Was told Solar would eliminate my power bill. Still spending $50-$125 on my power bill on top of my solar bill. Have yet to get a $0 bill from Rocky Mountain Power like I was told. Not saving any money and now I'm in the hole $30k. Would be awesome if I was only paying my Solar bill every month, but thats not the case here.

Very slow process. Highly over priced compared to other solar companies. They fund your loan before you are given permission to operate by the utility company so you end up having overlapping solar loan payments and energy bill payments. They’ll do anything to get your business but look elsewhere as many companies are much cheaper!

The company finish installing the solar system on December 2, 2022 and is December 15. I still haven’t received a call how to manage the app they were supposed to do some a color matching on the piping they put on the side of the house they haven’t done that. Oh I don’t know how to work the system here so on my part is not good

They took over 2 months to redo the inspection after sending in the wrong plans to the city. Getting any answers out of then was like pulling teeth. I had so many issues with this process, I probably won't even get solar on my next house. Also, I'm STILL waiting on yhe incentive check they promised me 5 months ago.

The support staff and install teams are woefully undertrained, ignorant or just lazy. There were many times the teams were completely out of sync with each other. Different teams are apparently provided different information. There were many appointments missed, lies told, promises made and broken, and nothing done proactively.

From the beginning through the panel installation, the people were great and did good work. And then it stopped. They didn't install the critter guard I paid for and they didn't hook the panels up to our electric. It has been a month without a reply. If you have a lawyer that has dealt with the solar companies I would like to meet them.

Mistakes that needed to be fixed later occurred at every step of the process, and the repairs for these mistakes were delayed multiple times with electricians and techs repeatedly not showing up as scheduled. Customer Support was kind and attempted to be helpful but were frequently clueless and unable to actually help.

Speedy install was a win. System does not generate anywhere close to the power they said it would. Now I am paying more a month then I was without solar panels. I was very very mislead. System can't even generate enough power for my lowest months of the year. Was promised it would cover 95% of my annual usage I'll be lucky to get 40%.
