Malaquia Brown has been working on my behalf with an issue I had with a copay for my insulin. The pharmacy had a difficult time understanding that my copay would be covered by my supplemental coverage and insisted on charging me for my refill order. I contacted Malaquia and she did an incredible job contacting my pharmacy and explaining my coverage. Because of her hard work, I was called by my pharmacy today to let me know they had a refund waiting for me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't even begin to express how wonderful Boomers Benefits is! I was very, very nervous about signing up for a Supplemental plan, Coverage B and Coverage D. Bill Warren was very helpful on the Supplemental plan placement and it was super easy to apply thru him. As far as the Coverage D, Claire H. walked me thru the providers/premiums they could supply and then helped me get a BETTER plan/deal on the Medicare website itself. She actually stayed on the phone with me as I navigated the medical D questions and application!!

In 8/2023, I purchased a Plan B supplemental policy through Boomer Benefits. Since then, I've twice used their customer service department to assist with resolving billing issues. The most recent issue involved a bill for a mere $5.97. Since the amount due was so small, I was tempted to take care of the issue myself. But Medicare is notorious for difficult billing problems, so I decided to contact Boomer for assistance. I'm glad I did, because that little $5.97 bill took 3 months to resolve. Thanks go out to Alexis P., the CSR assigned to my case. Without her steadfast advocacy, I might still be arguing about that bill with my provider's billing department. Thanks!

Wendy Schoonmaker deserves five stars for going above and beyond. A couple weeks ago, she emailed me her research on dentists in my area and recommended some that would take my insurance. She called me this morning just to see how things were going and helped me reinstate an insurance plan that I regretted canceling last week. I still needed the vision and hearing portion of that policy. So she initiated a three person call to that insurance company to make sure that things were going to work right especially for the vision and hearing portion. Thought i had a particular problem over paying for a Bill to a Foot & Ankle Specialist. It turned out that i hadn't used all of my deductible for 2025 as of yet. The Customer Service Specialist handling this particular case was Ms. Julianna J from Boomer Benefits. When i initially called Boomer Benefits; the first Customer Team Rep informed me that it might take 1 - 2 days to get a Response; because of the number of Customer Cases. Ms. J called; got the necessary information; and responded within hours. With Customer Service in 2025 America at times being dismal at Best; it is Highly impressive to see the efficiently and speed at which the Boomer Team showed with my case. I could Not highly Recommend this Company more; to anyone looking to handle any Medicare issues or challenges they might happen to face.

Once again, I am writing here to rave about the exceptional service I received from Ashley S. When I recently received another premium increase notification from my current Plan G carrier—the third in 15 months!—I reached out to Ashley to discuss options for lower premiums. She had all the options at her fingertips and after thinking about the options overnight, I made an emotional decision to switch to a lower Plan D. We completed the application the next day. While the application was being processed for approval, I changed my mind and wanted to keep my current Plan D for a few more months, for a few personal reasons. When I contacted Ashley to discuss changing my mind, I felt badly that I took her time to file a new application, only to change my mind a few days later. She could not have been more understanding and kind! And helpful! She was able to reach out to the new Plan D carrier and stop my application without any difficulty. I was concerned that she would miss out on commissions but she reinforced that Boomer Benefits does not work that way and assured me that her job is to find the best solution for me. And she does! Every time! I am so grateful to have such a knowledgeable, resourceful, and genuinely kind support contact to help decipher all the challenges of Medicare.

Boomer Benefits is definitely the "Best Company" ever. We have used them for the past 8 years for our Medicare and supplemental insurance issues. I did not go on Medicare at 65 because I was still working. They made it easy to get the coverage I needed, when I needed it. Boomer Benefits also dealt with several other issues related to beginning my Medicare coverage. Every year the help me select the best Plan D for my current medications. Recently Jasmine D resolved a situation with HCA Hospital Corp. My supplement paid my account in full within 3 weeks of discharge. HCA refused to mark the account paid, even when presented with copies of the cancelled check. She work tirelessly to resolve the situation. Jasmine followed up with me at night and on weekends until it was finally resolved. Thank you Boomer Benefits and especially thank you Jasmine. You are the best!

I went thru Boomer Benefits when I initially signed up for a supplement plan to go with my Medicare and I have ALWAYS RECEIVED TOP NOTCH SERVICE, I have had the opportunity to receive 5+ * services when speaking to Sydney V. Sydney is always pleasant to speak with, is very professional, and is definitely customer service oriented Sydney goes above and beyond in helping to resolve ANY QUESTIONS OR ISSUES AND SHE ENSURES ME THAT IF I encounter anything that I need assistance with to please contact her direct and she will promptly assist. I was in customer service for over 27 years, and if I were still, I would gladly try to get Sydney on my team. Arick D helped me resolve my problem getting a lab test recoded by the doctor's office. Although it took some time for the doctor's office to get it resolved, Arick stayed on the job, checking in and communicating with me. I have used Boomer Benefits to help with other similar issues with insurance providers and medical providers. I know I can rely on Boomer Benefits to help me in the future. 5 Stars!!! Hi Just wanted to share my experience(s) that I've had with Arick D recently. I was sent bills from 2 providers and I was sure that I didn't owe what the bills were stating that I owed, but it's not a good practice to just ignore statements received so I decided to reach out to Boomer benefits requesting some assistance. My paperwork was forwarded to Arick D to assist me and he sent a follow up email to inform that he would be reaching out to the providers and get back to me within 30 days. Well It was about 2 weeks I heard back and the bills were resolved and it was determined that I owed ZERO on both of the statements. So I was very glad to hear the news and Thanked Arick for his due diligence on my behalf. I have always had great outcomes with Boomer Benefits and am MORE then HAPPY to be a valued customer!

Boomer Benefits has surpassed any expectations I had about a Medicare plan. They have guided me through the process, kept in contact about any issues and provided me with a plan that has suited me very well. Because I retired early to care for my mother, Medicare began automatically. Since I wasn't haven't any medical problems I just assumed everything was fine. After 4 years I discovered that IF you do not enroll in Medicare Part D, you will be fined every month for the rest of your life. When I switched to a Medicare Advantage plan through Boomer Benefits Social Security didn't deduct my fees for Part D for the first 5 months. Stephanie Aycock kept on top of the situation and in contact with me to make sure I didn't occur any extra fees. Social Security finally sent notice that they would deduct the fees and even after they did Stephanie still contacted me to let me know what was going on. She and Boomer Benefits are worth the little bit of time it takes to look into your insurance needs. Thanks, Larry West and Stephanie Aycock!

i am going to tell you, i do not think anyone else could keep up with their commitment to help you through medical part b, supplemental insurance that works for your budget and health arrangement, and figure out a drug plan that is very suitable. i want to give a big shout out to Barbara, Jabril, and Laura and the others that led me to these people that helped me along. i am not the smartest person around, i did not always understand every thing at once. but i kept calling to clarify things and they would help answer any and all questions, even calling the insurance companies while i am on the line to help get the correct answers to my questions. to me that is outstanding dedication. wolf

When I turned 65 I was inundated with hard-copy SPAM for healthcare options, it was confusing & infuriating. I found the company Boomer Benefits & lucked out finding an employee who was very well trained & a nice guy on top of it. Ryan asked good questions, then took a day to narrow down the choices based on my life & needs. Then in our second meeting he gave me a couple of choices, & after I chose the one that sounded right he walked me through the whole policy, step by step, answering all my questions. I had forgotten some details during my first call with him & he plugged in all my data & made me feel confident in my choice (I actually am getting a slight reduction in my Medicare monthly premiums! Medicare is NOT free! I was shocked when I found that out!!). When it's your turn to figure out how to navigate the nightmare that Medicare is you need to call Ryan!

Highly Recommend Cicely P at Boomer Benefits– A Lifesaver in Navigating Medicare Fraud We are incredibly grateful to Cicely P for her exceptional support in resolving a Medicare fraud issue involving a supplier who changed my husband’s Medicare health plan without his consent. From the moment we contacted Cicely, she took immediate action, guiding us through the complex process of disputing the fraudulent change. She contacted the provider directly to explain that the change of plans was never authorized by him. This took several hours on the phone being passed from one department to another to explain multiple times that a person from Aetna illegally had changed the plans. They promised to review the case and that they would resolve the problem within a week. Since Aetna did not act accordly with their promises, Cicely called directly Medicare and after hours of explanation, questioning, etc, Cicely managed to convince Medicare that since Aetna committed fraud and was not helping with restarting the original plan, Medicare should take responsibility and change back to the original plan. She ensured that all necessary documentation was submitted and followed up diligently until the issue was resolved. We had a lot of problems getting signed up for medicare, after 6 months and not getting any closer, my brother recommended Boomer Benefits. They were extremly helpful and had us covered in no time. Sinse then we have utilzed their services for any medical billing issues. We were assigned Ruth O to help us and she has been a tremendous helping resolve eroneous bills and billing errors, making it a hands free effort on our part; upload the bill and Ruth took care of the rest, apprising us of the progress without our needing to ask.
