I contacted Boomer Benefits to shop for Medicare supplemental and drug coverage when I became eligible for Medicare. A friend had recommended them to me. I also contacted another insurance broker and Boomer Benefits was superior. Not only did they have more information about the various companies but was able to propose a lower cost solution for me than the other broker. They are very thorough and very easy to work with over the phone.

Boomer Benefits helped me find a new supplemental plan for medicare the first of the year and has been very helpful as I navigate the new plan with help with prescriptions and health. I recently had a procedure done and the billing seemed wrong to me and I contacted Boomer Benefits as now that I am a client they will help mitigate any problems with billing. Jasmine D assisted me with the problem and settled the claim that saved me about $400. Awesome customer service and all for no cost to the customer. I highly recommend them as you look for assistance with Medicare related issues.

Dealing with Medicare monthly EOB is cumbersome enough, but when you see a charge for regular lab work ‘denied’ after years of approval and no additional explanation, it’s best to reach out to Boomer agents for guidance / explanation /assistance. Ruth Oekerman explained the process to contest a charge, the time it would take to hear back from Medicare and promptly notified me once the charge was resolved. I have been dealing with Boomer Benefits for 18 months now. I recently had an issue with a charge from the physician's office. I contacted them and Michele S. responded. She took care of contacting the presciber seeking clarification for the charge. When I wasn't satisfied with their explanantion she contacted Medicare and filed an appeal on their denial of payment.She took care of all of the paperwork and followed up to see what the outcome was. I can't sing high enough praises for Michele S. or Boomer Benefits!

The client services division is wonderful! Haley Stroud helped me today, and within minutes I got the information I needed on a denied insurance claim from Aetna. Before I thought to call Boomer Benefits, I spent 45 minutes trying to get answers to a simple question from Aetna. I was transferred and put on hold 3 times, and then the worker did not understand what I was saying. I am so glad I thought to call Boomer Benefits. The total transaction with them took about 5 minutes!

LabCorp billed me for $300 for blood test which I believed should have been covered by Medicare. Jacob C with Boomer Benefits was very helpful in identifying an appropriate supplemental plan for my situation. As a retired disabled US Navy Veteran with full VA medical benefits, medicare is a bit of a nuisance expense, but Jacob helped me find a plan that would minimize the associated government mandated tax or expense. It is criminal that a disabled veteran has to pay a medicare premium when their VA medical coverage is part of their benefit for their personal sacrifice in serving their country. I submitted request for information online and had an immediate callback from Miles V. Miles was knowledgeable, professional, extremely customer oriented, and provided his expertise on what supplemental plan would best fit my needs/requirements/cost when I retire. I was new to this, and Miles walked me through all the plans, patiently answered my questions - his passion and commitment to his job and customers are highly valued! Boomer Benefits is a great company for those needing guidance on supplemental plans - thank you!

I called Boomer Benefits due to a bill I received from a recent surgery that was over $1200 and should have been paid for through Medicare. Amy Evans did a great job in correcting this issue. She instructed me not to pay the bill, and she handled the entire process. I did not have to contact Medicare, or the Medigap insurance company. This is the main reason I chose Boomer Benefits for their excellent customer service. Just one phone call to Amy Evans of Boomer Benefits and as a result I owe nothing, it was handled in a timely manner and was kept informed during the process. I highly recommend Boomer Benefits for their care for their clients and quickly resolving issues with Medicare and insurance companies. What an amazing company.

When I became eligible for Medicare and began researching it I was shocked by how complicated it is - and I am an attorney. I feel fortunate to have contacted Boomer Benefits because they really helped me understand all of the options for supplemental insurance (and the sometimes confusing terminology). Almost five years later I feel I made the best choices with the help of BB initially. And, I have changed two of my supplemental plans since then to achieve the most coverage for the money - because the rates continually go up whether you use the insurance or not. Thank you Michelle W. for most recently helping me change my Plan G coverage to a new provider. You and your team really know your stuff.

Boomer Benefits is AWESOME!! My Part D insurer denied coverage of my doctor's prescription. The cost of the medicine was more than a thousand dollars per month without insurance coverage. I contacted Boomer Benefits and connected with Julia P. Julia was FANTASTIC. Julia advised me on next steps and provided a form for my doctor to complete and send in to appeal. My Part D insurer denied my appeal. Julia gave me further advise and we appealed a second time. This time the insurer approved coverage. There are not enough stars or accolades I can give Julia and Boomer Benefits. I am so grateful for Julia's guidance and thoughtful follow up during this entire process. THANK YOU!!!!!

When we moved, we needed to get a new Medicare plan. Boomer Benefits did all the hard work for us. Same thing happened when I suddenly needed a good dental plan. Rachael Wagner walked me through the various options so that I felt really comfortable that I had the coverage I needed for my specific situation. When we finished, I asked if they, by chance, had grief counselors that would take Medicare. (In Texas, I was having a difficult time finding anyone that would take Medicare) The next day, Rachael sent me a list to choose from. She was amazing and I highly recommend Rachael and Boomer Benefits
