They have been very helpful. There was a time, a couple times where it's took a little while to get an answer, but other than that, pretty solid. They scheduled us for date to install and they were able to come out and just get everything done in one day for the most part. Obviously we had to allow access into our home and things, but it's pretty easy, and pretty efficient. There was one thing they had to come out and do again based on an inspection from the county, but other than that, it's a very simple process. It's been great equipment. I haven't had any issues with it so far, its been very easy to understand and we are definitely getting the benefits of the panels.

The professionalism and personal attention was head and shoulders above the rest. The genuine integrity we encountered during the entire process was more than we expected. Every objective our Energy Consultant discussed prior to, during, and subsequent of the installation was accomplished. The ION team kept us informed during the entire process. The level of stress associated with this endeavor was absolutely zero. I'm very, very happy with their service and the products. And I really appreciate the fact that they brought wonderful financing to me since I had, had a bankruptcy and the financing allowed me within a shorter period of time, just two years after the bankruptcy was closed, to be able to qualify. They have microprocessors for each solar panel and that enables easy diagnosis in case something goes wrong. They came up with a plan for the solar panel. They got the plan approved. They came and installed everything in one day. They were very easy to work with, they were very efficient and I couldn't say more positive things about them. They were excellent.

The first time Justin came to our house he answered all of our questions and was patient with us. After the first meeting, my wife and I decided now was not the right time and he understood. A few months went by and I reached back out and once again Justin answered even more questions. We decided to go through with it and am sure glad we did. Justin and the team at Ion Solar are awesome. They never seemed bothered when I would call or email them asking more questions. They were also very great at keeping constant communication with me letting me know what the next steps would be even up to once we had permission to turn our solar on they sent me an email showing me how to turn it on. If you are unsure about solar or what company to go with I most definitely recommend Ion Solar. Side note Justin even gave me a recommendation for my parents to get solar in California as Ion does not operate in that state. Justin went above and beyond!

I got the notifications by text messages when they were gonna be coming out and then they would come out at the correct time. I have a Direct Line to the the head guy there and anything we need, we just text him and he's on it. Our installation happened during the holiday season, so it took a little bit longer. And then also with COVID going on at the time, nobody wanted to come to work and it was all expected. Took a little longer than it should have, but it all worked out in the end. I felt my salesman was really trustworthy. But the whole solar industry, there's a lot going on and ion is definitely no different. They didn't have the best financing option. It was definitely the best value for your money out there right now, its just not necessarily the best quality. It was smooth. I think they were in and out in a day, and I don't think they needed more time than that. I think they only had the power down for 15 minutes. It was remarkably fast.

Everything seemed pretty smooth. Install was fairly quick. They came early in the morning and they answered my questions and and gave me advice and tips on how to conserve energy. It went well. Whenever I had questions, if John couldn't answer them, he would always have a supervisor call me and they would also go over the contract. When we initially decided to go with with them, the contract was read paragraph by paragraph by one of the managers or supervisors with me and John. It was pretty informative and covered a lot of the bases.

I did notice one thing when they were initially installed, I guess they did them too high and they had to lower some of the panels so all of them would fit because I had I have 36 panels. So they had to shift a little bit, but I mean other than that, there weren't like unnecessary holes in the roof or anything like that.

There were several times I would reach out to the customer support representative that was assigned to my project and they did not get back to me and then it turned out that the individual didn't work for Ion Solar anymore, so my account didn't have a representative assigned to it and so I was talking to nobody. I understand that things fall through the cracks or whatever, but I there was a period there where I was asking questions and looking for answers and was not getting them for quite a while.

Well I advised Ion that we have a home owners association that requires any structural changes to be submitted to them first and they stated they were aware and would send the plans to the homeowners association and now a year and half later I have been fined hundreds of dollars because that was never done. According to them. I can no longer pull the plans and have contacted ion but haven't gotten a response. In addition, I was told I got state tax breaks but I am unable to get the state tax breaks because I need a certificate of installation to provide to the state and have emailed and requested help getting that and have never received a response. It seems like customer service is great prior to installation, but then gone after
