Kendra G. at Boomer Benefits was incredibly helpful in assisting me with switching my Medicare supplement plan. My UnitedHealth premium was set to increase sharply, and she helped me find a comparable Humana plan that saves me over $240 a year. I had a great experience with Boomer Benefits. Crawford Boling did an awesome job explaining how Medicare works and what I need to do to sign up for the first time with Medicare. I will be turning 65 in December and starting Medicare and Medicare supplement insurance which will be cheaper than I am currently paying at my job for a high-deductible health insurance plan.

I recently relocated to the Dallas metroplex area from Seattle and would like to commend one of your representatives who made the medical coverage process look easy. Rep Lisa C is very knowledgeable of the medical coverage choices that was available to me upon my retirement and relocation to Texas. I have recently started Medicare and after my first visit with the doctor, I was billed $562.00. Boomer Benefits (Amy E) contacted the provider on my behalf and had them re-code the bill; so now I owe nothing :-). Amy responded to my questions and informed me that it would take time. Being laid off and insurance being dropped the next day, Boomer Benefits really helped me understand Medicare B, Plan C and G. Larry K explained very clearly the minute details of the next huge decision I had to make in a crisis situation. Outstanding customer service. I've been a customer for years and recently needed to change my supplemental plan. We contacted Boomer Benefits 7 years ago to get help signing up for Medicare. They have been great to work with. Their professionals are informed, very knowledgeable, always timely with any response(s) and their communication skills are outstanding. They have helped both me and my husband find the right Medigap policies that fit our needs, have assisted our changing of policies and have recently given immeasurable help dealing with a billing issue with Medicare. One of us was billed for services that should be covered by Medicare and after our getting the run around from the provider, the insurance office and the lab charging us for the blood work, I remembered handling issues was part of Boomer Benefits benefits. When we contacted Boomer Benefits we were assigned a customer care professional, Ruth Oekerman who has provided excellent service and resolution. Even when a problem showed up on the Medicare portal that was inhibiting the processing of claims, she investigated it. She kept in constant communication via email and phone calls to inform of us progress on the issue. It was such a relief for her to handle the whole thing. That kind of service is priceless! We are so glad we chose Boomer Benefits. We recommend them to everyone.
