Boomer Benefits Lonzell Arrington was helping me pick a medicare plan for my husband. He spent hours on the phone with me making sure my husband had the best coverage. A couple days before open enrollment was over I found out that the employer he worked for had insurance for retirees. Lonzell told me that he wanted us to have the best plan and we should go with the employer benefits. He chose for us to have better coverage than for him to receive a commission from all the work he had done. With Boomer benefits they got my sister the best medical coverage where the insurance company pays her to have insurance, grocery supplement and she receives calls every month with them checking in on her. Boomer benefits is amazing! They actually care more about the people they serve than themselves. I highly recommend boomer benefits.

Boomer Benefits has helped my wife + I for the last 5 years. Their guidance + easy to understand videos make the decision process much easier. Last year we received a notice from our Rx Insurance that some of our prescriptions would have a $2,000 co-pay. The notice came after the enrollment period. Ugh.
Nothing we could do until October 2025. This year we contacted Boomer Benefits for their advice and counsel. It was time well spent. We had the pleasure of being guided by Rhiannon Mead and she was excellent. Rhiannon went above beyond in sharing her expertise with us.

Boomer Benefits has assisted me on enrollment, answered any questions, addressed coding issues for several years. There's no one out there that offers any assistance with Medicare and has always made me feel like I'm the only one they are helping which we all know isn't true. Laura Flores was latest contact when my supplement plan jumped more than I hoped for in the coming year. She researched and found me one with quite a bit savings .She handled everything from the application to the cancellation of my previous plan and all with no difference in coverage change. I was having trouble with a bill I received for more than the insurance company and I agreed upon. I tried to call the insurance company to get this corrected and they could not help me. I had to switch from plan F to another plan and decided to call Boomer Benefits after reading all of the great reviews on Facebook. My husband normally handles this, but I had too many questions, so he suggested that I try to get the answers about insurance, and I was very anxious. I was floundering in a sea of contradictory and complicated (not to mention fear mongering) information about how to go back to traditional Medicare from a Medicare Advantage Plan when I finally got in touch with Boomer Benefits on the recommendation of quite a few of my fellow IBM retirees. MELANIE MILLER competently and easily answered all my questions, calmed my fears, and submitted my application for a new Plan G that same day. I passed underwriting 4 days later. I am relatively healthy for my age, but I was very worried. But Melanie seemed to know which company would be easier for me, and she was right! The icing on the cake was that she realized my husband could also save quite a bit by changing his Plan F to the same one I chose during his birthday month. We both receive a 7% discount on the premium. Amazing... Melanie is a superstar. She keeps her cool and doesn't panic when her customer is flummoxed. I am SO relieved that I found Melanie at Boomer Benefits.

I found Boomer Benefits through a sponsored social media ad, and that ad showed that they had information on a plan about which I was interested in learning more. The ad showed an agent by the name of Bailey G, and so we made contact. Poor Bailey, for some reason his call - repeated attempts - went directly to my voice mail. He didn't give up, and through email communication, we were finally able to connect by phone.
Within an hour, Bailey had talked me through the different types of Medicare plans beyond plans A and B, and find me a plan similar to the one I already had but with many savings benefits from my current plan. Success!
Bailey knew the answer to every one of my questions and offered enough knowledge to make me feel confident in the plan I ended up selecting. He has a great knowledge of the products they offer, and we had a charming friendly chat. I will be recommending Boomer Benefits for anyone looking for an awesome company with which to work.

I have been a client of BB since 2019. In the years since, I only called about escalating rates and plan changes once. However, today...I received a call back from Barbara R to discuss my options during open enrollment. Too my surprise and with the knowledge of Barbara, I find that Wyoming has recently enacted the "birthday rule" allowing medicare clients the ability to change supplement plans without passing underwriting. Game changer!! Barbara's knowledge of this newly enacted legislation in Wyoming has cut my premiums in half. Great job! Just another reason to stay a client of Boomer Benefits.

I never realized how much work is involved once you become “seasoned”.
I am reviewing medical plans during the current switch enrollment period and after speaking with a friend of mine, I took her advice and contacted Boomer Benefits.
Larry W of Boomer Benefits reached out and scheduled a one on one phone meeting to discuss options. Larry is extremely knowledgeable and took significant weight off my shoulders as he took down some information for me and clearly explained the various plans that best fit my individual situation.
Best of all, I have a clear understanding between supplement versus advantage plans. With that, we came to a conclusion and I now feel thoroughly comfortable as I have selected a plan that will provide me with better coverage.
I now know that should I incur a significant medical emergency, my family will be pleased to know that my medical coverage is prime and should I have any issues or concerns with coverage, Boomer Benefits will represent me in dealing with such claims
So you might be thinking there’s a catch…

Bill W helped me choose the best Medicare Supplement plan for myself and an Advantage plan for an older friend, saving us both substantial money. But my decision to go with Boomer Benefits really paid off when Medicare denied a $600 expense that should have been covered. I contacted Alexis Peterson and she provided OUTSTANDING service by tracking down the codes that should have been submitted and staying on my doctor’s billing office until the claim was appealed and paid. This involved numerous calls and substantial effort on Alexis’ part and she was great about keeping me updated on the process.
Being a former insurance agent myself, i know good service when I see it. I can’t say enough good things about Boomer Benefits and its associates!

Sydney V provided me with such excellent service during a several month ordeal trying to get a bill straightened out. Between Medicare third-party insurance and a billing person unwilling to listen she got everybody on board and straightened out. There were several mistakes in the account that needed straightening out, and she hung in there spoke to everybody on board and got it all taken care of such a relief. So thankful for her and everybody else that has helped me through the years. I don’t know what we do without you! Thanks again Sydney. I hope your company knows what a valued employee you are.

I choose Boomer Benefits because I saw their videos before I first signed up for Meducare. The reps are always helpful with finding plans and helping with billing issues. Kendra G was very helpful and prompt this year as well as a friendly voice in the other end of the phone. She found plans that saved me money for next year.

Bailey Goh is the Boomer Benefits representative that helped me with the search for a new Medicare plan. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the healthcare system. I was fed up with the Advantage plan that I've had for the last three years. With rates going up and the extra benefits disappearing, it was time for a change. I now will have original Medicare with a Medigap Plan that allows me to see any doctor and stays the same year after year. Just waiting to be accepted by the insurance carrier of the plan. Thankyou!

So I needed to change my Medicare Advantage Plan and saw great reviews on Boomer Benefits. So I called my past Insurance Broker and left a message for her to call and for someone from Boomer Benefits to call. I wanted to see who’d call me 1st. Boomer Benefits won and Jacob Chesney was incredibly helpful and directed me to the right Plan that suited my needs. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. So far so good! Changed my plan from United Health Care to Humana.

I spent some time on the phone with Risheena White discussing my Medicare benefits. She was extremely helpful in a wide range of assistance, from helping canceling my wife’s policies after her passing away and looking at my policies. She listened and answered all my questions and asking questions of me to help me get the best coverage. Sheena was very easy to talk to and we got to know each other while wanting for called to the other companies we had to deal with. If all agents are like Sheena, working with Boomer Benifits will be very beneficial to any one who calls.
