I was very impressed with the service that Team 1 gave us the first day of the installation, but they were called away on the second day to work somewhere else. The second team had some mishaps and it took them longer to install the solar, as we were told they would take an additional two days, but it took them much longer. I understand nothing is perfect, and things can happen while you are on site. The solar was finally installed, and hopefully we will be able to move forward.

I was kept informed throughout the entire installation and approval processes. A representative from Sunnova would send me a text message when there was an action that needed my attention. There was nothing, absolutely nothing, lacking on the part of Sunnova. This was the best experience I have had in dealing with a vendor. Panels installed by Trinity Solar are working great.... The whole process from signing contract to installation to setting up account went fast. The reason for only 4 **** Stars was the very poor, almost useless Sunnova App which only shows 3 things... KWH for Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days and All Time. Does not show daily amounts or other info on performance of system. (I had cell/PC App on my previous solar system when I lived in CT which gave all that info!!!) I would rate the Sunnova App a grade of "F". I was able to get the great app from inverter manufacturer Solar Edge... I would give Solar Edge app a grade of A+ -- Sunnuva MUST make available an app that allows users to see performance of system (which will enable users to show friends their results which will lead to referrals.

Have been please with Sunna thus far installing a roof before the solar panels are placed on the roof has been a smooth process and the works have all be professional, kind, polite and informative when questions have been asked - extremely friendly and profession company so far - have not had the worked completed but look forward to getting the 1sr step the roof done on April 16th. I have had no issues with the company. I knew during contracting that my bill would go up by about $5.00 every 6 months or so, which I was told is less than projected increases from my electric company, but I do wish that it was less than a dollar every 6 months or a year. Wishing thinking, but I just wanted to say that. You are doing very well because that is my only concern. Thank you for such good service! My family and I appreciate it!

I gave Sunnova a 5 rating and in doing so, the benifit of the doubt. This adventure has taken 3 months longer than predicted. I believe Sunnova was powerless as living in a rural area was tha main cause of delay and the other, Arizona Public Sevice, my energy provider. Sunnova's communication throughout the process was outstanding as was the installer, Titan. If considering solar, i recommend Sunnova! Thx

I would have given them a 5 star but the Engineer that came gave me some false info about adding panel on my rear drop roof. I would definitely refer them to anyone interested in solar panels.

I was told that if I had to switch providers that I all fees would be covered. That was an actual lie. I was told that my name would be added for a referral fee to those I recommended. I didn't personally know two that I recommended and was told James would take care of it. He ended up quitting and for the two I referred to him and that signed for service, I didn't get a referral fee. I felt duped. James didn't recommend the right number of panels to begin with. That had to be fixed. The person that fixed this was great but I am still out my electric fee and never received the other two referral fees. That is deceptive. I actually still have in writing his promises but that hasn't been honored since he quit. So no, I will never refer this organization again. I referred at least 3 that signed up and had touted the benefits for months but I can't in good conscience do that again.

I'm generally happy with the solar system and its benefits. I am not happy with how long it took for the system to be installed and the loan for the purchase of the system. Sunnova may not be the party responsible for the slow installation (Trinity Solar was the company). The agreement was finalized early August and the system was turned on late December. Dealing with Sunnova on the loan has felt like nothing other than a "money grab". I had the resources available to pay off my loan immediately and was not able to. I called Sunnova a few times on this and was told different things, including that I had to wait for the system to be turned on to pay it off and then that I had to wait for my first bill to pay it off. Waiting for the first bill meant that I had to pay that first bill (which was made up of mostly interest) and then pay the system off. In total, I paid $440 more than the agreement's system cost. I tried to avoid paying anything more than the system cost and was not able to do that. So, this review reflects that frustration more than anything else. The staff I spoke to on the phone was always pleasant and mostly knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I had to speak with them more often than any customer should in order to understand payoff options.

the system was installed in July and wasn't activated till mid December so how can I rate them when I still haven't actually been able to realize any energy results I also agreed to solar both as a cost savings and as a means of cutting down on fossil fuels and even though I was informed at the time and it may be that Suunova has no say in it...I find it disturbing that I have a lot more square footage that could hold panels to make my house far more energy efficient there fore I am unwilling to throw out any high ratings at this time...I may change my mind when I see real results of putting the solar panels on my home but whether it be the governement regulation or company policies it is deceiving to say I am being as enegery efficient and helping to cut down on my so called carbon footprint when it is clear that my roof could support a good number of additional panels...you asked I told you....

I have been calling V3 customer service trying to get answers on the way my LG battery is working, It has been over three week of phone calls after phones trying to get answer and not get anywhere. Being an electrician myself. It's a simple program change that can be done remotely from V3 office. Other then that we are still waiting to see how thing play out with the new system.

We appreciated the financing arrangement included - that was a big draw. But I got confused by suddenly dealing with Current Home; I didn't understand who that was. Then someone else came to do installation. Current Home set uip an appointment, the installer came on a different day and time. It got very confusing; I was not kept informed of what was going on, by whom, or when. I was not happy.

The main reason for installing the solar panels was to reduce dependence of fossil fuels. The system has delivered and has run problem free since installation. I am also able to run my EV charger. My goal of reducing my carbon footprint has been achieved; the savings aren’t bad either!

So far so good, no issues with Sunnova / Trinity. Installation in one day. Just a few weeks to go on-line. Very happy with power being generated. Didn't pay a dime for the system, just paying for electricity being generated. Having issues with National grid and highly estimated bills. Hope to get them resolved soon.

I really appreciate how helpful everyone has been through the whole process of “going solar”. Early on every time I had questions and concerns our solar consultant was always willing to make time to meet and explain, clarify and educate us on everything we needed to know. Beyond that all other steps to go live were straight forward and easy and the cutover was seamless that I only knew it happened because I received confirmation that our electricity was now being generated by our solar panels. What a great experience for someone like me who knew solar could be beneficial but was a little skeptical of how to make the transition. Now we have been live for a couple of weeks and everything seems just as it was before when we were getting our energy direct from the electric company.

Customer service was amazing. A representative comes over to talk about how everything works before you decide if you want solar or not. Throughout the whole process our rep, Dwight, would call or text us to give us updates. If any problems come up during inspection the company will usually help resolve it, we needed a new circuit box before installation and that was taken care of by Sunnova. After installation, we had to wait for the state to give the approval before turning them on. The whole process will take some time, it relies on the state, the energy company, and Sunnova. From day 1 to turning the solar on, for us, took about 8 months, but now our electric bill is basically gone, and we only pay for the solar panels (the price is discussed during consultation). Overall, we love having solar and have not had any problems thus far.

Sunnova’s Enlighten on-line solar system monitoring tool is very well designed. I can see how my system is working 24 hrs a day, empowering me to make informed decisions about the best time to use my appliances. When the PGE power went out recently, the house automatically switched over to solar battery use. And we immediately received notification from Sunnova reminding us to cut back on our electrical use in order to preserve our battery charge. My sales reps from SEP, Michael F and Crystal G were fantastic. They were so helpful and through, I decided to cancel a contract I already had with another company and go with Sunnova. They continue to be available for assistance, rather than abandoning me once the sale was over. I’m very pleased with Sunnova.

by purchasing the panels we did we have seen many days where we did not incur any extra charges from the infamous APS who happen to be our primary supplier if EMF.. we thiught at first the power we bought was not enough but the learning curve over the past couple years has been a good lesson. we have kearned that thru certain precautions and measaures taken have enhanced our ussage but also has allowed us to brag about we have done with our monies wjhen it comes to purchasing solar panels and the ir usage! we have learned that it has been worth our time and our money to "practice what we preach" when it comes to good frugal usage of natures bountys available to us from and thru Sunnova Products..

The Icon/Sunnova sales rep was very straight forward and honest unlike some of the other solar sales reps I had encountered from other companies. He was very genuine and his continuing follow ups kept me in the loop. The installers were also on point and friendly guys. I liked that tue installation crew was from the company amd not a 3rd party installer. All start up instructions were sent via email amd if I had any questions, they were quickly answered via text or call from the sales rep and/or corporate support. In the first few days I'm already seeing energy generation credits vs. consumption, so I'm happy.

From the beginning to the end Phil was awesome and bent over backwards for us. The installers were very professional too and respected my roof and yard. The communication between Mars and the workers were not so great. Everytime I had an issue I would write Mars and Phil and Phil would answer first and Mars would answer days later. I had issues trying to turn on my solar and it was a Friday and I wrote Mars and Phil. Phil came out at 8pm had to use flashlight but he got me on. It took Mars 3 days later to tell me he would send someone out. I told him Phil already did it. All in all if it weren't for Phil not sure I would recommend Kayo. But he helped me when I panicked as I am elderly and he jumped when I called or texted and found my answers. I had workers just show up without cal or text first and I wasn't happy. I texted Mars and it took him awhile to respond he said he wasn't notified they were coming. Not I'm sorry. Mars had an attitude from the Start I felt. He did nothing for me. Honestly it was Phil from Start to finish. I am very happy with my solar and how it looks on the roof. The wire guys for pigeons were great too.

They have arguably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They moved all call centers overseas, and the reps will not put you through to a supervisor or US agent no matter your situation. On top of all that, our first service appointment was blown off entirely.

This has to be the worst company ever. They damaged numerous major appliances including but not limited to, refrigerator, dryer, garage opener, when they super surged my house after instalation. They have been dragging their feet with the the compensation for new appliances.

They promised to wire a shed along with the solar panels and have failed to do so or contact to keep me informed. The representative his name is just and works in the reno fallon area made all the promises and won't answer the phone. I have called 5 or 6 times now. Never go through.

Horrible, worst experience ever…their sub contractors hired other contractors….had so many problems took forever to fix damages caused by them had to hunt them down and still the repairs were awful! Wish I didn’t do this and saved me the stress!!!!!

Sunnova is an incredibly frustrating company to deal with. A client of theirs gave them the wrong number to contact, my number. I received multiple texts and calls meant for their client. They would not delete my number from their account list even though I asked several times. Kept sending me texts and calling me on several occasions. They even sent me a link to review them since they STILL HAVE YET TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR LIST. I hope their work makes up for an utter lack of care and attention to detail. For the love of all things holy and all things not, stop contacting me. Thanks.
