Jacob C with Boomer Benefits was very helpful in identifying an appropriate supplemental plan for my situation. As a retired disabled US Navy Veteran with full VA medical benefits, medicare is a bit of a nuisance expense, but Jacob helped me find a plan that would minimize the associated government mandated tax or expense. It is criminal that a disabled veteran has to pay a medicare premium when their VA medical coverage is part of their benefit for their personal sacrifice in serving their country. Boomer Benefits and Jacob C will help you get the right program.

Julia P deserves more than 5 stars! I/we had an issue where we thought our Medicare accounts had been compromised. I called Boomer and fortunately got Julia to help us. She got Medicare on the phone with us and she stayed online with us through the whole time. Then when we got our new cards she contacted all our supplement companies and gave them the new numbers. I cannot begin to tell you how Julia took a huge load of of our shoulders. Again, Julia P deserves far more than 5 stars!! Larry K explained very clearly the minute details of the next huge decision I had to make in a crisis situation. I had a claims issue that I need Boomer Benefits help with. Jozzlynn A was the Client Service Team Reprsentative who assisted me, and she made my pursuing a refund so much easier. I gave her all the details of my situation, and she took it from there and put effort into looking into the matter further. As it turned out, she solved my dilemma and I ended up getting the money back for me from a clinic that charged me erroneously. In 2015 Boomer Benefits helped me choose a Medicare Supplement to fit my lifestyle. I chose part G because it offers benefits overseas and I love to travel. Recently when traveling , I spent six days in a clinic in a foreign country. Alexis P of Boomers helped me file a claim online and get reimbursed nearly 80%. Can’t say enough about the service that has been provided to me! Kendra G. , in client services, has gone above and beyond to straighten out a pharmacy billing issue (billing old insurance vs Medicare). She was accessible, provided prompt call backs and unsolicited follow-ups, etc. She was very professional and coordinated conference calls with Medicare, my old insurance, etc. She truly provided remarkable service and amazing assistance!!

We contacted Boomer Benefits 7 years ago to get help signing up for Medicare. They have been great to work with. Their professionals are informed, very knowledgeable, always timely with any response(s) and their communication skills are outstanding. They have helped both me and my husband find the right Medigap policies that fit our needs, have assisted our changing of policies and have recently given immeasurable help dealing with a billing issue with Medicare. One of us was billed for services that should be covered by Medicare and after our getting the run around from the provider, the insurance office and the lab charging us for the blood work, I remembered handling issues was part of Boomer Benefits benefits. When we contacted Boomer Benefits we were assigned a customer care professional, Ruth Oekerman who has provided excellent service and resolution. Even when a problem showed up on the Medicare portal that was inhibiting the processing of claims, she investigated it. She kept in constant communication via email and phone calls to inform of us progress on the issue. It was such a relief for her to handle the whole thing. That kind of service is priceless! We are so glad we chose Boomer Benefits. We recommend them to everyone.

Rachael W. did such a great job taking care of my wife! We like many other seniors live on a fixed income and Rachael took the time to listen about an increase in my Wife's G-Plan for no real reason. Rachael found an alternative company for a G-Plan and saved us $ 181.00 per month. That means a weeks' worth of groceries to us!
