I had been following their Facebook group for months and the participants all raved about the company. So when my signup time came close, I used them to sign up. Chris West was great to work with. Patient. Not pushy. Knowledgeable. He made a complex process seem easy. You can't go wrong with them.

My wife and I were looking to review our Medicare supplement coverage. Our previous person went to a concierge (i.e. paid) service so we were hoping to find someone else. Boomer Benefits has been an amazing resource for us. I worked with Julianna J on a medical bill that looked suspiciously high. She immediately emailed me back saying that she would look into it and get back to me within a few days. She did exactly as she said and found the cause of the problem. Saved me an immense amount of time and in a week I received a revised medical bill that had the proper invoice amount. Boomer Benefits helped me find a new supplemental plan for medicare the first of the year and has been very helpful as I navigate the new plan with help with prescriptions and health. I recently had a procedure done and the billing seemed wrong to me and I contacted Boomer Benefits as now that I am a client they will help mitigate any problems with billing. The client services division is wonderful! Haley Stroud helped me today, and within minutes I got the information I needed on a denied insurance claim from Aetna. Before I thought to call Boomer Benefits, I spent 45 minutes trying to get answers to a simple question from Aetna. I was transferred and put on hold 3 times, and then the worker did not understand what I was saying. I am so glad I thought to call Boomer Benefits. The total transaction with them took about 5 minutes!

LabCorp billed me for $300 for blood test which I believed should have been covered by Medicare. Boomer Benefits provides a free service to help their clients with issues like this so I contacted them and their representative, Alexis, resolved the issue for me so that Medicare paid for the test! I had the pleasure of working with Ryan L during my enrollment process. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. Ryan is so knowledgeable, patient, informative and really made me feel very special. i am going to tell you, i do not think anyone else could keep up with their commitment to help you through medical part b, supplemental insurance that works for your budget and health arrangement, and figure out a drug plan that is very suitable. i want to give a big shout out to Barbara, Jabril, and Laura and the others that led me to these people that helped me along. i am not the smartest person around, i did not always understand every thing at once. but i kept calling to clarify things and they would help answer any and all questions, even calling the insurance companies while i am on the line to help get the correct answers to my questions. to me that is outstanding dedication. wolf

When I turned 65 I was inundated with hard-copy SPAM for healthcare options, it was confusing & infuriating. I found the company Boomer Benefits & lucked out finding an employee who was very well trained & a nice guy on top of it. Ryan asked good questions, then took a day to narrow down the choices based on my life & needs. Then in our second meeting he gave me a couple of choices, & after I chose the one that sounded right he walked me through the whole policy, step by step, answering all my questions. I had forgotten some details during my first call with him & he plugged in all my data & made me feel confident in my choice (I actually am getting a slight reduction in my Medicare monthly premiums! Highly Recommend Cicely P at Boomer Benefits– A Lifesaver in Navigating Medicare Fraud We are incredibly grateful to Cicely P for her exceptional support in resolving a Medicare fraud issue involving a supplier who changed my husband’s Medicare health plan without his consent. From the moment we contacted Cicely, she took immediate action, guiding us through the complex process of disputing the fraudulent change. She contacted the provider directly to explain that the change of plans was never authorized by him. This took several hours on the phone being passed from one department to another to explain multiple times that a person from Aetna illegally had changed the plans. They promised to review the case and that they would resolve the problem within a week. Since Aetna did not act accordly with their promises, Cicely called directly Medicare and after hours of explanation, questioning, etc, Cicely managed to convince Medicare that since Aetna committed fraud and was not helping with restarting the original plan, Medicare should take responsibility and change back to the original plan. We had a lot of problems getting signed up for medicare, after 6 months and not getting any closer, my brother recommended Boomer Benefits. They were extremly helpful and had us covered in no time. When I became eligible for Medicare and began researching it I was shocked by how complicated it is - and I am an attorney. I feel fortunate to have contacted Boomer Benefits because they really helped me understand all of the options for supplemental insurance (and the sometimes confusing terminology). When we moved, we needed to get a new Medicare plan. Boomer Benefits did all the hard work for us. Same thing happened when I suddenly needed a good dental plan.
