We received great service from Barbara Rangel when we needed to sign up for a Medicare plan for 2026. She was efficient and suggested a great option for us. We have also received great support from Amanda Sutter throughout 2025 when we had any issues with our Advantage Plans. Boomer Benefits is great to work with and their services are FREE. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer of Boomer Benefits for about 3-1/2 years. Recently, Ashley Stout from Boomer Benefits helped me apply for a lower cost Medigap policy (Plan G); I was approved within a week, allowing me to save $50 per month with the same coverage as the previous insurance company. She walked me through the process to apply, and I'm extremely satisfied with how she communicated promptly to all my questions. I'm thankful for the excellent customer service I've received from Ashley, and I highly recommend Boomer Benefits to anyone with Medicare insurance questions.

Rachael Wagner from Boomer Benefits was an incredible help in assisting me with choosing a Medicare Advantage Plan PPO. she is very knowledgeable about different programs. She is also the most patient assistant. She helped me from start to finish. I could not have had the great results I had without her. I was considering a plan that was available only in my home state. It was a lot like the one Rachael came up with. I went with the plan through Boomer Benefits because of the care I received from Rachael. She is a credit to the company.

Do not hesitate to call Boomer Benefits. Their service is fantastic. I have talked to a few companies over the years, and they are by far the best. I talked to Rebekah Ayala today about changing my supplement policy. She was a delight to talk to, and very knowledgeable. To top it off she saved me $200 a month. I went on Medicare a little over a year ago. Two weeks later, I went to the ER with a back injury. The bill from the provider that saw me was rejected by Medicare. Amy E. worked tirelessly on this for almost a full year before finally getting resolution! She was excellent about keeping me informed along the way. I would have been totally lost, overwhelmed and frustrated without her help and I know I would have given up a long time ago. So very thankful to have Boomer Benefits on my side!

I can't even begin to express how wonderful Boomers Benefits is! I was very, very nervous about signing up for a Supplemental plan, Coverage B and Coverage D. Bill Warren was very helpful on the Supplemental plan placement and it was super easy to apply thru him. As far as the Coverage D, Claire H. walked me thru the providers/premiums they could supply and then helped me get a BETTER plan/deal on the Medicare website itself. She actually stayed on the phone with me as I navigated the medical D questions and application!!

Sarah Kijnitchee Has helped both my husband and myself get sorted with Medicare. Last year for my husband I need a lot of education and questions answered. Sarah spent a lot of time with me, and this year I was able to confidentially understand what I needed personally. She is quick with email responses, on time for calls, and very pleasant to work with.

We had a problem with a bill from an appointment at Essentia Health. We reached out to Ruth Oekerman for help to resolve it. Ruth looked into the matter which turned out to be a coding error. It was corrected and resolved quickly. Ruth was so nice, friendly and courteous. We were so happy with the speed in which this was taken care of. We would recommend Ruth Oekerman to everyone. Another great experience with Boomer Benefits. Ashley Stout found a better rate for me, guided me through the application process and followed up to help me cancel my more expensive policy with another carrier. Ashley was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough as she helped me navigate what can be a daunting process each year. This is not my first experience with Boomer Benefits although it was my first time working with Ashley. Ashley's approach to customer service and knowledge of her craft ensure I will remain a satisfied and loyal customer.

Boomers to the rescue!! Incredible response and solution to being told by my doctor's office that my insurance was cancelled 3 weeks after it was approved. Since Boomers helped me get the insurance, I called them for help. LeAnn R was on it immediately, calling the insurance company and even my doctor's office to resolve the issue. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. All is good - the doctor's office had written the policy # down incorrectly. What a relief and PEACE OF MIND. I had the pleasure of working with David D, as my representative. He was very patient, listened, and provided excellent guidance as I attempted to decide on my first time Medigap coverage. I was, to say the least, overwhelmed with all of this, and he was very calm and reassuring that he would make sure I understood everything before making any decisions. I have used Boomer Benefits for several years. They are a legit and trustworthy company that provides excellent service before, during, and after the policy selection process. Once you’re with them they will research and represent you to resolve any issues you have. That’s exactly what Arick D did for me when I was billed incorrectly by a doctors office. He investigated the issue, kept me informed all along the way, and got them to drop the erroneous charges on my account.

I cannot say enough of positive things about Kendra G at Boomer Benefits. Independently, I had been working for over a year to get a portable nebulizer and have my sodium chloride (med for the nebulizer) paid for by Medicare with no success even with my doctors’ office/staff. I reached out to Boomer Benefits. So grateful to have Kendra G assigned to me. She really listened to all the steps/attempts that I had made and then jumped in to make it happen. She did not hesitate. She did not give up!! She is professional, positive (even in the midst of numerous roadblocks!), persistent, takes the lead, is resourceful, an excellent communicator and tracker of it all, and such a pleasure to work with (I miss her!). I received my portable nebulizer in February, 2026 (Record time to go be with my mother while she was in hospice; so grateful. This was my primary reason to need a portable nebulizer.) She didn’t stop there, thank goodness. (Out of my doctor's frustration in getting my nebulizer med authorized, he even asked if I could just pay for the sodium chloride. No!) After seemingly endless phone calls, changing pharmacies, and more, we figured a way to get Medicare to pay for it. On Friday, May 22, 2026, I was beside myself when my sodium chloride was covered by Medicare! I was shocked and so doubted what was happening. Really!?!? When I got in my car, the first thing I thought of was to call Kendra G! My miracle making partner! I was still so in doubt, while I called Kendra G, I was opening the bag to make sure it was the correct prescription! I still question whether the med will be covered the next time I need to order it. But we also have a backup plan! We submitted an appeal that is currently under review with Medicare. Hopefully, it will not be needed, but if it is, it’s already in the works. Thank you, Kendra G!! You’re the best!!

Kevin was a fantastic guide to the complicated world of Medicare. His superior knowledge of Medicare, its coverage and its gaps was the best of all the contacts I have reached out to yet. After all the brilliant explanation of plan types, complete with detailed nuances between plan types, Kevin expertly guided us to the right decision for both my husband and I. Kevin’s professional disposition not only put with my husband and my bad jokes, but was able to add a bit of quick wit, all while managing to keep our application process on track. I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany McDonnald at Boomers, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I was looking for a new supplemental insurance plan for my Medicare coverage, and she went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Tiffany found me a similar plan at a much better price, handled all the communication with the new provider, guided me through the signup, and even took care of canceling my old policy. She was present and supportive every step of the way. Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care for her clients truly stand out. My provider charged me $283 at time of service. But Medicare's website stated they were only entitled to charge me $210. I spoke with my provider's billing department. They said they'd look into it, but no refund came and didn't hear back from them. I've used Boomer Benefits billing resolution service before, with positive results, so enlisted their aid again. This time, Arick D. assisted me. He spoke with my provider's billing department and somehow got them to agree to a refund. Also, he said if I don't receive the refund in 30 days to let him know so he can follow up with the provider. Thanks Arick!

Wendy Schoonmaker deserves five stars for going above and beyond. A couple weeks ago, she emailed me her research on dentists in my area and recommended some that would take my insurance. She called me this morning just to see how things were going and helped me reinstate an insurance plan that I regretted canceling last week. I still needed the vision and hearing portion of that policy. So she initiated a three person call to that insurance company to make sure that things were going to work right especially for the vision and hearing portion. I am very grateful to Wendy for her great personality and above and beyond service!

Once again, I am writing here to rave about the exceptional service I received from Ashley S. When I recently received another premium increase notification from my current Plan G carrier—the third in 15 months!—I reached out to Ashley to discuss options for lower premiums. She had all the options at her fingertips and after thinking about the options overnight, I made an emotional decision to switch to a lower Plan D. We completed the application the next day. While the application was being processed for approval, I changed my mind and wanted to keep my current Plan D for a few more months, for a few personal reasons. When I contacted Ashley to discuss changing my mind, I felt badly that I took her time to file a new application, only to change my mind a few days later. She could not have been more understanding and kind! And helpful! She was able to reach out to the new Plan D carrier and stop my application without any difficulty. I was concerned that she would miss out on commissions but she reinforced that Boomer Benefits does not work that way and assured me that her job is to find the best solution for me. And she does! Every time! I am so grateful to have such a knowledgeable, resourceful, and genuinely kind support contact to help decipher all the challenges of Medicare.
