Overall, I had a great experience with Ion through installation, but that all went downhill after installation and when Kylee took over as my project coordinator. After the county inspected the work, it took over a month and a few angry phone calls to get her to provide me any update on the project (Dec 14 - Jan 16). After that I requested a new project manager but never received one. If it weren't for the absolute fantastic customer service provided previously by Taylor and Alexis, as well as Corry and Nadiya I would have dropped it to one star.

Ion Solar is a great company. We were very impressed with the installation crew. They were very professional and friendly. They were efficient in their work and cleaned up so well when they were finished that you couldn't even tell they had been there. They took time to explain their process and answered all of our questions.
