i'm so glad I came across boomer benefits (popped up on Facebook)! Ashlee M was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and personable. I was concerned that our aarp/uhc medigap plan n kept increasing annually. she found us a highly rated plan to replace it, saving us a significant amount of money. we couldn't be more pleased! thank you, Ashlee and boomer benefits for your free service! we will spread the word!
p. s. we'll be back in October to talk about our drug plan.

She has answered all my questions cheerfully and remained so when I changed my mind and totally switched my choice after enrolling. I have had the best experience with Boomer every time I've contacted them. They break things down in laymen's terms; takes the guesswork out of the research process which can be very confusing.
My latest experience was with Customer Service Rep. Sheena. She was amazing!!! She understood what help I was needing and provided the information with options for me to choose from.

I had some questions about our Medicare plan, and called Boomers. It was my pleasure to talk with William M. He was so incredibly helpful, polite, patient and professional. He spent quite awhile with me as he very patiently answered my questions, and volunteered lots of good information. He also connected to me to my current Medicare plan and stayed on the line while they helped me login and find a discount drug plan card. He wanted to make sure I was well taken care of!! So I give both Boomers and William W the highest rating of 5 Stars!

I have recently started Medicare and after my first visit with the doctor, I was billed $562.00. Boomer Benefits (Amy E) contacted the provider on my behalf and had them re-code the bill; so now I owe nothing :-).

Being laid off and insurance being dropped the next day, Boomer Benefits really helped me understand Medicare B, Plan C and G. Larry K explained very clearly the minute details of the next huge decision I had to make in a crisis situation. Knowing that I would have Boomer Benefits support in possible insurance issues is a game changer for me. I have been able to follow up on issues in the past but as I age, not stressing about that is a blessing.

I had a claims issue that I need Boomer Benefits help with. Jozzlynn A was the Client Service Team Reprsentative who assisted me, and she made my pursuing a refund so much easier. I gave her all the details of my situation, and she took it from there and put effort into looking into the matter further. As it turned out, she solved my dilemma and I ended up getting the money back for me from a clinic that charged me erroneously. This kind of service is increasingly rare these days, and so I am especially grateful for the assistance that Jozzlynn gave me.

Boomer Benefits has educated and supported me regarding Medicare benefits for the past eight years.
Last year I was notified that Medicare wouldn’t cover a complete blood cell count that my doctor ordered. I contacted Boomer Benefits for help. Michele S worked with me from 09/24/24 - 05/12 /24 to get resolution.
I owe no money to Pathology Laboratory, inc., as a result of her tireless efforts!
Michele supported me through three seasons, calling me, my physician and the laboratory repeatedly for corrections and processing.
I can’t thank Michele S and Boomer Benefits enough!

I’m mildly confused by the question about being a paying customer of Boomer. I personally don’t pay anything to Boomer. I’m aware that they are reimbursed by the insurance companies they represent.

Prior to my retirement, my wife contacted Boomer Benefits for recommendations and assistance in setting up a Medicare supplement plan. We approved their recommendation and are pleased with the result. After I retired, I quickly found out that the first medical claim to come in to my Medicare account was denied erroneously (by Medicare). I contacted Boomer Benefits for help on this matter. Their representative Briana P. quickly responded to my inquiry (by both email and phone) and expertly got the error corrected.

I simply can not recommend this organization enough. Every single time I have an issue with MediCare or other insurance companies, they step up and get thing resolved on my behalf.
Most recently, their representative, Ruth O, assisted me with a $5,250 dollar billing that was incorrect. I reached and she immediately responded. She updated me on the progress every inch of the way until it was resolved.
There are not many company that can execute this level of customer service and support. This is truly a "best-of-breed" company with friendly, professional staff.

My husband and I decided to pick Boomer Benefits to be are helpers with the new Medicare dilemma that was facing us as far as choices. They were extremely helpful with the setup. Talk about customer service! I had sent an email to my agent, they sent an email back saying a rep will be reaching out within the next 24-48 hours. Not even 30 mins later, it’s Boomer Benefits! Natalie was so friendly, she listened to what I had going on, and then took it under her wing for us to get our late enrollment penalty resolved right then and there. I couldn’t have asked for a better client service member to stand up for us. I will forever be thankful for her and boomers!!!

This company amazes me. I got a phone call from one of they Representative, Vivian N and she pointed out that I forgot to update my Insurance Information. She stayed with me on the phone and explained to the Insurance Company about my changes I needed to make. It was resolved in a breeze.
I feel they watch over me that I had the best insurnce coverage.
So Vivian Newton did an estonishing Job and I am still scratching my head how smooth and professional she handled it.

In my quest to understand Medicare, I read the book: "10 Costly Medicare Mistakes" by Danielle K. R.. It was extremely helpful and explained the various parts of Medicare and the timing of when to sign up in a way that is easy to understand. The book provided many helpful links to websites and in particular, Boomer Benefits and they provide a free service to help individuals sign up for Medicare and supplement plans.
I reached out to Boomer Benefits, and was connected to Billy W. He's been awesome! His calm and peaceful demeanor has been reassuring. Not once did he pressure me to hurry and sign up (like others from different agencies have). He is very knowledgeable about Medicare and the supplement plans. I've appreciated how responsive he's been to any questions and emails I've sent.
It's been a huge comfort for me to have someone I can reach out to at any time with questions or concerns - even after I officially have Medicare.

I started using Boomer Benefits when I retired in March of. 2020. I’ve received exceptional service by every employee I’ve had the pleasure to work with. When I called to review my Medicare Supplement plan for this year I was greeted by Cicely P. She was so kind and professional. She reviewed some options that would fit in with my current income. The plan she recommended saved me over $35.00 per month. She made the transition from one provider to the new one extremely. seamless. Cicely assisted me with completing the new application and explained in detail the next steps. Once the application was approved by the new provider she got my prior one on the phone to finalize the cancellation. I’m thrilled with the excellent customer service that I received from Cicely. Her caring kindness was extraordinary and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

I had read about Boomer Benefits a few years back and thought when I approach my 65th Birthday that I would give them a call. I am sure glad I did. In an environment generally termed as Alphabet soup, I give Boomer Benefits an A+. Kelly G and Juliette T have both been terrific. From the initial explanation of the different Medicare options available to the eventual assistance in helping to determine what plan was best for me to the continued support of their Client Service team ... I would highly recommend Boomer Benefits to anyone attempting to first understand Medicare and secondly making the right individual Medicare plan choice.

Ashley S at Boomer Benefits helped me. She is a really great person! She made me feel comfortable right from the start! She helped me choose a new Medigap plan and when I was ready, she signed me up. She even initiated a 3-way conversation with the representative from my Medigap plan I was canceling, herself and me so I wouldn't have to cancel them by myself. Never once did I feel pressured and she patiently answered my every question.
I truly appreciate Ashley and know when I need something in the future, she will be just as friendly and helpful as she was this time.

I have been working with Boomer Benefits since I first started Medicare coverage in 2008. In that time I have received nothing but excellent support in choosing plans including the best Plan D coverage while I have lived in multiple states & had evolving medical issues & pharmacy needs. Everyone I have worked with has been responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Jennifer J just recently helped me sort out if a bill I had received was one I actually was responsible for paying. It turned out it was since it had been counted by Medicare as part of my yearly deductible and was therefore my responsibility. If you have many varied appointments at the beginning of a year and depending upon how quickly a particular doctor files their claim a bill you receive may not be your responsibility and if you have paid it then you have to fight to ne reimbursed by the doctor. Boomer Benefits had helped me with such issues as well. I greatly appreciated knowing this particular bill was appropriate. Boomer Benefits gets my continued highest rating.

Alot of companies go out to service the needs and projected requests of customers. But in the few times Ive had to call Boomers it has felt like Iam calling a local company in a small town and everyone knows each other. No pre read answers or scripts. Today I met Stephanie A and yes I asked for her last name. I had a billing question due to my drug plan may be able to be pulled direct from my SSA. She explained its an application process on my plan and normally I would receive a notice soon. She went over my other policies real quick and did not leave me with call us back if you dont get the notice. She said let me call your insurance company and confirm. She called me back in under 15 minutes and told me where we stand and confirmed all the information was corret at the insurance company. She took care of business with a smile and care you could feel. As well as a bit of humor. Just nice. Thanks Stepanie and Boomer who must set the bar high in keeping people around.

I talked to Jeff B regarding my current supplemental insurance. United Health keeps raising their rates $20 every two years. Twenty dollars may not be a big deal for some folks but it builds up after a few years along with the increase in deductibles. Jeff was helpful in finding a better deal. Aetna did a sneaky increase in Plan D. Sending you a policy and on page 5 tell you the increase of 34.10. Instead of letting you know their premiums are going up via email or first page of the policy! Jeff was gracious stating in October I could call him regarding Plan D (prescription coverage) and he would help me find a better plan. I have his name & info on my calendar for October 1st!
Yes, Jeff offered links for a review which I am glad he did! I wanted to leave a positive review. I encourage my friends who are retiring or close to it to use Boomer Benefits

My wife and I mistakenly though she was going to lose her employee sponsored policy on retirement at 65. An agent named Wendy H helped us select a Part D and G and enroll. She gave us all the right information and answers to make us feel confident in her and trust in Boomers. Fast forward 3 weeks and we find out we will have coverage under her state employee retirement. We called Boomers again and spent a lot of time cancelling those policies. Asia J-R spent just as much time with us dis-enrolling from our G and D policies. She had us connected to those providers on three way calls while guiding us through and over all the steps/hurdles along the way. I can't imagine having to do this without Boomers. We are fans now and forever. Thank You agents and Boomers!
