Before calling Boomers benefit and speaking with Tristan T. my wife and I did a lot of research. We are new to Medicare and Medigap health system and there's a lot of information on social media that can be a bit confusing. I knew we had to speak with someone that wasn't in the business of making money off the customers. I watched the boomers benefit video and saw the positive reviews on the company and decided to make the call. I was LUCKY to get Tristan Turner and he was OUTSTANDING! Tristan took the time, listened to the information I researched and helped me to better understand the different Medigap plans. Tristan was very professional and made it clear he and the company is out for the best interest of their customer. Tristan treated me as if I was a family member. When our conversation was completed he stated to give him a call should I have further questions. Not once we he pushy or was trying to sell me a plan. It's obvious Tristan wanted my wife and I to take our time and be comfortable with our choice. After hanging up the phone and reviewing the information given to me by Tristan, my wife and I called him back within an hour and signed up for a Medigap Plan that fit our needs. I can assure that Tristan is NOT a high pressured sales person. He cares for the customer and will make sure you get the best deal and understand what you're purchasing. I wised I located boomers benefit and Tristan before I did my research, it would have saved me a lot of time and headaches!. Thank you Tristan T!

I had turned 65 and I wasn't thinking this through, I picked out a Medicare Advantage plan that I thought was right for me, but low and behold, it was cheap with no monthly premiums, BUT it had high co-pays. So I was shopping around because I was told I had a small window of time to switch without penalty. Boomer Benefits happen to come across one of my social media feeds. So I said what the heck, I'll give them a call. I called, got through right away. and was able to understand the Insurance agent who wasn't 10,000 miles away with a foreign accent. I'm sure when I got done asking about this and that etc. She probably went home and had a large cocktail. Anyway, long story short, she let me think about what I wanted to do, and let me weigh my options, NO HIGH SALES PITCH. The next day she was schedule to call @ 9 am and she was 3 mins earlier. We went over a couple of more things, and now I have her as my to go to when needed. THANK YOU BOOMER BENEFITS.

Laura F. came to my rescue! When processing a claim we discovered that Medicare showed my employers insurance plan as the primary policy. Laura made the initial connection viewing the billing statement. She was very professional in speaking with me and supporting me through the process. Additionally issues also came up setting up Medicares autopay account. The initial online transaction didn’t process, even though upon checking I was told it did. Laura was there following up to communicate and ensure steps were completed. She’s professional, kind, patient and most of all her knowledge and support makes such a difference on how to manage various aspects of Medicare. Thank you Laura!!

This created an unforeseen issue with my husband's insurance in being canceled prematurely, prior to the actual move date. We were frustrated and worried about the implications, but Boomers' own Angie K to the rescue. Angie worked relentlessly to resolve the issue, going above and beyond. I called Boomer Benefits last year to see if a better supplement rate could be found for me. Sure enough, another company was found to offer me the same exact benefits almost $30 less a month.for me, this was significant. I happily switched! Fast forward to a couple months ago when I needed help with a bill not being paid by Medicare. I spoke with Natasha who took all the info she needed about the situation and she kept me updated by email and phone. She put me at ease from the start and made sure I knew what to expect in the timing of it all. Today, I was told everything was ironed out, the bill was paid and I had nothing to worry about. What wonderful news! I won’t ever hesitate referring my family or friends to Boomer Benefits for the great service they provide.

I was told I would be contacted closer to my coverage date so that the most current drug list could be included in the analysis. Asia J at Boomer Benefits contactes me letting me know the Medigap company I use said my bill wasn't paid for the month. She connected me to that company and helped me through every step to find out why the bill was not automatically paid by my bank and helped me resolve everything. Originally saw a YouTube video and after calls to them decided to use them. It doesn't cost anything to use their service and they have been extremely helpful.

She was very helpful and knowledgeable and stated she would be glad to help when I was ready to enroll. She did not disappoint. I was receiving treatment for a medical issue so we needed to wait for a doctor release before proceeding. She followed up with me numerous times to check the status of the release. This Medicare stuff is very confusing. Not only does Boomer Benefits help with understanding, their ongoing service is awesome. I worked with Ruth O. regarding a billing issue where a mistake was made. Ruth did all of the investigation for me and stayed on top of it until there was resolution. I am grateful that she was there for me cause I would not have been able to decipher the issue or the cause without her help. Ruth got it all cleared up which allows me to move on until Medicare throws another curve ball at me. At that point, I know who I am calling! Thanks Ruth. Dan K.

Cicely P, she’s very helpful and patient. I was having a hard time getting through Aetna, there was no live representative that you can talked too! They’re selling products so frustrating so I reached out to Cicely we had a 3 way call. She’s following up on this issues with Aetna , card that was mailed has incorrect last name. I was grateful using boomers Cicely highly recommended!!!

Bill provided me with all detailed information on what my out of pocket expenses would be.
