I have been a client of BB since 2019. In the years since, I only called about escalating rates and plan changes once. However, today...I received a call back from Barbara R to discuss my options during open enrollment. Too my surprise and with the knowledge of Barbara, I find that Wyoming has recently enacted the "birthday rule" allowing medicare clients the ability to change supplement plans without passing underwriting. Game changer!! Barbara's knowledge of this newly enacted legislation in Wyoming has cut my premiums in half. Great job! Just another reason to stay a client of Boomer Benefits.

Rhiana is the best, when she says she is going to do something she does. In this day and age sometimes that is so hard to find. Making the transition to Medicare has been stressful; however, Rhiana has made the stress poof be gone as far as I'm concerned. She helped me get an MRI approved that was NOT getting approved and then she made sure that all my appointments in 2026 were covered with the new 2026 Carrier I picked. Boomer Benefits and Rhiana have been my lifesaver with all of this health care stuff that is so confusing and overwhelming.

Bailey Goh is the Boomer Benefits representative that helped me with the search for a new Medicare plan. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the healthcare system. I spent some time on the phone with Risheena White discussing my Medicare benefits. She was extremely helpful in a wide range of assistance, from helping canceling my wife’s policies after her passing away and looking at my policies. She listened and answered all my questions and asking questions of me to help me get the best coverage. Malaquia Brown has been working on my behalf with an issue I had with a copay for my insulin. The pharmacy had a difficult time understanding that my copay would be covered by my supplemental coverage and insisted on charging me for my refill order. I contacted Malaquia and she did an incredible job contacting my pharmacy and explaining my coverage. I talked to Rebekah Ayala today about changing my supplement policy. She was a delight to talk to, and very knowledgeable. To top it off she saved me $200 a month. I went on Medicare a little over a year ago. Two weeks later, I went to the ER with a back injury. The bill from the provider that saw me was rejected by Medicare. Amy E. worked tirelessly on this for almost a full year before finally getting resolution! She was excellent about keeping me informed along the way. I can't even begin to express how wonderful Boomers Benefits is! I was very, very nervous about signing up for a Supplemental plan, Coverage B and Coverage D. Bill Warren was very helpful on the Supplemental plan placement and it was super easy to apply thru him. As far as the Coverage D, Claire H. walked me thru the providers/premiums they could supply and then helped me get a BETTER plan/deal on the Medicare website itself. Another great experience with Boomer Benefits. Ashley Stout found a better rate for me, guided me through the application process and followed up to help me cancel my more expensive policy with another carrier. Ashley was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough as she helped me navigate what can be a daunting process each year. This is not my first experience with Boomer Benefits although it was my first time working with Ashley. Ashley's approach to customer service and knowledge of her craft ensure I will remain a satisfied and loyal customer.

Boomers to the rescue!! Incredible response and solution to being told by my doctor's office that my insurance was cancelled 3 weeks after it was approved. Since Boomers helped me get the insurance, I called them for help. LeAnn R was on it immediately, calling the insurance company and even my doctor's office to resolve the issue. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. All is good - the doctor's office had written the policy # down incorrectly. What a relief and PEACE OF MIND. Thank you, LeAnn for excellent and speedy service!!
