She went above and beyond when I had an issue with my part D drug plan, assisting on a call with UHC, and advocating for me. She also educated me on how moving from one state to another is handled with Social Security and Medicare. She has a wealth of information and was incredibly nice and easy to talk and work with. I can't even begin to express how wonderful Boomers Benefits is! I was very, very nervous about signing up for a Supplemental plan, Coverage B and Coverage D. Bill Warren was very helpful on the Supplemental plan placement and it was super easy to apply thru him. As far as the Coverage D, Claire H. walked me thru the providers/premiums they could supply and then helped me get a BETTER plan/deal on the Medicare website itself. She actually stayed on the phone with me as I navigated the medical D questions and application!!

Boomers to the rescue!! Incredible response and solution to being told by my doctor's office that my insurance was cancelled 3 weeks after it was approved. Since Boomers helped me get the insurance, I called them for help. LeAnn R was on it immediately, calling the insurance company and even my doctor's office to resolve the issue. She did exactly as she said and found the cause of the problem. Saved me an immense amount of time and in a week I received a revised medical bill that had the proper invoice amount. I also contacted another insurance broker and Boomer Benefits was superior. Not only did they have more information about the various companies but was able to propose a lower cost solution for me than the other broker. Boomer Benefits helped me find a new supplemental plan for medicare the first of the year and has been very helpful as I navigate the new plan with help with prescriptions and health. I recently had a procedure done and the billing seemed wrong to me and I contacted Boomer Benefits as now that I am a client they will help mitigate any problems with billing. Jasmine D assisted me with the problem and settled the claim that saved me about $400. Awesome customer service and all for no cost to the customer. I highly recommend them as you look for assistance with Medicare related issues.

Dealing with Medicare monthly EOB is cumbersome enough, but when you see a charge for regular lab work ‘denied’ after years of approval and no additional explanation, it’s best to reach out to Boomer agents for guidance / explanation /assistance. Ruth Oekerman explained the process to contest a charge, the time it would take to hear back from Medicare and promptly notified me once the charge was resolved. Andrew assisted me with a supplemental plan and was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient as well. These guys treat you like the CLIENT you are, not just someone they are forced to deal with! Could not be more impressed and happy with using them.

I had an issue with a Medicare bill. Amber P, of Boomer Benefits, helped me get it resolved. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. She stepped my through the process and explained what I needed to provide her, and what she would be doing. It was a very easy process especially since Amber did all the work. Got the issue resolved in less than a week! Thank you Amber for your hard work and your kindness and patience with this new Medicare customer. Boomer Benefits is lucky to have you!

Arick D helped me resolve my problem getting a lab test recoded by the doctor's office. Although it took some time for the doctor's office to get it resolved, Arick stayed on the job, checking in and communicating with me.
I have used Boomer Benefits to help with other similar issues with insurance providers and medical providers. I know I can rely on Boomer Benefits to help me in the future.
