My wife and I just completed our Medigap and Part D enrollment with the invaluable assistance of Jacob C at Boomer Benefits. Jacob was friendly and professional throughout, with an impressive expertise on many issues. He guided us through a complex set of options, with clear explanations, and gave us total confidence in our selections. Overall, our enrollment was an outstanding experience.

Boomer Benefits excels at customer service! Everyone I have talked with over the past 5 years has done an excellent job. Most recently, I had an appointment with Andrew O to review my supplement plan to make sure I still had the best plan for my specific needs. Even during the busiest part of their year, I never felt rushed, and Andrew was so polite and kind, and put my mind at ease!

I am at Boomer benefits currently for one reason. That reason is Juliette Templeton. Even though Boomer was not an agent with my part D insurance the last couple of years, Juliette jumped in to help me anyway. Helping me with medication not covered on a formulary and getting me alternatives. Including cheapest locations to buy from, coupons, GoodRX options, etc.. I have recommended Boomer to a number of people. Even my doctor and his nurse signed up with Boomer based on my recommendation. My wife will be signing up next year with Boomer.

I've never dealt with an insurance company that I would give 5 stars. This one I did! Larry W was kind, knowledgeable and very very helpful. I had thought of changing health insurance for years. The devil you know is better than the one you don't. Lol. Thanks to Larry's patience and persistence I have a new policy that fits me. And saves me $$$$. I have used Boomer Benefits for 3 years and have recommended their services to all my friends. This year, Jozzlynn provided very helpful advice on Medicare Part D plans, even talking to me about a less expensive option on Medicare.gov. After confirming my Plan D Prescription Drug Plan in early October, I got a notice just before Thanksgiving, informing me that my plan would no longer be available. Navigating Medicare Part B and D process for the first time is a very daunting, complex process. Soooo many questions. With the help of Billy W from Boomer Benefits, my questions were answered, which helped me decide on which plan to choose. He was very patient with me, even though I had to change our appointment twice, and he provided me with Social Security links to get the the forms that I needed to fill out. Once again, it's time to select the best prescription coverage for my wife and myself for the next year. We got news from our provider that our current advantage plan (that seemed near perfect) would no longer be available in 2025. I reached out to my insurance agent that had helped us with that plan but didn’t seem to have time to help this year. I am so happy we decided to use Boomer Benefits. Sydney V is Amazing...I had a very complicated incorrect bill from a hospital for over 9,000. Sydney did everything to correct this problem working with the hospital, and Medicare. Boomer Benefits has been incredibly helpful in wading through the myriad of options available and helping my wife and I choose those that best serve our needs. When I originally signed up for my Part D drug plan a couple years ago I had already done it through another Medicare adviser and couldn't switch to Boomer Benefits until I changed insurance companies so I was waiting for that to happen and here I am! My current drug plan raised their price significantly for next year so now was my opportunity to consult with Boomer to find me the best/cheapest option available. Plus it offered me a chance to coordinate my Medigap plan and drug plan adviser/consultant needs both with Boomer! Their client service team is very helpful and I wanted to make sure I got that done this time around. I was contacted by Claire H., of their client service team, and she was extremely helpful with ALL the questions I had about changing companies and the recommended new plan cost and benefits, etc. While it appears many insurance company's costs are increasing, the one Claire found for me is actually lower than my current plan. Thank you Claire! She e-mailed me the online sign-up application and walked me through the steps needed to submit my application, all the while answering more questions that I had. Thank you for your knowledge, your helpful assistance and your patience Claire! You are a kind soul!

As a recent retiree, the Medicare program can be confusing and overwhelming. Fortunately I discovered Boomer Benefits through my research - specifically the book, 10 Costly Medicare Mistakes You Can’t Afford to Make. Next I signed up for their 6-day Medicare email course. That convinced me to call them. To say Larry W. exceeded my expectations is an understatement. He patiently guided me through the process to select the Medicare Advantage plan that best suited my needs. However, I think the best value of using Boomer Benefits is yet to be experienced. Several years ago, when my husband and I were reaching the stage in our lives to sign up for Medicare, I started getting so much information in the mail and online....it was a little overwhelming. Somehow I heard about Boomer Benefits; and I am so glad that I did! They helped us get signed up with a good Medicare plan, and they were always there to answer any questions that I had. Then about a year later, when my husband and I went out of the country to serve a mission for our church, I disenrolled from Medicare, because we were no longer going to be able to use it. When we returned from our mission, we were able to re-enroll, and once again I turned to Boomer Benefits. This was during covid, and it was very difficult to get the help that I needed from the insurance companies about getting signed back up, but Boomer Benefits were great to work with as an intermediary, and we were able to get reinstated on Medicare, with a good insurance plan. A year ago, we disenrolled again to go back to Africa to serve another mission for a year with our church who provided insurance for us while we were out of the country serving. When we returned this time, there was no hesitation at all about calling Boomer Benefits. Laura G was the representative that I was put in contact with for my state, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She explained things well, and if she need help with something from someone else in her company, she would get it. She also got other people on the line to conference with her and myself to get things settled. She was very good at explaining things to me and to my husband, who is hearing impaired. She didn't try to persuade me in any way, but made sure I understood things, and let me make my own decision...always willing to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend her and Boomer Benefits for help with signing up for Medicare, or if you want to change the company that you have. They have lots of information, and they do not charge for their service. There is still lots of information that you will need to review that Boomer Benefits provides you with,, but you will make your own decision....and it is so much easier with their help.

I am a Boomer Benefits client who is starting Medicare on September 1st and I called to discuss my initial supplemental plan monthly premium. My wife has the same supplemental plan but her monthly premium was less than mine and I was curious as to why this may be. I spoke with Harli Johnson and she explained the reasoning and also went above and beyond when she took the time to review both of our supplemental plan policies, as well as run a quote for both a male and female, to verify the premium amount was correct for each of us. Harli also took the time to explain the history of premium increases for the plan we are currently enrolled in and our options if and when we decide to change medigap plans.
