I have about six months experience and everything's been fine. It seems like it's working out really well. I got the notifications by text messages when they were gonna be coming out and then they would come out at the correct time. If there was any problems I told them my concerns and it was done pretty quickly. Everything went well. There was some damage to the roof, but that was the only problem. They're pretty responsive to our questions.

I recently had an issue with our HOA saying something about our solar panels and they got it resolved within the day. It was great. I was able to reach out, got an answer and talked to a human. I'm not producing as much as I thought I would, but it's also hard for this winter right now. They installed as plan. It was a bit niosy, but that was expected.

After extensive research and talking to several different companies, the. The quality and the the pricing seems good. I like that they didn't use contractors and that everyone works directly for Ion. Installation was very smooth. They were very good about walking me through various steps and then good about answering questions. They're responsive about giving feedback for any any potential issues. They have good warranties too.

I have a Direct Line to the the head guy there and anything we need, we just text him and he's on it. Our installation happened during the holiday season, so it took a little bit longer. And then also with COVID going on at the time, nobody wanted to come to work and it was all expected. Took a little longer than it should have, but it all worked out in the end. So far we haven't had any issues with anything. It's been going on, I think a year now.

It's worked perfect, I've had no problems with it at all. Getting them on the roof was easy. They just took a day. They sent the people out who inspected the roof and then they said they were coming and they came and they got them up there and got any trouble at all. Very easy. They answered all the questions I've had. I did have a couple times when I had trouble with the app and they helped me figure that out. They've been really helpful.

I felt my salesman was really trustworthy. But the whole solar industry, there's a lot going on and ion is definitely no different. They didn't have the best financing option. It was definitely the best value for your money out there right now, its just not necessarily the best quality. It was smooth. I think they were in and out in a day, and I don't think they needed more time than that. I think they only had the power down for 15 minutes. It was remarkably fast.

They kept me apprised of each and every single solitary development throughout the installation and procurement of the solar panels being put on my roof. We were well informed throughout the entire process. When they installed it they left 0 indication that they were ever here. In other words, there was no debris around my yard or around my house. They did it inside of 1 working day during the daylight hours. Minimal noise. It was just a very good experience.

The installation went smoothly. It was just a long process, though. There's a process or steps that you have to go through, but it was it was great. Everything seemed pretty smooth. Install was fairly quick. They came early in the morning and they answered my questions and and gave me advice and tips on how to conserve energy. It went well. Whenever I had questions, if John couldn't answer them, he would always have a supervisor call me and they would also go over the contract. When we initially decided to go with with them, the contract was read paragraph by paragraph by one of the managers or supervisors with me and John. It was pretty informative and covered a lot of the bases.

It all went really smooth and according to what they had quoted us and so forth. We were very pleased with their service. They contacted us by text every step throughout the whole process. The installation went very well. It seemed very easy to for them to get everything set up. We didn't have no issues whatsoever. We've only had it for maybe four months and we really haven't had any concerns, questions, or anything going wrong or anything of that sort, so everything's been going good from start to end. It's pretty durable and it's nice equipment and stuff. Installation process went pretty smoothly. I didn't really have that many issues. They did have to replace a couple parts after they came and installed it initially, but it wasn't really a big inconvenience. I had some problems getting a hold of my representative for my solar and stuff like that because it wasn't completed like they said it was.

It took about a day for them to install the solar itself and then the battery took another a couple of weeks for completion. It's some of the industry's best equipment. They were good overall just had some issues with my specific installation that they still haven't really addressed.

It was a smooth transition with installing. I did notice one thing when they were initially installed, I guess they did them too high and they had to lower some of the panels so all of them would fit because I had I have 36 panels. So they had to shift a little bit, but I mean other than that, there weren't like unnecessary holes in the roof or anything like that.

It's saving me a bunch of money and I haven't had any issues with it yet. There were several times I would reach out to the customer support representative that was assigned to my project and they did not get back to me and then it turned out that the individual didn't work for Ion Solar anymore, so my account didn't have a representative assigned to it and so I was talking to nobody. I understand that things fall through the cracks or whatever, but I there was a period there where I was asking questions and looking for answers and was not getting them for quite a while.

I really didn't know much about solar and Ion Solar came out and they had a great presentation to let me know the advantages and the benefits of having solar. They came, set everything up, gave me an app and showed me how to use the app to monitor everything, so it was just great fit.

Well I advised Ion that we have a home owners association that requires any structural changes to be submitted to them first and they stated they were aware and would send the plans to the homeowners association and now a year and half later I have been fined hundreds of dollars because that was never done. According to them. I can no longer pull the plans and have contacted ion but haven't gotten a response. In addition, I was told I got state tax breaks but I am unable to get the state tax breaks because I need a certificate of installation to provide to the state and have emailed and requested help getting that and have never received a response. It seems like customer service is great prior to installation, but then gone after

They were very professional. We don't have an electric bill, so we don't pay anything other than the the hookup cost. And we don't have any problems with the system so far.
