I cannot say enough of positive things about Kendra G at Boomer Benefits. Independently, I had been working for over a year to get a portable nebulizer and have my sodium chloride (med for the nebulizer) paid for by Medicare with no success even with my doctors’ office/staff. I reached out to Boomer Benefits. So grateful to have Kendra G assigned to me. She really listened to all the steps/attempts that I had made and then jumped in to make it happen. She did not hesitate. She did not give up!! She is professional, positive (even in the midst of numerous roadblocks!), persistent, takes the lead, is resourceful, an excellent communicator and tracker of it all, and such a pleasure to work with (I miss her!). I received my portable nebulizer in February, 2026 (Record time to go be with my mother while she was in hospice; so grateful. This was my primary reason to need a portable nebulizer.) She didn’t stop there, thank goodness. (Out of my doctor's frustration in getting my nebulizer med authorized, he even asked if I could just pay for the sodium chloride. No!) After seemingly endless phone calls, changing pharmacies, and more, we figured a way to get Medicare to pay for it. On Friday, May 22, 2026, I was beside myself when my sodium chloride was covered by Medicare! I was shocked and so doubted what was happening. Really!?!? When I got in my car, the first thing I thought of was to call Kendra G! My miracle making partner! I was still so in doubt, while I called Kendra G, I was opening the bag to make sure it was the correct prescription! I still question whether the med will be covered the next time I need to order it. But we also have a backup plan! We submitted an appeal that is currently under review with Medicare. Hopefully, it will not be needed, but if it is, it’s already in the works. Thank you, Kendra G!! You’re the best!!

I did not know I could call for action and Boomer Benefits gave great service. Walmart sold me glasses for which I used my insurance. When I return them, I was told I would have to wait 6 to 12 weeks before using my insurance again. Boomer benefits stepped in, made calls, and in two weeks I ordered new glasses elsewhere. I had an issue with a medical bill for lab work because my doctor’s office did not provide the correct billing code. Sydney G. from Boomer Benefits was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She explained that once the codes were corrected, I should be reimbursed for what I had already paid. If you are transitioning to Medicare from a group policy, do yourself a favor and hire Boomer Benefits. The information and help I received from Boomer Benefits was excellent. Medicare is complex. I got an online presentation from them, and a power point document from them on the process. Then after I determined Medigap was for me, Gabe G. of boomer benefits helped me navigate the rest of the process and get setup with confidence. We discussed my specific needs and got them addressed. He has a broad knowledge of all the providers and helped me find the best and most cost-effective solution for my needs. They don't provide the coverage. They are Medicare brokers who are compensated by the insurance companies they represent. I did not pay anything for this consultation. I initially got their contact information from my financial advisor, and Boomer Benefits helped me set everything up with confidence. They will assist with any future questions or issues and that helps provide peace of mind. Highly recommended.

After a procedure at a nearby hospital in January 2026, we received a bill from the hospital for over $700.00 that I suspected was an error. However, my attempts to get through to the billing department left me extremely frustrated. They were quick to send us a bill, but not so quick to respond to my questions or call me back. After multiple attempts to reach someone in billing to explain why they were billing us but getting nowhere, I remembered that Boomer Benefits not only assisted us with finding the best Medicare plan and supplemental insurance six years ago, but had told us if we had issues in the future, they likely could help resolve them. So I called and Amy Evans took over and handled the matter for us. Today, Amy called with the wonderful news that we owed nothing! She followed up with emails and also informed us that the hospital would be sending us a new statement indicating a zero balance due. Wow! Thank you Amy and Boomer Benefits, we really appreciated Amy Evans taking this on.

When I first started my Medicare journey I was lucky to stumble upon an ad for Boomer Benefits on Facebook. I was completely clueless and confused regarding my Medicare needs but the young man I spoke to got me with someone who took me by the hand and educated me to the point where I was no longer scared to death of the process. Eventually I found my way to Michelle Weingart. Michelle has taken ownership of all of my Medicare issues. Whenever I have a question or problem, which I did today, I just send an email to Michelle and as soon as the problem is solved I get a call. Today my problem was solved on less than two hours. And every year when it’s time to start thinking about plan renewal she contacts me with her advice. If there as better fit for me anywhere she presents the facts. Recently she found me a premium that was about $25 a month cheaper for the exact coverage. If you feel intimidated by the confusion of Medicare call Michelle. I promise you that she’ll get you to the right person to take that stress away. There’s a lot of providers that will give you bad recommendations. Not necessarily because they’re dishonest but more often because they just don’t know any better. I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

I can't express enough how Grateful I am for Boomer Benefits. My Plan G plan had gone up almost $50 this year. During my Birthday month I was allowed to switch plans so I called Boomer Benefits. I researched and knew my options and wanted specific info. When I tried to speak with other companies, they either had a script of basic info they had to follow (I’m not as patient as I used to be) or they tried to sell me umbrella plans. I just spoke with David Doyle of Boomer benefits and explained I was well versed with options and he really listened and helped me with great unbiased information. I left with a plan that works for me. Thank you so much David. I wish you were my first call. It would have saved me a ton of time.

OMG, I was down to the line on obtaining Medigap Supplement Plan, preferably Plan "G" with a certain insurance company but was only offered Plan "F" and "N". In the meantime I had another person that worked at Boomers checking on me obtaining a Plan "G" with BCBS. Failing to get in touch with him the deadline for me obtaining a Medigap plan was imminent. So, I took the Plan "N". Then, I received an ID card from BCBS for the "G" plan. Panicking I called and got Meghan to assist me. She got on the phone with me and called the Insurer offering the Plan "N" and I was able to cancel the "N" plan and keep the "G" plan. I was so thankful and relieved. While I was panicking, she was so calm, professional and knowledgeable in each step I took to cancel the "N" plan. She was awesome and definitely an answer to prayer. I would recommend Meghan to anyone. I cannot say enough about my wonderful, outstanding experience with Meghan. I will be forever thankful to what she was able to accomplish for me in the years ahead and will remember her each time I think about how much money she saved me! Also, it was the receptionist at Boomers who took my call and obtained all the information surrounding the chaotic mess I got myself into. She, too, was exceptionally smart and recommended I talk with another Agent, since I was unable to contact the original Agent. She was so customer oriented and wanted to do everything she could to relieve my anxieties about the situation. I have never talked with a receptionist that went so far out of her way to help a customer! It appears Boomer only hires top-notch employees! Just give them a call and you will see what I am talking about. I guarantee you that you will not go wrong! Don't forget to ask for Meghan!

Called for a problem with our drug coverage and was so happy with the care we got. Laura M. did an amazing job getting our issue sorted out. She reached out to our prescription provider right then and there and explained everything to him. After that Oscar (prescription provider)got on the phone with our pharmacy, again, right then and there, and straightened out the issue we were having. The way Laura and Oscar worked together to solve this issue was seamless. We have every confidence that we made the right decision going with Boomers Benefits. We also feel more at ease because we know if a problem arises again, they have our back and will fight hard for us! Laura even sent me an email after our phone call because she didn’t hear that we got the pharmacy info we needed…good call Laura, I needed it in writing I never would’ve remembered that info! I am fairly new to Medicare (since September 2024) and had questions about why Medicare declined payment for a lab test that had always been covered in the past by Medicare. I have Plan G with original Medicare. I had tried contacting the billing department of my health care provider initially via messaging apps and phone calls but was not getting any clear answers from the two different departments I connected with. I finally called actual Boomer Benefits to get their input on the Medicare denial. I was connected with Mia L. at Boomer Benefits and was able to explain to her in an phone call my concern. I was able to share with her the lab work that was done and the claim information provided by Medicare and my health care provider. Mia took care of everything from there, informing me by email and phone messages of the steps she was taking and told me it could be a month before it would be resolved. And indeed it was resolved and the lab work bill was resubmitted to Medicare and it was covered! It was such a relief to have this resolved. I appreciate the knowledge and expertise that the employees at Boomer Benefits have and am grateful I chose to consult with Boomer Benefits when I initially began Medicare. Knowing I can contact Boomer Benefits any time I have questions about my Medicare coverage is a relief.

So it is that time of my life when retirement is a reality! Along with it, are a lot of uncertainties and important decisions that need to be made that I have no idea how to make without guidance. When it comes to Medicare and supplement options I was a fish out of water! I am a retiring teacher and thankfully, I was given the name of Boomer Benefits as a resource that could explain my options easily and understandably which is exactly what I desperately needed! I initially went to the site and just put in a minimal amount of information. Immediately, Kevin B, a Medicare Insurance Agent with Boomer, reached out. It took a while for us to actually connect but it was NOT because of him. He consistently, patiently continued to reach out until I was available for an in depth conversation where he answered ALL of my many questions. Kevin is personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and honestly, a Godsend! I am so, so grateful that I was given the recommendation to contact Boomer Benefits, but most especially grateful for connecting with Kevin B who has become an integral resource on my retirement journey! I was a victim of Medicare fraud almost two years ago. Recently Medicare completed the investigation of this fraud and as a result I was issued a new Medicare card and number. I have been with Boomer Benefits for several years and they were instrumental in helping me initiate the fraud investigation. Once it was complete, Boomer didn't stop there. Brock Buvinghausen took the initiative to contact my Medicare supplement coverage company to notify them of the new card and number. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I received from Brock and Boomer Benefits during this trying event. He is definitely a 5 star employee!
