So far Sunnova from first contact with Frank through installation has been great. Our first electric bill so far has been extremely low. It seems like everything is working the way it was explained. We’ve only had it for almost two months. Hopefully it continues to work out.

The customer service was amazing and responsive. Once the process started I was called and sent texts to confirm understanding. I would have liked to have been provided a realistic time line for the process as a whole before we got started. The whole process took about two months with scheduling, steps required from the power company city inspections etc. But it is turned on now🙂

It has been over a year since installation. I have not had any issues with my roof, the panels, customer service or billing. The only problem is that during the winter, the snow will come off in sheets which could be a problem. I think I will need to get something like snow guards installed.

The efficiency of every member of my team was exceptional. My salesman, Miguel F, spent 5 hours explaining everything. No question was left unanswered . I was notified about when each group would come and they were on time, professional and careful. They were also great about leaving the site neat. The final inspection by the 2 electricians from the company found a wire from my box to the water meter that needed grounding. The town inspector told me that he’s had good experiences with SUNNOVA. Panels installed by Trinity Solar are working great.... The whole process from signing contract to installation to setting up account went fast. The reason for only 4 **** Stars was the very poor, almost useless Sunnova App which only shows 3 things... KWH for Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days and All Time. Does not show daily amounts or other info on performance of system. (I had cell/PC App on my previous solar system when I lived in CT which gave all that info!!!) I would rate the Sunnova App a grade of "F". I was able to get the great app from inverter manufacturer Solar Edge... I would give Solar Edge app a grade of A+ -- Sunnuva MUST make available an app that allows users to see performance of system (which will enable users to show friends their results which will lead to referrals.

I really appreciate how helpful everyone has been through the whole process of “going solar”. Early on every time I had questions and concerns our solar consultant was always willing to make time to meet and explain, clarify and educate us on everything we needed to know. Beyond that all other steps to go live were straight forward and easy and the cutover was seamless that I only knew it happened because I received confirmation that our electricity was now being generated by our solar panels. What a great experience for someone like me who knew solar could be beneficial but was a little skeptical of how to make the transition. Now we have been live for a couple of weeks and everything seems just as it was before when we were getting our energy direct from the electric company.

Everyone from start to finish was polite and professional. They said that my roof needed replacement and did the replacement at no cost to me. The electricians and the carpenters were great, they spread grass seed where they had to dig to bury the cable. The customer service always called to give updates and things that we needed to do for the hookups.

On top of that they're making it MY responsibility to call the solar installers to put up more panels. I ask you, how is it my responsibility when your company did the survey????

Very dishonest, unprofessional company. We were lied too and they didn’t hold up their part of the contract. They were in a rush to put up the panels but never returned to cut down our trees which was part of the agreement. And keep procrastinating. It’s been two months and still nothing. The job was mediocre as well. Very poor job. Horrible experience.
