Everyone that I have dealt with (in person, on the phone, via text) have been great! They answered all of my questions, provided me with honest information, were not pushy, and seemed to be genuinely interested in our needs and wants. The guys who put up the panels were great! They were fast, efficient and polite. My dog made friends with them during their break. This will be the summer when I keep the AC on, in all of the rooms, all of the time!

Ever since I got the system with SUNNOVA the electricity in my house is back to normal. No more ups or downs on power. No more shutdowns. I didn't have A/C in my house because of the highest cost of the electricity bills I was getting. I was closed to $200.00 a month. Now I have SUNNOVA and I have A/C in all of my rooms. I haven't had any issue whatsoever with SUNNOVA and everything is working the way is supposed to be.

Puerto Rico is a tropical island exposed to hurricanes, earthquakes, and blackouts. If you want to sleep peacefully and without worries, Windmar Sunnova is the solution. I have had SUNNOVA since the summer of 2019. Unfortunately, due to the Puerto Rico earthquake and blackout in January 2020, I spent a week with Tesla's solar panels and battery, which worked!

Sunnova took over my account system AFTER (about 4 yeas) the original company that first installed my ground mount solor system. That original company was a NIGHTMARE! It took them 3 YEARS to complete my system and get it up and running after I signed up! Nothing but PROBLEMS AND VERY POOR Panning on their part! After SUNNOVA took over it has been GREAT!! SUPER COMPANY that I know I can depend on and have full competence in!! SUNNOVA has been a complete POSITIVE life changer regarding all aspects of my Solor System!!!

I really like them as a company. The employees are polite, helpful and happy in their jobs, which says something about the company as a whole. The installation took a little while as it was during the beginninf of supply chain issues, but once it was time, the installation was excellent. Quick, great crew, cleaned up after themselves. System is user friendly and they are always looking to improve!

PPA terms were better than Sun Run and Momentum. Our Sales Rep was also MUCH less pushy than other companies that quoted us and let us decide in our own time. We installed just before winter and as soon as winter was over we had a $0 utility bill and a credit every month so far. Sunnova opened cases on their own in the winter due to some low production days without us even having to contact them. The customer portal is also great and gives you system production details up to the hour of day. Couldn’t be happier with our decision.

I was visited by 3 companies to tell me about installing solar panels. The reps of Sunnova bent over backwards to explain installation, amount of savings, finding a lender,etc. Installing and explaining the app to monitor the electricity generated was easy to do. Lastly if I had any questions or needed directions they were just a phone call away. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Our sales Rep Steve M was awesome! He sat down with us and wrote notes and explained things as thoroughly as possible to us in a half an hour. He was there for us with any questions we had. Installation of our new roof and panels was super fast! Waiting for the electric’s approval was the longest part and that is no fault of Sunnova’s. We are happy with our system and plan on investing in a battery soon to get the most we can from our system.

Great Tech definitely knew what he was doing. We had a horrible experience with Pink Solar who installed our system, and they went out of business and now we have none to service our warranty on our panels luckily Sunnova stepped up and took care of us for the Generac warranty I have strong confidence they will take good care of us in the future if needed.

Jordan's (foreman) crew Dave, Manny, Brandon & John warrant the highest accolades. Not only were they courteous & polite, but obvious professionals. I spent both days with them, watching the install. Not only did they tolerate my numerous technical questions, they answered them clearly & comprehensively. Safety was always enforced & the area was kept neat & organized. Upon completion, the area was walked multiple times, looking for little bits of scrap, etc. If you go with Sunova Solar, request Jordan's team. I promise you won't be disappointed.

It took a while to get the ball rolling for the panels to finally be installed. Now that we have had a full year, I am thrilled that we made the decision. We were able to use electric heat for most of the winter and did not have to purchase any electricity from eversource. It's nice to save money doing something that's good for the environment. It was nice to get the great big check from taxes as well.

I have a very small house, 725 sq. it's still winter and I've yet to get "direct" sunlight on my panels, BUT the current output of them is pretty much keeping up with my usage even after a few cloudy days. I can only hope they will cover my use of air-conditioning in the summer, at the current rate, I suspect it will. Overall, extremely pleased. FROM BELOW; took about 4 months to install from start to finish (that option not offered)---my bill is under $10 from Eversource (suspect they will owe me money this summer) while my bill to Sunnova IS less than 1/2 what I used to pay Eversource.

i have been a custumer of sun nova for over 5 years and all i can say is I have no regrets about going solar . the security of not worrying about going in to the darkness is priceless. life on an island can have a turn for the worst in no time during a hurracane season . but that's all in the past now . not having to worry about the long lines at a gas station to get gas for a generator or to worry about loosing all the groceries in the fridge because you have no power gives you a feeling of freedom like no other. Thanks to you all at Sun Nova for making it happened !!!!!

Communication between the Electrical engineering crew and the county was terrible and resulted in my direct interaction with the county to determine what the 400a service connection to the utility would look like. Our project was a learning experience for our project contractor. The quality of the project overall is very good. Our project took over 5 months from groundbreaking to final approval and activation of the system. Nearly 10 months from contract signing to completion.

Sonnova has kept to their word and their schedule. When first installed my bill from Sam Houston went to $364. next month $234. Sam Houston maintained the problem was the new equipment. Sam Houston had installed a new meter the same day the batteries were installed. Two months later they reinstalled a new meter. Sunnova pointed out that they only store the electricity and the flow is controlled by "net metering" which is in the New meter. While on the phone to Sam Houston I pointed this out to them and said if the new bill goes down substantially, it's you. The next bill was $.51 .

All the gents that entered our home were polite, knowledgeable and respected each room they entered. There was virtually nothing left on the property for us to clean up. It was installed in Oct and were told that it would take until Spring, when there was more sunlight to see the benefit and they were exactly right! The past 7 months have cost us a TOTAL of $149, in addition to our purchase but that is well beyond what we thought it would cost. Brett Y did a fantastic job in presenting the product and I would and have recommended him to any and all interested in Solar!!

Bing a new customer I have yet to see all the advantages Sunnova solar has but am expecting it will far exceed paying the standard costs of the utility company. The contract, approval, and installation did not take long. But necessary permits and sign offs did take some time. But all was all handled by Sonnova and my personal contact seamlessly with continued updates. The ability to monitor the advantages of my solar use and savings on my phone is a plus.

Oversaw the installation of my Solar System, from the install Company, inspection by my town and inspection and new meter install buy Eversourse. Everything was as smooth as one could ever expect. Sunnova is now supervising my system from charting the daily output and listing on their Website, so that I can view its performance to watching and checking the output watching for any issues with the array.

I am a new customer who just hit solar panels installed, so I have no experience with this company. One thing I do have to say is that they are very specific about the electrical work they except. They kept inspecting every step of the work and they demanded pictures of the wiring. That was great. Now I know that the work was done correctly and to their satisfaction. That's a BIG plus.

I had a very positive experience with all workers assigned to my project. It started with my first appointment that explained the presentation, was advised of all necessary appointments, all necessary paperwork filed with the township and electric company. Notified I'm advance of all scheduled days work would be done. I'm addition, thete was a person assigned do me due answering any questions and/us concerns that I gas along the way. Ya a side note, all Pamela were installed I'm one day.

Originally, our sales person did a wonderful job of explaining how the system worked as well as the purchasing process and contractual nuances. Once we signed the contract, not only was the process going forward moving very slow, but communication was horrendous. Also, some of the additional perks promised have not been delivered and when we finally got an explanation as to the delay, we were provided with new reasons that had not been explained before. I cannot comment on how well the system works since it’s been active for about two weeks, but we are not impressed with the Customer Service and communication level.

Very simple process, installation was very professional. Unlike spending a lot of money upfront where the pay off is 10 -20 years in the future, we immediately saw massive savings in our electric bill, with out an upfront cost or hassles. In addition, with the recent jump in electric rates, our bill stayed the same. - ($0). The service allows you to see how much power your array is generated daily. Very happy with the customer service, the power producing solar panels and my new electric bill. My wife and I highly recommend this service.

When Sunnova Rep contacted me about solar system, I wad not really on board. After explaining to me how they operate, I felt differently. He promised me that my bill will be below $50.00 and my PSEG Bill will also be below $70.00. My PSEG bills used to be very high. It took me 4 months since I get Sunnova to see my PSEG bill below &50.00. I hope it says that way. I could not be happier. Thank you Sunnova!!!

Although it has been a while since our panels were installed we really have enjoyed working with Sunnova. There were a few problems in the beginning, but the company was very professional and timely with solving them. A lot of the delay was due to the pandemic , but after the county starting opening back up, they immediately came out to correct the problem. I would highly recommend Sunnova.

The entire process from beginning to end was a positive one. The individuals were knowledgeable, patient in answering questions, not pushy. Improvements in equipment and the Sunnova business and support made the decision for us. They took care of all the details from the design, installation, and the "turn-on." I received quotes from so many solar companies its ridiculous, but I finally decided to go with Sunnova. I had been a previous solar lease consumer and decided when I bought my next house I would never do that again. I contacted a Sunnova dealer and they directed my to the best pricing and financing for a system that would meet our families needs and our financial goals. Overall the sales process was zero pressure, the installation was smooth, the permitting process was very well handled and the project went quickly considering the state of the world.

We had a great experience from our initial visit with our Salesman Steve. there was no pressure and a great explanation of what to expect. The install was very smooth. We did not like one aspect of the outside appearance and it was fixed quickly to our satisfaction. Our system was turned on this past Wednesday and we are looking forward to our savings on our energy bill. We can easily track our production online and at home.

Sales person was excellent and knowledgeable, design was spot-on, construction crew was excellent, communication from Sunnova was perfect. At first I felt overwhelmed when discussing the possibility of solar and whether to buy or lease, but the gentleman who explained the process over and over, with unlimited patience, never made me feel "stupid" or bothersome (I emailed many questions to him). He made my choices easier. The guys who installed the panels and the changes to the electrical box were friendly and competent.

My system has been in a little over a year. We had outrageous electric bills during the months of June-Sept yearly. UI changed meter but did not help. My 2 sons both had Trinity install Solar and are pleased. We changed a little over a year ago and now pay our monthly amount and thats it. Very happy with it and Trinity. If you have Sun ,Make the change. You wont be sorry!

All the representatives were very professional. Answered my questions, no pressure. The roofers came on time, they were polite and totally cleaned up the mess. The electrical crew came, did their thing left. Through out the process my salesman, Joe and the customer service dept kept in touch and walked me through the process. Would recommend this company to my friends and family.

We have found all the personnel we have communicated with to be open and honest in answering questions that every step of the way. They never made commitments / promises they could not keep. We were kept well informed and the time line was always met through every step of the project. On site installers were courteous and thoroughly cleaned up each day. They did NOT leave a mess at any time. The employees are thoroughly professional.

Overall, it's been a great experience. My salesperson Trevor was excellent and patient with the 100 questions my wife and I had about everything from financing to equipment to placement of the panels. The installation went smoothly and the communication from Sunnova has been consistent and thorough. I'm excited to see the early returns on the energy the system is providing and can't wait to start seeing dramatically reduced energy bills from PG&E, not to mention feeling good about producing green energy and reducing my dependence on the increasingly unreliable grid.

I literally did nothing because they took care of all the paperwork , appointment scheduling, and installation. We met with four companies selling solar and back up systems. We were impressed with the information provided up front for us to make a decision. Solar has been installed and we are now looking to install the generator. Every thing went smoothly and we are about ready for the utility company to shut down the electricity or for some other means of us being with electric power as normally provided by the utility company. One evening there was a knock at our front door and a young man was asking if he could speak with us about solar panels. At first we didn’t really want to speak to him because we had a bad experience from another company. But we let him come in and he walked us through his program with Sunnova. We had our solar panels installed, And went online before the end of the year. I would highly recommend this company.

The staff was extremely helpful in submitting the proper documents to the city and energy provider for permits and design review. Steve R, our sales rep was thorough and answered all our questions. At first it seemed too good to be true. We sat down with our Representative Matt from Trinity Solar and he explained the details. We just had our install and were given the okay to turn on our system! The team kept us informed the whole way, letting us know when permits were applied for, gave us our install date, ect. Everything went smoothly. Here we go on our new adventure with Solar Energy!

We had met with 5 other solar companies and always felt pressured or that they were uneducated on the actual system and making things up as they went. When meeting with our local Trinity Solar representative we were extremely impressed with the no frills, no bull approach. We had agreed to meet with 1 past company since they were highly recommended and very glad that we did. From the first meeting until the finished install we could not be happier. System has been up and running for 3 months now and we have had zero issues and can't wait for the continued savings.
