Our experience has been great! We have been informed of the process all along and that makes a huge difference. Sunnova worked around our schedule, the rep assigned to us was very courteous and explained everything to us down to simplest form and more importantly he was always available to answer all of our questions and any concerns that came across when people told us differently from their experience with other sources.

I switched to solar 5 months ago. Every month since my bill has been less than $13 a month!!! I could not be happier with the whole experience if I tried. It look great. The boxes inside and outside are discreet and clean. The staff was very professional from beginning and end and my sales guy was amazing. And although I was told the process would take a few months the whole project was done in less than 1 month. If I didn't already have solar I'd definitely go with this company!! Thank you all so much from $350/ month to $13 I mean really how great is that!!!

From the start everyone I talked with was very knowledgeable, explained all details and advised me of my options. They kept me informed on all stages of installation and followed up with emails and phone called. The service was excellent. Even in the last stage of powering up I had the options of someone coming out, I could get instructions and do it myself or I could call and they would walk me through the process. Great business relationship!! I even got a rebate! I highly recommended them! You want be disappointed!

I can only say that we have been very happy with everything concerning our installation. From the very beginning, the salesman, installers, electricians and inspectors were all very good and certainly knew what they were doing and would answer any question that I had in regard to what they were doing at the time. The office staff was always cheerful and ready to answer my questions or direct me when I called.

The Sunnova experience has been unbelievably Flawless. From our first interaction with Chris (the Salesperson) all the way through the process with Ashley (Account Manager). The Installation Team was Highly Professional and exacting. Though there was minor damage to some of the Rain Gutters they came out and replaced them with out questions! I would recommend Sunnova to anyone interested in going the Solar Route!

From the 1st contact to actually the completion-I have been totally impressed. They have done everything they said they would. The person I dealt with was Michael T. He was always there to help me understand what was to be done and when. I can not say enough good about this company. They are PROS!!!!

We had thought of solar power for sometime but the other solar companies just could not explain the process/benefits so I could clearly comprehend it all. When we decided to go with Sunnova, everything was clearly explained and described. I liked that I could lease it, good at my age I liked that my monthly payment is less than first quoted to me ..I am on a fixed income and have less income than my monthly bills. A worry to me. I am 84 yrs old. So solar has helped me a lot. I like that the payment is drawn from my bank account. I really. really, liked the service of most all who came to do their job. Now I am glad for every day that the sun shines!!! thank you very much.

The best choice my husband and I ever made was going solar. Overall experience with Trinity Solar and Sunnova is very positive. Installation was faultless, electric bills are now much less than before and I have not had any problem so far. The only negative is that my son who already had a solar installation done and recommended that I proceed with Trinity/Sunnova was told he would get a rebate check for referring a customer. The Trinity rep said it would happen and it never did, so although I would not hesitate to recommend Trinity /Sunnova to a friend, your promises for rewards are rather hollow!

From the first meeting on we have been pleased with Sunnova. The representative was knowledgeable. I had done my homework and had a list with 30 questions (with answers ) and he knew all the answers. They took care of the permit, all went smooth. The installation went smooth. We needed a new fuse box and they took care of that. Follow up was great. I called last Sunday with a question and they took promptly care of it.

From the very beginning, our initial meeting with Roger W was very informative as well as “no pressure”. Installation day was a VERY cold winter day in upstate NY but the 3 young men who installed our system did an excellent job! We were well informed during the entire process and all of our contacts were very professional. I love going to the app each day as the sun does its job to make our system work! The billing department is very easy to work with.

I do not understand the bad reviews I see. It sounds like most of the customers that are complaining have to take it up with the solar company that sold them the deal, NOT Sunnova. Went through with a monthly PPA with it has saved me a ton. One of my panels went out and they were out in a day to come fix. They actually knew about the malfunction before I did. Sunnova is a great company!!

My experience with Sunnova has been great. The representative that we worked with was great and knowledgeable. The Solar representative that initially began the process explained every step that would be taking place with the process of adding solar to our home. He explained that the interface with Sunnova would take place and be a very quick and smooth process. It certainly was. I would recommend Sunnova to others as well.

I found some things confusing at 'inspection time'. I receive from my electric co. (PSEG) a letter stating "I" had to arrange for connections; I did not expect this. A call to Trinity resolved this issue. I find issue with the number of companies involved, i.e. Sunnova, Trinity, and a few others like the installers, etc.. These companies seem to be located all over the U.S.A. I'm confused with the meaning of a Email received from Sunnova indicating, in essence, I will receive two (2) "bills" monthly; one from Sunnova (I guess) and another from the utility co. Haven't I signed up for automatic payment to Trinity/Sunnova?? However, I found talking with all persons, Sales Rep. Daygon, Office person, 'Steph', and the installers pleasing , and helpful.

I had some issues with how I wanted my panels placed. Sunnova went above and beyond to appease me. Before I signed on I spent over 2 hours asking every question I could think of. Even had the rep sit here while I went on line to find questions I might not of thought of. The installers were great. But the Rep (Kay) was the best. Always returned my calls and text asap. Even on the weekends. My actual service just started 3 days ago so I will come back periodically to give my opinion of the actual service. But thus far I strongly recommed them.

It took way too long from the time the panels were installed until the system was activated. During the installation they removed a cable box from the wall and never replaced it. They left it lie on the ground.

My person who referred me is not getting their compensation. Was cancelled on when the one electrician was out sick. I was surprised with the lack of skilled resource depth. Communication on when I can flip the final switch was not there. Otherwise the installation was good.

The installation went well but there were very few updates from my salesperson or his assistant. My neighbor who started the process weeks after I did was up and running while I was still trying to find out the status of mine. Good customer service should not stop as soon as you sign the paperwork.

I have been sent emails in error about system termination due to failure of not paying when I am on their auto payment from the beginning as well as see payments being withdrawn from my bank. Also if I you ask for paperwork even if you pay for it they give you the run around and tell you they have not recieved payment even though you have verified that you have.

I owed at the end of the true up year so my solar didn't cover my needs. My solar has been disconnected at one point also and I had to pay PG&E this was not my fault and I feel should have been covered by Sunnova.

We are happy with the product; however, there were issues with their customer service. They arrived at our house multiple times for service calls without notice. This was inconvenient to both us and the Sunnova technician, who was only doing what he was told. In spite of our complaints it happened at least 3 times.
