it's been 3 weeks. Some confusion toward the end of the process. I guess that is to be expected when you have to make yourself and your home available to multiple companies.
