Rachael W. did such a great job taking care of my wife! We like many other seniors live on a fixed income and Rachael took the time to listen about an increase in my Wife's G-Plan for no real reason. Rachael found an alternative company for a G-Plan and saved us $ 181.00 per month. That means a weeks' worth of groceries to us! Working with the caliber of folks that "Boomer Benefits" has on the payroll is unusual and exceptional! We could not have had better treatment and help (and patience) than we received from Rachael! I never realized how much work is involved once you become “seasoned”. I am reviewing medical plans during the current switch enrollment period and after speaking with a friend of mine, I took her advice and contacted Boomer Benefits. Larry W of Boomer Benefits reached out and scheduled a one on one phone meeting to discuss options. Larry is extremely knowledgeable and took significant weight off my shoulders as he took down some information for me and clearly explained the various plans that best fit my individual situation. Best of all, I have a clear understanding between supplement versus advantage plans. With that, we came to a conclusion and I now feel thoroughly comfortable as I have selected a plan that will provide me with better coverage. I now know that should I incur a significant medical emergency, my family will be pleased to know that my medical coverage is prime and should I have any issues or concerns with coverage, Boomer Benefits will represent me in dealing with such claims So you might be thinking there’s a catch… HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST? Boomer Benefits doesn’t take any monies from its clients. It only serves clients and receives payment through the insurance plans. Imagine that! It only takes some of your valuable time to receive such valuable information at no monetary cost to you. Contact Boomer Benefits ASAP!

Three years ago I contacted Boomer to help me select a Supplemental Medicare Plan. They were great. Then my husband died in January 2025 and immediately United Health raised my premium! Then if that wasn't enough they sent me a letter indicating that they were raising my premium to a ridiculous amount starting June 2025 even though I hardly ever used it. I contacted Boomer and spoke with Ashley S who was amazing! She listened to me and immediately recommended Humana. We filled out the Humana Questionnaire and Ashley took it from there. Within about 2 weeks I heard from Humana that they accepted me. Ashley called Humana with me on the phone and she also contacted United Health with me on the phone. She was diligent, hands-on and reliable. I told her I will be contacting her in October when the drug plan can be changed because I am not using Aetna.

In my quest to understand Medicare, I read the book: "10 Costly Medicare Mistakes" by Danielle K. R.. It was extremely helpful and explained the various parts of Medicare and the timing of when to sign up in a way that is easy to understand. The book provided many helpful links to websites and in particular, Boomer Benefits and they provide a free service to help individuals sign up for Medicare and supplement plans. I reached out to Boomer Benefits, and was connected to Billy W. He's been awesome! His calm and peaceful demeanor has been reassuring. Not once did he pressure me to hurry and sign up (like others from different agencies have). He is very knowledgeable about Medicare and the supplement plans. I've appreciated how responsive he's been to any questions and emails I've sent. It's been a huge comfort for me to have someone I can reach out to at any time with questions or concerns - even after I officially have Medicare.

When I called to review my Medicare Supplement plan for this year I was greeted by Cicely P. She was so kind and professional. She reviewed some options that would fit in with my current income. The plan she recommended saved me over $35.00 per month. She made the transition from one provider to the new one extremely. seamless. Cicely assisted me with completing the new application and explained in detail the next steps. Once the application was approved by the new provider she got my prior one on the phone to finalize the cancellation. I’m thrilled with the excellent customer service that I received from Cicely. Her caring kindness was extraordinary and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

I have been working with Boomer Benefits since I first started Medicare coverage in 2008. In that time I have received nothing but excellent support in choosing plans including the best Plan D coverage while I have lived in multiple states & had evolving medical issues & pharmacy needs. Everyone I have worked with has been responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Jennifer J just recently helped me sort out if a bill I had received was one I actually was responsible for paying. It turned out it was since it had been counted by Medicare as part of my yearly deductible and was therefore my responsibility. If you have many varied appointments at the beginning of a year and depending upon how quickly a particular doctor files their claim a bill you receive may not be your responsibility and if you have paid it then you have to fight to ne reimbursed by the doctor. Boomer Benefits had helped me with such issues as well. I greatly appreciated knowing this particular bill was appropriate. Boomer Benefits gets my continued highest rating.

Alot of companies go out to service the needs and projected requests of customers. But in the few times Ive had to call Boomers it has felt like Iam calling a local company in a small town and everyone knows each other. No pre read answers or scripts. Today I met Stephanie A and yes I asked for her last name. I had a billing question due to my drug plan may be able to be pulled direct from my SSA. She explained its an application process on my plan and normally I would receive a notice soon. She went over my other policies real quick and did not leave me with call us back if you dont get the notice. She said let me call your insurance company and confirm. She called me back in under 15 minutes and told me where we stand and confirmed all the information was corret at the insurance company. She took care of business with a smile and care you could feel. As well as a bit of humor. Just nice. Thanks Stepanie and Boomer who must set the bar high in keeping people around.

I talked to Jeff B regarding my current supplemental insurance. United Health keeps raising their rates $20 every two years. Twenty dollars may not be a big deal for some folks but it builds up after a few years along with the increase in deductibles. Jeff was helpful in finding a better deal. Aetna did a sneaky increase in Plan D. Sending you a policy and on page 5 tell you the increase of 34.10. Instead of letting you know their premiums are going up via email or first page of the policy! Jeff was gracious stating in October I could call him regarding Plan D (prescription coverage) and he would help me find a better plan. I have his name & info on my calendar for October 1st! Yes, Jeff offered links for a review which I am glad he did! I wanted to leave a positive review. I encourage my friends who are retiring or close to it to use Boomer Benefits

My wife and I mistakenly though she was going to lose her employee sponsored policy on retirement at 65. An agent named Wendy H helped us select a Part D and G and enroll. She gave us all the right information and answers to make us feel confident in her and trust in Boomers. Fast forward 3 weeks and we find out we will have coverage under her state employee retirement. We called Boomers again and spent a lot of time cancelling those policies. Asia J-R spent just as much time with us dis-enrolling from our G and D policies. She had us connected to those providers on three way calls while guiding us through and over all the steps/hurdles along the way. I can't imagine having to do this without Boomers. We are fans now and forever. Thank You agents and Boomers!

I originally signed up for a plan but skipped part D because I didn’t think I would need it since I use the VA hospital’s pharmacy. Well, recently I used a VA telemedicine doctor who prescribed medication, and as I didn’t want to travel 28 miles to the VA pharmacy, I asked to have it filled at a CVS pharmacy close by. Unfortunately, they couldn’t or wouldn’t try to process it because it wasn’t part of my Medicare or Tricare. So after two days and a long trip to the VA clinic, I contacted BB Client Services. Calvon T. was able to find a similar plan that not only included part D, but cost less. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, answered my questions, and was very easy to understand. I will definitely recommend Boomer Benefits to others!

I want to recognize Sydney V for her excellent job in helping me with a double billing from my cataract surgeries. As soon I called Boomer Benefits, she took full control in helping resolve this double billing. She was very responsive with excellent communication as she progressed working with the doctor’s billing department. Sydney was very diligent in contacting them and working to resolve the issue with all the documentation from Medicare and all billing receipts. Finally, the double billing issue was resolved and fixed. This is the reason my wife and I always use Boomers Benefits for all our Medicare supplement and prescriptions plans (Part D). In addition, their customer service and support is far beyond five stars. If we have to rate them, we will give them a 10 stars rating. Sidney, thanks again for all your support helping resolved this double billing issue !!!!

Just started to use Boomer Benefits and am so grateful for all the help we received from Jessica and Sherrie A. We could not of maneuvered through all of the "plans" with out their help. Jessica explained everything and helped us decide which plans to enroll in by showing us numerous options. She also guided us through each plans enrollment. Turning 65 tomorrow and new to Medicare coverage. Called Boomer Benefits support line with questions and instantly spoke to a live support technician. Was quickly routed to customer support rep Harli J. Harli was very professional on the phone, connected us to Blue Cross Blue Shield and stayed on the support call for the duration. An excellent first time experience for me.! Boomer Benefits was referred to me and is an outstanding company to handle your Medicare requirements. I first contacted Boomers Benefits 3 yrs ago as I was researching Medicare, Medicare supplements, drug plans, etc. They answered questions about everything & talked me through everything till I was signed up for what I needed @ the best possible price. In Nov, 2024, I found out my drug plan was increasing 4x its monthly rate + a $10 copay but I had not received any notification of the rate increase. This is where Emily M comes in: When I called BB in Dec. 2024, Emily took my information & also mentioned that she had other clients who also did not receive notification of a rate increase. She then set up an appointment via a 3 way call w/a Medicare representative so I could file a complaint re lack of notification. Two weeks after that, Emily contacted me re special enrollment period for a prescription drug plan but, only a Medicare rep could complete the application . She found a rep who knew something about this extended period and again, via a 3 way call, I was able to change my drug plan!! I cannot thank Emily M enough with helping me find another drug plan especially with the original enrollment period having ended a month before. I will continue to recommend Boomers Benefits to friends who are approaching Medicare age.

Turning 65 brings an onslaught of Medicare solicitations but I am very happy to have replied to a Facebook ad for Boomer Benefits. DARLA F reached out to me and I believe we booked an appointment to speak early the next week. She literally explained everything about Medicare from A to Z but in a step-by-step, concise manner. She made recommendations for Part G/N plans in my area and gave me “homework” to add prescriptions and physicians to the BB website to match me with the best plans. Long story short, DARLA F is the consummate professional and not a high pressure sales agent. One nationwide agency which shall remain nameless called me every day. DARLA F already had my business and allowed me to set the pace.

Tabatha G is a tremendous asset to Boomer Benefits ! We began our Medicare enrollments with Boomer Benefits in 2018 and wouldn’t use any other company. Tabatha has worked with us for the past couple months guiding us through the process of switching our plans. I've called Boomer Benefits a few times and talked with 2 different agents; in December 2024 I talked with Alex Salas and, most recently, Andra Sheppard. It's been a great experience with both agents! They were very helpful and understanding, even though I needed to be walked through... well... everything. 😉 . They really "got" everything I was struggling with and helped me get a plan together to move forward with the next step. Boomer Benefits was a real life raft when I felt like I was drowning! Both agents I've spoken with have been cheerful, happy to help, understood my problems and refused to let me feel like I was taking too much of their time. I am so pleased to tell friends of the way Boomers has helped us over the last 5 years - from the very beginning of getting lined up with Medicare and how all of it works. I had a great experience working with Ryan L. he was beyond helpful, courteous, making me feel welcome and guiding me through the media of confusing issues with Medicare. By the end of our talk, he had proven to be knowledgeable, concerned about me as a client, and he was very personable. Qualities I look for a person who’s going to be helping me figure something out. I’m so often one goes to a company and the people there arecondescending or clearly just don’t care. I highly recommend this company because because clearly they train their employees really really well. Each representative has been patient and kind but this year in particular Elissa W went above and beyond! She helped me understand the difference between supplemental and advantage Medicare coverage and set me up with the right person to give me the information on advantage plans. I had my original policies thru Boomer Benefits, and made a HUGE mistake by changing to a Medicare Advantage C plan earlier this year. This new plan did not meet my needs AT ALL, and I needed to change back to my previous insurance ASAP. Stephen Arellano has helped me get back to what I need. I made a mistake during this process which caused us a loss of time and a lot more trouble for Stephen. He stayed on top of the process and kept me updated every step of the way. He also kept all calls we had scheduled, as well as calling EXACTLY when he said he would. I feel that I am in excellent hands, and do not have to worry about next steps, etc., as I know Stephen will be on top of it all. I will ALWAYS remain a Boomer Benefits customer, as I have learned my lesson with other “options”. Your customer service is always excellent, and I know I have nothing to worry about when I am in your hands!

What a great service for seniors grappling with applying for Medicare and supplemental insurance! Once the representative helped us sign up for everything we wanted, ( and we didn't have to pay her), we had excellent customer service from Michele S. There was a problem with an excessive bill we thought would not be charged for since we had met our deductable. Michele took care of it for us, submitting and resubmitting until that bill went from "WHAT?" To "No" to zero. She kept us informed continuously and was so kind and patient with us. I'm so happy my best friend referred Boomer Benefits and so grateful to Michele for taking care of us!

My first experience with Boomer Benefits was several years ago when I was in search of a Medicare Supplement for myself. BB helped me get started with my first policy and again after a couple of years when I was looking for options with lower premiums. Now, as I’m handling my elderly Aunt’s affairs, I reached out to BB for help in finding a new plan for her. BB’s Xavier J came to the rescue, not only helping me find a Plan suitable for my Aunt, but also in acting as intermediary for the enrollment as I was acting on behalf of my Aunt vs a policy for myself. Carriers I had worked with in the past would not talk to me despite many efforts in providing POA documents to them. With Xavier’s and BB’s efforts, my Aunt will have a new Plan for 2025. Nice work!

My husband and I had reached out to Boomer Benefits for assistance in determining the best possible medicare advantage plan for us. Our contact person was Kendra G. Kendra clearly displayed an excellent customer service from the get-go. She contacted us directly via email with a clear understanding of our request, a brief outline of the process to fulfill our request and a timeline of when we can expect to hear from her. And Kendra G delivered! The email was followed by a phone conversation with Kendra G displaying her thorough understanding of the Medicare process, our needs (current plan, medication list), medicare advantage plans available in our location and the highs/lows of each plan. At the end, we made the decision ourselves and Kendra made it a quick and stress-free process. Thank you, Kendra G! The more I looked & spoke with people - the more confused I became…..until I attended the Boomer Benefits webinar. It was exactly what I needed to get some direction! I called Boomer Benefits and an agent, Travis H sent me a request to set up a meeting for the next day. All done very efficiently & professionally! The meeting was great - all my questions were answered patiently . Travis is very knowledgeable; and really is interested in doing what’s best for his client. I know I’ll be happy with my new plan; and I feel very lucky to have had Travis helping me! I feel like I’ve shed a boulder from my shoulders! 😊

Though I've been on Medicare with and Advantage plan while living in So California and was very satisfied with my carrier there, now that I'm living in So New Mexico, I struggled a bit with finding a new health insurance carrier here. Jacob C., the representive I worked with was a tremendous help to me in selecting an Advantage Plan that works for me. No extra costs and I'm confident that they'll be available should I need help or guideance navigating my heath care coverages. Their webinar, Medicare 101 was so informative....thank you Boomer Benefits and especially Jacob C.

Michelle with Boomer Benefits helped me get a bill from a lab that my doctor ordered tests from paid. It was over $1000. It took a while to go through the process, but Michelle checked in with me regularly and with the provider, medicare and the doctor to make sure that I was not being labeled as a non-payer and getting sent off to collections. She went above and beyond anything I had expected from her. I am so glad that I chose Boomer Benefits to help me with my Medicare choices. I contacted Boomer Benefits looking for a more cost efficient Plan "N" due to a rate increase of 21%. Stephen A from the Boomer Benefit team got right - on my request and with-in 24 hrs. had a suitable replacement plan at less then I am currently paying. All of the efforts and tasks needed to apply was handle by Stephen in a very professional manner while showing empathy. Just another Great Job by the Boomer Benefits team, I have been with them since 2020 and they continue to impress with team members such as Stephen A and Ruth O who continues to be concern with providing cusstomer care that goes beyond expectations. Our current Blue Cross Blue Shield Medicare Advantage Plans is being discontinues as of December31,2024. I was at a loss on how to navigate the Medicare.gov website. This whole process on trying to understand all the information is mind boggling. So a good friend told me about Boomer Benefits and how easy it was for her to change her insurance plan. So I called and talked with Tina K. And she was so wonderful, she was patient with me and answered all my question with ease. She was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She got us the most reasonable Medigap Plan and I felt very comfortable answering all her questions and I felt very confident that the company is very trustworthy. Contacted Boomer Benefits in their busiest time of the year and they got back with me to let me know there would be a delay but we had plenty of time to pick a plan. Asia Jackson-Russell then contacted me, updated the meds, listened to the fact I wanted pill packs, found a company that covers ALL 19 meds, including Nurtec, works with Amazon Pill Pack as in-network to lock the total out of cost at $2,000.00, the monthly payment is under $20.00, and then all I had to do was use the link and passcode sent by email and was enrolled right away. I couldn't be happier with how things went, I've never found a company that covered all the meds in the past.

If I could give Boomer Benefits 10 stars I would. My last year before I turned 65 was a nightmare in dealing with my insurance. I thought that would continue with medicare and then I found Boomer Benefits and my nightmare has ended. Beginning with my initial call. I love the fact that I was able to actually speak to a person instead of a machine constantly asking me questions. That alone is priceless! but it gets better. Sarah Daniels was so kind, patient, and helpful, in finding the best and most reasonable insurance for me. Then she referred me to Bree Walker who was great in helping me with Part D. It's unbelievable to me that in this day and age you can get this kind of service for free. If you want all the stress of Medicare taken away, Boomer Benefits is definitely your go to!

Boomer Benefits is who I tell everyone they should go to when they are first signing up for Medicare. They are wonderful!!! They do all the work for you when you need to research insurances. They do all the comparisons and then give you the choices best for you, and let you decide which one you want. But the best part of Boomer Benefits is that if you ever have any issues with your insurance at all, especially in the billing dept., they take care of it for you. If you are charged incorrectly from a doctors visit, labs, procedure, etc. and you receive a bill you should not have to pay, they will make the phone calls and get to the bottom of it. Any problems at all, or something you just don't understand, all you need to do is call BB. and they take it from there. They are there for anything you need! And there is no fee for their services. I want to give shout out to Amy E. who just worked with me. My part D plan is not being offered next year, and I needed to find a new one to enroll in. I called BB and Amy worked diligently to help me. After talking to her once on the phone, we started communicating by email, which made it nice for me. I could check it and get back with her at what was the best time for me to do so. She emailed me what I needed to know, and any links I needed. I have a long list of medications, and I did not have to go over them on the phone with her, I just had to email them back. That is very convenient for me. She is great to work with!

Once again it's that dreaded time of the year of trying to figure out if you have the best of the Medicare options out there for you. Mostly I have been satisfied with what I have until this year. My Medicare Part D (the prescription portion) is going up and one of my medications is no longer going to be covered. It just so happens this medication is an expensive one. I called Boomer Benefits (which I am a member) and was connected up with Bree W. She was an absolute SuperStar! Not only did Bree find a much better Part D plan, it was also going to be cheaper than what I was paying this past year. I know I asked her a million questions, bothered her a hundred times and put her to the test over and over again. She never faltered, never lost her cool with me and was always so patient. I commend her highly and would recommend her to anyone that needs help with anything! Found me a better Part D plan and is saving me money. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much, Bree!

I heard about Boomer Benefits from a facebook post 4 years ago, just as I was approaching age 65 and decided to check them out. Medicare is so confusing, but their videos and webinars really helped and I used them to help sign me up. When my wife turned 65 we again turned to Boomer Benefits. This year we worked with Lisa C., a fantastic Client Service professional, to change both of our Part G plans to Humana after Lisa pointed out how much money we could save for the exact same coverage.
