I was very impressed with the service that Team 1 gave us the first day of the installation, but they were called away on the second day to work somewhere else. The second team had some mishaps and it took them longer to install the solar, as we were told they would take an additional two days, but it took them much longer. I understand nothing is perfect, and things can happen while you are on site. The solar was finally installed, and hopefully we will be able to move forward.

Easy approval process without many complications. Solar equipment is the best investment and their customer service representatives are friendly and always friendly. but, the supplier Wildmar Home, PR, terrible company and service.

Every thing went as scheduled. Your crew showed up on time and went to work installing the racks and solar panels. The gentleman was also installing the outside panels and wiring them into my breaker box. Inspection went off with out any problems. They cleaned up all the packaging. Great job.

Everything happened as planned. Everything is working well. I wish they didn’t have to shovel ice off my roof because there are little particles from my roof on my driveway and deck. I wonder if that will shorten the life of my roof. I have not had my panels long enough to pay the first bill

I am still not very agreeable on the location of the panels on the building, due to some trees blocking the sun. The original estimate hadn’t included the trench, then after I signed contract I had to sign another contract for the trench. The trench backfill had a very rocky surface and wasn’t rolled or made flat. Cleanliness while the install crew was there was not exceptional. I am really hoping for results from this system soon.

They have responded to my issues. The product was put up prior to covid closures. There were some roof issues. I was contacted after quite some time. People came out and fixed the issue of leakage in the house. There was nothing fixed in the interior. I have contacted them and got a response but had been out of the area.

They were very good in delivering the product but didn't quite understand that I may have an electricity bill still. Luckily now we do see the credit but did not like paying $98.12 plus Green Mountain bill..that may continue until summer time when AC is used but at least we will see the credit applied.

Overall well organized interface with customers and clear contract with helpful info broken out. Customer service reps also work to resolve questions and issues. Only thing I didn't like was waiting for the first invoice to be released and having 3 days to pay it. If I wasn't on automatic payments that would have been a problem for me.

They did a good job. My only critique was the explanation of the process lacked information about the complexity and time that would be involved in getting the panels up and running. Most of that delay was due to the electric company and there required work.

HAd contacted local rep after installation wit a concern and never got a response. Also one man came to follow up after the installation and said he found a minor problem that he said would be addressed. when the crew came they said they couldn't find anything wrong. no explanation was ever given.

I have had no issues with the company. I knew during contracting that my bill would go up by about $5.00 every 6 months or so, which I was told is less than projected increases from my electric company, but I do wish that it was less than a dollar every 6 months or a year. Wishing thinking, but I just wanted to say that. You are doing very well because that is my only concern. Thank you for such good service! My family and I appreciate it!

I gave Sunnova a 5 rating and in doing so, the benifit of the doubt. This adventure has taken 3 months longer than predicted. I believe Sunnova was powerless as living in a rural area was tha main cause of delay and the other, Arizona Public Sevice, my energy provider. Sunnova's communication throughout the process was outstanding as was the installer, Titan. If considering solar, i recommend Sunnova! Thx

Everyone from the sales rep to the lead tech and his crew were very knowledgeable about the product they sold and installed. Very thorough follow through from the whole team up to the commissioning of the product. Very satisfied!

The product is a bit more expensive than we were anticipating, but through loans and rebates, make the decision an affordable monthly decision. Our sales rep, Kelly, was so amazing through the entire process. She helped walk us through if it was the right decision for us or not. Started with my good friend Jonathan L. coming over, talking with me and answering every question honestly. Helped me get the process started and kept me up to date along the way. Spoke to so many along the way, Lindsay in particular was always very responsive and had answers right away. The install team was great!! They were very very professional but I like to think I was able to loosen them up and they were great all around. Very friendly, very funny but professional and kept me up to date on progress. I cannot compliment them enough! Overall a great experience, the wait for the permit checks and final inspections from the town, not Sunnovas/trinitys fault, but that was a painful wait after all the hard work that went in. I’m up and running and hope to be saving money very soon

I can see how my system is working 24 hrs a day, empowering me to make informed decisions about the best time to use my appliances. When the PGE power went out recently, the house automatically switched over to solar battery use. And we immediately received notification from Sunnova reminding us to cut back on our electrical use in order to preserve our battery charge. My sales reps from SEP, Michael F and Crystal G were fantastic. They were so helpful and through, I decided to cancel a contract I already had with another company and go with Sunnova. They continue to be available for assistance, rather than abandoning me once the sale was over. I’m very pleased with Sunnova.
