Sophia was outstanding in helping me correct my middle name/initial with Social Security and my various policies. She gave me efficient information for the steps I should take, and she also followed up to make sure everything was in order.

Boomer took on the responsibility of ensuring that my wife's surgery was completely covered by our Supplement insurance company. All parties were not given the information by the hospital staff and were were billing us directly. Thank you to Jasmine who diligently tracked this all down and made sure every one was paid.

I have used Boomer Benefits 5 years ago. All of them have been extremely professional and knowledgeable. This past week I wanted to change my Plan G as the original carrier had gone up. Rachael W immediately put me with another group and saved me over $100 a month. She was very efficient and so nice!

Shellie A was an awesome agent! She made suggestions for other supplements to bring my costs down. After reviewing my options, she walked me through the application process. Today I got my approval and she even went so far as to call my previous provider to cancel that plan so I would not get double billed. I highly recommend the services of Boomer Benefits. They have never let me down. They go above and beyond to have top rated customer service.

Sydney V worked hard to help me when my claim was denied by Medicare. I worked on it myself for several weeks, contacting my doctor and the provider to get it straightened out. I got nowhere. It took several more weeks after Sydney became involved. She was relentless and finally the provider got their act together, resubmitting the information and Medicare and my supplement paid.

As a new retiree, Boomer Benefits has helped me figure out which insurance is best for me. They have also helped me resolve payment issues between the medical billing, Medicare, and my supplemental insurance. I would like to recognize Amber P, who has stayed on top of the billings until they were resolved. She stayed in communication with me with current statuses and what the issues were. I greatly appreciate her service.

I had a question regarding a bill that I received. I called Boomer Benefits for assistance, & within a day, Alexis P called me back & explained why I had received the bill. I was very happy with the quick response, & was overjoyed that I didn't have to spend a significant amount of my time trying to figure out whether the bill was legit or not. Alexis was very polite & professional in her response, as well as having a sense of humor during her assistance. I would highly recommend Alexis & Boomer Benefits to anyone!

I was very nervous about signing up for Medicare until a friend referred me to Boomer Benefits . Then everything was easy and stress free after that . What a great company offering beyond 5 star service . A special shout out to Darla F for her educating me and assistance with selecting medical supplemental coverage . From the beginning, Boomer Benefits has been amazing to work with. They helped me get the best policies for my husband and me (shoutout to Shawn F!). When I had an issue with Medicare I first contacted Shawn, who turned my issue over to Sophia R. Sophia walked me through getting the issue corrected. All calls were returned very quickly, and the issue has been resolved! Both Shawn and Sophia have been a pleasure to work with. Would give more stars if possible!!!

Working with Boomer Benefits Client Assistance folks has been a win for me! Negotiating all of the complex rules in Medicare is overwhelming and I'm so pleased with the diligence that Boomer Benefits and Michele S. have provided me. I tried several times to work with both the clinic and Medicare to relay the issue I found and I couldn't get either one of them to resolve it. I turned to Michele for help and she then worked with the clinic and Medicare and eventually got the clinic to submit the correct "billing code" which then Medicare accepted for payment. Hurray for Boomer Benefits!!!

Shawn F was the agent I worked with and he can't be recommended enough. A 6 star performer (on a 5 star scale). High integrity, industrious, efficient and knowledgeable about the complexities of Medicare; he's focused on what's best for the client. The folks at Boomer Benefits have been very helpful in educating me about supplemental plans and the quirks of how those plans work in my state. I am also going to be moving to another state this year, so I had to learn about what to consider both before and after my move. Jonah B in particular was very helpful with this. To be honest, I did not have the best interaction with the broker who I initially worked with, but Boomer Benefits was very quick to re-assign me to work with someone else which I appreciated.

We had an issue where a hospital was not billing our supplemental plan, and billing us instead. I contacted Boomer Benefits and they set me up with Michelle S. She was amazing. She worked with the hospital and insurance companies for several months to get the issue resolved - and not only got the bills to me stopped, she got us a refund for things we shouldn't have been charged for. Michelle is excellent. She stayed in contact and never let the issue drop. Thank you Michelle!

We love BOOMER BENEFITS! This is the second time we have used them . Darius B was very efficient and knowledgeable and helped us with a new plan that helped us with a plan that fit our needs and budget. Very clear spoken and explained everything so well. I've been with Boomer Benefits over a year now. Just recently I had problems getting a prescription filled. So I emailed Asia Jackson-Russell from Boomer, she is the one who helped me change my plan D. In no time at all she called me to help resolve the problem. My problem with the medication was resolved, turns out my doctors office sent in the wrong prior authorization. Each representative has been patient and kind but this year in particular Elissa W went above and beyond! She helped me understand the difference between supplemental and advantage Medicare coverage and set me up with the right person to give me the information on advantage plans. Elissa followed up with a personal call to see if I had any further questions. Her patience with the many questions and her follow up skills make her a true asset! My first experience with Boomer Benefits was several years ago when I was in search of a Medicare Supplement for myself. BB helped me get started with my first policy and again after a couple of years when I was looking for options with lower premiums. Now, as I’m handling my elderly Aunt’s affairs, I reached out to BB for help in finding a new plan for her. BB’s Xavier J came to the rescue, not only helping me find a Plan suitable for my Aunt, but also in acting as intermediary for the enrollment as I was acting on behalf of my Aunt vs a policy for myself. Carriers I had worked with in the past would not talk to me despite many efforts in providing POA documents to them. With Xavier’s and BB’s efforts, my Aunt will have a new Plan for 2025. Nice work!

I reached out to Boomer Benefits because a friend had recommended them. Though I've been on Medicare with and Advantage plan while living in So California and was very satisfied with my carrier there, now that I'm living in So New Mexico, I struggled a bit with finding a new health insurance carrier here. Jacob C., the representive I worked with was a tremendous help to me in selecting an Advantage Plan that works for me. No extra costs and I'm confident that they'll be available should I need help or guideance navigating my heath care coverages. Michelle with Boomer Benefits helped me get a bill from a lab that my doctor ordered tests from paid. It was over $1000. It took a while to go through the process, but Michelle checked in with me regularly and with the provider, medicare and the doctor to make sure that I was not being labeled as a non-payer and getting sent off to collections. She went above and beyond anything I had expected from her. I am so glad that I chose Boomer Benefits to help me with my Medicare choices.
