I had forgotten that the bill was still outstanding when she called me this afternoon. Haley told me that everything had been taken care of and Medicare had paid the bill which I assume they would have done originally. I worked with Catherine H. and was relieved by her professionalism, patience and knowledge, making me feel like I could trust someone who could walk me through the Medicare maze. She didn't rush me, giving me options with information. I felt more in control of deciding which product would provide good service for the right price. I am beyond grateful for Boomer Benefits. I consider myself slightly intelligent with life. When it came to Medicare it was overwhelming with so much to look at and to make the right decision at the right time. A mistake can be costly and regrettable. Boomer Benefits has been so helpful in navigating and dealing with Medicare! Most recently, I worked with Juliette Templeton to change my part B policy after I moved from another state. She took the time to call me after the move and go over my options in the new state. After I chose a new plan, she set everything up with the new policy and I didn't have to lift a finger. When the new plan was approved, she canceled the old policy for me. Juliette provided excellent communication and follow up until the entire process was complete. Such amazing service! I have only been on Medicare for about a month, and already had a billing issue. For that, I spoke to Mia L, who also gave me amazing service! She looked into the issue, found the problem, set up a call with Medicare, and stayed on the line while we got everything straighten out. Everything was fixed in just a few days! I am so pleased with Mia's service, and Boomer Benefits overall. Speaking to a real live person, and not getting the frustrating, AI run around means so much! I would also like to give a shout out to my previous agent, Andrew E. He gave my husband and I lots of advice and set up our initial Medicare, and dental policies, from before we moved. He made the whole process effortless, and advised us on what to do after we moved. All the Boomer Benefits agents that my husband and I have worked with have been amazing. I am so glad we found out about their service (I think I saw it on Facebook). I would highly recommend anyone on Medicare to use them!

She listened to the problem I was having with my pharmacy filling my prescription, called the pharmacy to resolve the problem, then called me back to tell me the problem had been entirely taken care of. I was referred to Boomer Benefits by my brother, who is several years older than me. I'll be 65 soon and needed to find a good Medicare Supplemental Plan G provider in my area. Rachael W. did such a great job taking care of my wife! We like many other seniors live on a fixed income and Rachael took the time to listen about an increase in my Wife's G-Plan for no real reason. Rachael found an alternative company for a G-Plan and saved us $ 181.00 per month. That means a weeks' worth of groceries to us! Arick D, with Boomer Benefits, has been awesome in assisting me! I’ve contacted him multiple times after being billed for balances due to doctors or hospitals. Sometimes it would be because that was part of my deductible, but other times, it was where they had received the payment from my gap insurance, and had mistakenly failed to credit the payment to my account. Arick has always been quick to help; polite, patient, and professional. It’s reassuring to know that Arick is always just an email or a phone call away! Boomer Benefits is an excellent company which I have been with for almost eight years. Their videos are top notch, very informative for everything Medicare. I recently reached out to them to change my medigap plan; as the one I had been on had gotten too expensive. I was lucky enough to talk to team member Juliette Templeton; who assured me that she could find a company that I would have a good chance of passing medical underwriting. She took the time to review all the underwriting questions to make sure I understood them and then we repeated the questions for the actual test. Juliette explained all the steps of acquiring a new medigap plan. I did pass and today she made a follow up conference call to cancel my existing plan for a timely transfer to the new plan. She is also going to call next week to make sure that all necessary paperwork has been received to make the change official. Excellent service from all involved.

Tina Krutenat spent close to an hour and a half listening and providing valuable insights and information on Medicare options for my husband and I. She was patient, well spoken and clear about concepts and plans. She was able to guide me to a better plan than I had found. I trusted her based on the conversation and because of all those things I mentioned, I felt enabled to select a plan. The selection of a medical plan is a big and horrendous nightmare in our USA system, filled with uncertainty and high costs and fear. I have talked to and researched this topic for a few days now and feel that Boomer Benefits is an excellent source and Tina is an excellent representative.

Tina K. with Boomer Benefits recently helped me navigate through the Medicare "jargon" Parts and Plans and various options in a professional and easy to understand manner. She walked me through the advantages, disadvantages and related information of the Medicare Parts and the available Plans so I could make the best informed decision as a recent retiree. She also helped my wife earlier last year with similar results. We both would recommend Tina and Boomer Benefits to help you with the stack of brochures and pamplets you too must be receiving in the mail about Medicare. Tina was very calm and pleasant on the phone. She answered our questions in a manner that both of us could follow and navigate our way to the numerous options and decisions to be made for our next stage of health coverage in our retired portion of our life time. She shared various resource links, including on-line video's and training available on the Boomer Benefits web site. We were able to meet with Tina on several professionally scheduled times on the phone to complete Medicare Parts A and B and D enrollment, along with Medigap Plan G for our location in a timely basis. Now if she could only stop the incoming mail from the various providers wanting us to choose them instead. Ha! Thanks Boomer Benefits and Tina K. for helping Randy and Kerry.

I was already very pleased with this company before I needed help resolving an issue with a lab bill. This company has a Client Service Team that helps their customers with questions and billing issues. I faced a 1100+ dollars bill for a test that was denied by Medicare. Jasmine with client services was tirelessly working with me for months to get this resolved, she even composed an awesome letter for me that finally got my provider's office attention and the outstanding bill was closed out within less than 48 hours.
