Ryan is so knowledgeable, patient, informative and really made me feel very special. The process can be complicating and overwhelming but Ryan broke it down into easy steps that I could follow and led me to make what I believe was the best choice for me. I have been dealing with Boomer Benefits since my initial sign up for Medicare 8 years ago and the service I received over the years has always been first rate. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew M. Andrew literally saved the day as a person self employed with a successful business needing to transition from a private individual health plan to a government MedIcare plan.
My individual plan was legacy and terming out. I was very skeptical of Medicare but Andrew’s knowledge of the various Medigap plans allowed me land with a great option. Andrew is the best!

Jacob C with Boomer Benefits was very helpful in identifying an appropriate supplemental plan for my situation. As a retired disabled US Navy Veteran with full VA medical benefits, medicare is a bit of a nuisance expense, but Jacob helped me find a plan that would minimize the associated government mandated tax or expense. It is criminal that a disabled veteran has to pay a medicare premium when their VA medical coverage is part of their benefit for their personal sacrifice in serving their country. Julia P deserves more than 5 stars! I/we had an issue where we thought our Medicare accounts had been compromised. I called Boomer and fortunately got Julia to help us. She got Medicare on the phone with us and she stayed online with us through the whole time. Then when we got our new cards she contacted all our supplement companies and gave them the new numbers. I cannot begin to tell you how Julia took a huge load of of our shoulders. Again, Julia P deserves far more than 5 stars!!

I had a great experience with Boomer Benefits. Crawford Boling did an awesome job explaining how Medicare works and what I need to do to sign up for the first time with Medicare. I will be turning 65 in December and starting Medicare and Medicare supplement insurance which will be cheaper than I am currently paying at my job for a high-deductible health insurance plan.

When I became eligible for Medicare and began researching it I was shocked by how complicated it is - and I am an attorney. I feel fortunate to have contacted Boomer Benefits because they really helped me understand all of the options for supplemental insurance (and the sometimes confusing terminology). Almost five years later I feel I made the best choices with the help of BB initially. And, I have changed two of my supplemental plans since then to achieve the most coverage for the money - because the rates continually go up whether you use the insurance or not. Boomer Benefits is AWESOME!! My Part D insurer denied coverage of my doctor's prescription. The cost of the medicine was more than a thousand dollars per month without insurance coverage. I contacted Boomer Benefits and connected with Julia P. Julia was FANTASTIC. Julia advised me on next steps and provided a form for my doctor to complete and send in to appeal. My Part D insurer denied my appeal. Julia gave me further advise and we appealed a second time. This time the insurer approved coverage. There are not enough stars or accolades I can give Julia and Boomer Benefits. I am so grateful for Julia's guidance and thoughtful follow up during this entire process. THANK YOU!!!!!

When we moved, we needed to get a new Medicare plan. Boomer Benefits did all the hard work for us. Same thing happened when I suddenly needed a good dental plan. Rachael Wagner walked me through the various options so that I felt really comfortable that I had the coverage I needed for my specific situation. When we finished, I asked if they, by chance, had grief counselors that would take Medicare. (In Texas, I was having a difficult time finding anyone that would take Medicare) The next day, Rachael sent me a list to choose from. She was amazing and I highly recommend Rachael and Boomer Benefits

A young man with Boomers (Andrew L) called me last month just to check to make sure I was still happy with my plan I had purchased about 4 years ago. Thinking it would be very difficult to change I at first said I am good. Several days later I begun to have second thoughts due to a high increase in premiums. I decided to give him a call back. Andrew sir he’d and found a lower priced plan. He was so very patient to help me with the new application and explained every question. Andrew called me back 2 weeks later to tell me I was approved. He then offered to help me cancel my old plan. This morning he called to tell me he was had called to cancel my old plan for me. Andrew and Boomer are the best! So glad I am part of there business.

I would like to thank Garrett for his five star service. If it were possible I would give him a higher rating. I needed some information from my plan G Accendo supplement insurance. I called Accendo twice myself before contacting Boomer Benefits for assistance. I was unsuccessful in getting the information I needed. Garrett was patient and consistent in helping me obtain the information I needed. Garrett followed up with me over a two week period making sure I got the information I needed and was willing to assist me with constant follow up contact regarding solving the issue. Garrett provided EXCELLENT customer service!

About a year and a half ago, when my wife and I turned 65, we found Boomer Benefits very helpful in sifting through all the various info to select a plan that was right for us. Jacob C was the agent who walked us through this process. Since then I have appreciated their assistance in filing reimbursement claims with our Qualcare/ Aetna insurance. I have had occasion to use this service several times with regard to dental work My wife and I have done. Alexis P has been the agent who has been very helpful in these situations, filing the paperwork for us with the insurance company. It has simplified the process and we generally get our reimbursement checks in a more timely manner than what is posted on the insurance web site. Kudos to Boomer Benefits and agent Alexis P .

Andrew M from Boomer Benefits is amazing! He was very knowledgeable about medigap plans. It is difficult to know which company's plan to pick since they technically offer the same things. He was able to share information about historical rate increases, customer service and ratings. I spoke to a couple other Medicare brokers and they did not share that information which made it difficult to choose a plan. Andrew helped us sign up and was responsive when we had questions. We also like that Boomer Benefits has a customer service department that helps you if you have issues in the future. They also assisted us in picking a part D plan. Highly recommend!

Three years ago I contacted Boomer to help me select a Supplemental Medicare Plan. They were great. Then my husband died in January 2025 and immediately United Health raised my premium! Then if that wasn't enough they sent me a letter indicating that they were raising my premium to a ridiculous amount starting June 2025 even though I hardly ever used it. I contacted Boomer and spoke with Ashley S who was amazing! She listened to me and immediately recommended Humana. We filled out the Humana Questionnaire and Ashley took it from there. Within about 2 weeks I heard from Humana that they accepted me. Ashley called Humana with me on the phone and she also contacted United Health with me on the phone. She was diligent, hands-on and reliable. I told her I will be contacting her in October when the drug plan can be changed because I am not using Aetna.

In my quest to understand Medicare, I read the book: "10 Costly Medicare Mistakes" by Danielle K. R.. It was extremely helpful and explained the various parts of Medicare and the timing of when to sign up in a way that is easy to understand. The book provided many helpful links to websites and in particular, Boomer Benefits and they provide a free service to help individuals sign up for Medicare and supplement plans.
I reached out to Boomer Benefits, and was connected to Billy W. He's been awesome! His calm and peaceful demeanor has been reassuring. Not once did he pressure me to hurry and sign up (like others from different agencies have). He is very knowledgeable about Medicare and the supplement plans. I've appreciated how responsive he's been to any questions and emails I've sent.
It's been a huge comfort for me to have someone I can reach out to at any time with questions or concerns - even after I officially have Medicare.

Amber was able to get the claim settled and followed up with me when the claim was resolved. I also like their Facebook group where many questions regarding Medicare gets answered.
