Installer was great & knowledgeable.. However, the customer service didn’t have a clue as far as service dates. It changed four times in three days! Even when the installer was there I received a text saying the installer would be there the next day.. Please communicate with your scheduling departments

Service was great installers were very conscientious. Can't give better feedback about going Solar until I have it for a half year or year. Was told by sales manager that it would be a win,win for us both. Only time will tell.

Entire project from time of agreement to activation is way too long. Very little personal interaction on achieving updates. The Sunnova app is too general and lacks detail. Installation was seamless once approval and permits were granted.

I haven’t seen much change yet but I will say it was very deceiving when the sales representative told me I would get checks on the mail from ppl. I’m not even sure why I believed that but that is not true at all and they should stop saying that as a point sale. Also. I’m not sure why but I still pay a lot to ppl even though my system produces more than it utilizes. About 6$ a day. I haven’t seen much change so far. I wish I would say better things.

The entire process was effortless and the team made it easy to accomplish tasks. However, the directions given via email for Florida power and light were inaccurate. Also, I suggest explaining how to go about paying the solar bill after everything is connected and turned on so that the process is more seemless.

It took a lot longer than expected. Initially communication was aweful and very slow, if I got communication at all. I was able to get an agent who cared and took personal responsibility for ensuring I got the information I needed. The production of the solar is less than I was expecting and I still have to pay an electric bill to RI energy, which I was hoping to eliminate.

I feel Sunnova is an honest company and they didn't promise us anything outlandish that they couldn't deliver on. Our electric bill is much lower than it was and we receive many bills with a zero balance due.

The customer service was amazing and responsive. Once the process started I was called and sent texts to confirm understanding. I would have liked to have been provided a realistic time line for the process as a whole before we got started. The whole process took about two months with scheduling, steps required from the power company city inspections etc. But it is turned on now🙂

It has been over a year since installation. I have not had any issues with my roof, the panels, customer service or billing. The only problem is that during the winter, the snow will come off in sheets which could be a problem. I think I will need to get something like snow guards installed.

But when refinanced 2 years ago calling them to remove the ucc filing was a breeze and quick. They were very professional & explained to me the process.

Very friendly and courteous sales rep, no high-pressure sales, easy to understand and well explained. The installation crew was great very courteous and neat. When they finished, everything was cleaned up as if they were never there. When I did experience a problem with the system, it was fixed and updated within a week. Very satisfied!
