What did I like about my interaction with Anthony at Boomer Benefits? Everything! I've been trying for weeks to get my Medicare info sorted and understood, and talked to two different agents in my city as well as doing my own research. I STILL did not get all the info I wanted, with a quote I understood or could make sense of after checking those quotes against other online sources. One company told me they could only estimate my quote until I applied! Why would I apply if I could not get an answer as to the actual price??? I finally contacted Boomer Benefits and it was like night and day dealing with them vs others. I was called back by Anthony, who could not have been more knowledgeable or sensible, and was also cheerful and made sure i understood everything perfectly, yet did not treat me like a silly old person. He was careful to let me know about possible pitfalls, and even went so far as to explain things that could happen after I signed up and what to do in these cases...such as the first time I use my Medicare and Supplement , what to do if the former insurance company pops up, or if I get a provider who wants me to pay up front (when I have a plan that does not need that). He did all the work and did it in about ten minutes, and I could not be more relieved that this has been solved, finally. Weeks of research and talking to agents, and now its done! AND for the lowest price I got anywhere else, and with a company I really wanted! This company was so good I actually asked if I could leave a review~ I highly recommend this company 100%! It is a breath of fresh air to deal with people I can understand, who speak logically, and who are friendly and looking out for ME. Such a rarity these days. Do yourself a favor and call them and you'll know in 5 minutes whether Im exaggerating or not. A+++++++++!!!!

I called Humana to get information on my new Humana plan and an agent reached out to me to assess he called me and I was unable to answer the phone more than a few times so he was very diligent to keep calling me back to assist me he left no stone unturned when we finally contact when we finally were able to touch base we went through everything and he connected me with a other agents to assist me with other areas with my within my plan he's very kind caring and understanding and to also make sure all my Medicare needs are met, he is very patient and is passionate about helping in every way possible , also he followed up with another call to make sure that everything went smoothly for me I surely appreciate Stephen A for taking us time and making sure that everything and all my needs were met, he is that agent that goes above and beyond for the customer as myself this means a lot especially with trying to get questions answered with new insurance and helping with understanding what's within the policy I give him a five-star rating for being so diligent and with all his assistance he is outstanding with all his help it sure makes life easier with other things you have to deal with sure,a big thankyou to Stephen A!!

I saw Boomer Benefits on Facebook. I had been talking to a few other local Medicare specialists but I was not happy with them, so I called Boomer. I talked with Ashlee M. She was wonderful! She called me when she said she would and emailed me documents when she said she would. Then we discussed all Medicare plans over the phone for 2.5 hours. She went line by line over the policies explaining everything to me very clear and concise. She answered every annoying question I had in a very professional manner. I did select the right plan for me with her help. I am so thankful that I called Boomer and talked with Ashlee.

I switched Part D providers for 2024. I found a new company with the help of Boomer Benefits and it appeared it would save me enough to go through the process to switch. While BB led the process and it went well, the provider was less than responsive when they made a couple of mistakes following enrollment. I contacted Lisa C at BB and she took it on as if it were her own problem...staying on the provider to work it out. They did - thanks to Lisa. She did a great job; always professional, caring, and personal. And thanks to BB for finding a better company. Three Rx's later and I have yet to pay more than my $6 annual premium. Never regretted contacting them. You won't either.

Everyone I have spoken to at Boomer Benefits cares about making sure you get the support you need when you need it. It is the one business that I am not stuck listening to endless music while waiting for someone to pick up the phone. You don't have to listen to a recording prompting multiple selections and end up never speaking to a person. If they say they will call you back, they do. I have been so pleased with my good fortune of becoming a client of Boomer Benefits. I had a Medicare advantage plan, but as I aged I wanted to go back with a supplement. My good fortune! In February 2025 I had an issue with a clinic over charges dating back perhaps 2-3 years under the Medicare advantage era. I had never been made aware of these during our entire relationship. Talk about a surprise billing! I contacted Boomer Benefits, and they connected me with their specialist, Mr. Arick D. It took him patience and diligence to work through these issues, but I am pleased to report he was able to bring my account to a successful resolution. I am so pleased to be a Boomer client.

Since my disability it's been extremely difficult to do day to day tasks and although I did read some materials concerning Social Security Disability Insurance, I wasn't able to understand much, if any, of what I read. Tina guided me through the materials, allowed me to ask questions, and at the end of our session, made a lasting impression that she understood everything she was explaining to me. I know I am in good hands and am so relieved to have this chapter in life finished. I have all the confidence in the world that I have the absolute best policy and the best team supporting me.

One of the reasons I chose Boomer Benefits was that they had a dedicated customer team to provide assistance with any medical billing issues. I just used this service for the first time and must say "wow"! In particular, Amanda S was amazing! She researched the issue, identified the problem, and then guided me thru the reimbursement process with my medical provider. This included speaking with them and filling out an appeal form which ultimately resulted in me getting a reimbursement that I had given up on ever receiving. I am so appreciative of Amanda's advice, time, efforts, and positive energy in getting to this result. In addition to being thankful for Amanda's personal efforts here, this is also a great reinforcement of why I chose Boomer Benefits!

My wife and I found ourselves at the end of our 1 year trial period of a Medicare Advantage plan, and wanted to return to a Medicare supplement plan. The choices were difficult to understand. Boomer Benefits has been a life saver for me.During the last 4 months I have gone through Prostate Cancer therapy followed by treatment for Degenerative Disc Disease. Then to top it off I retire December 31, 2023. That's a lot to deal with. Trying to set up my Medicare health insurance seemed like another tall hill to climb. The medicare manual looked like it was an inch and a half thick. To my great surprise I found Boomer Benefits. My company listed this service in the company benefits under My Retirement. So I called the number, and spoke to a gentleman named Nathan T. He walked me through the process in less than hour. Wow, what relief! I have referred Boomer Benefits to some friends and to other retirees, to check out this service. Thank you Boomer Benefits! I will use your service when I renew Medicare each year!

My wife turned 65 and we were in the midst of trying to understand Medicare, all it's parts, and MediGap to choose the coverage we need. It was an absolute jungle of terms, this and that, etc. Allison B, our agent at Boomer Benefits, was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and understand, and took her time explaining our options not oly about what we needed, but also brought a list of insurance providers and rates for us to choose from. I first spent several days investigating brokers, and determined that Boomer Benefits is the best in the business! Was trying to help a friend change her plan for next year. We were assigned to Bill W, who gave us quite a bit of his time. He thoroughly explained her options and was able to help her select a plan that would allow her to keep her current specialists, but also save about $2200 a year! As an unexpected bonus he was able to help me change my own plan to a plan with roughly the same cost, and a better track record of not issuing big rate hikes annually. I highly recommend Boomer Benefits, and Bill W in particular!

After reading their material and watching their videos I reached out to them, and their agent Catherine H got in touch with me. My situation has some complications like living overseas when I turned 65 and not enrolling promptly in Medicare, and Catherine was careful to listen to the details of my situation and to clarify my goals, and then laid out the options that were most appropriate for me and "held my hand" as I worked to understand them and put them in place. After my husband died, I started getting bills from bill collectors for medical services. These providers never bothered to run the bills through my husband's insurance, they just turned them over to a bill collector. A Boomer Benefits agent, Natasha Robertson, resolved a particularly sticky one that took many months to solve. The service provider kept giving her the runaround, but Natasha stayed after them and finally got the bill resolved at NO COST to me! I was so impressed with her dedication and with Boomer Benefits. I highly recommend this company because they are in your corner even after you choose your health insurance coverage.

They follow up each year and reach out to evaluate your needs to assure not only the best plans but at the best cost for you. I want to especially give A 5 Star shout out of thanks to Chasaty A. She reached out to assist us with a New Part D plan which although set up went fine was requiring additional approval from Doctors for one of the medication my husband takes and needed immediate approval. Chasaty made the process so easy and went the additional to reach out at each step to answer any questions and coordinate with Doctor and Pharmacy. Boomer Benefits is an awesome company. Last year, they helped me get my Rx plan and my Medicare supplement plan. Both were great plans for that year. This year, I had to change both plans, and Ashley G. helped me both times. In August, she located a replacement Medicare Supplement plan that met my needs much better than the previous one. Now, during the annual fall signup/change time, she found a new Rx plan for me. Ashley is a thoughtful, conscientious representative. I had so many questions, often was anxious about how the plan worked. She always responded with quick, informative answers. She put my mind at ease. This Medicare 'maze' is difficult to maneuver and I'm extremely grateful to work with Boomer Benefits and Ashley.

"Several months ago I called Boomers because of an issue I was having with a bill not being submitted to insurance by my doctor's office. The billing office kept stating that the service was not a charge that Medicare would cover. I kept insisting that they submit it. I worked with Alexis P and she basically took charge of the situation. Alexis and I called the billing office together and after more follow calls on her part, I got a call from Alexis stating that the charge has been dropped due to the fact that for whatever reason the billing office never submitted it to Medicare for payment. Alexis was great to deal with and is an example of the professional service you can expect from the Boomer agency."

I recently started on Medicare and I got 2 medical bills which showed that Medicare rejected both (at the time, I didn't know why and was in a panic) but was because my previous insurance mistakenly still showed as primary. I called Boomer Benefits (Jasmine) who got initiated a 3 way call with Medicare so the problem could be corrected. Jasmine said it would take a number of days to get corrected and she would give me a call back on a specific date. She called me on that date and verified that the corrections were made. I was amazed and so very pleasantly surprised that Jasmine really took ownership to solve my problem, WAY WAY beyond my expectations. Thanks so much Jasmine!!!

Laura G. was amazing in helping me breakdown the costs of a new Tier 5 drug that I was prescribed. I was almost in tears when I contacted Boomer Benefits regarding the costs of the drug. Laura was very patient as she helped me understand how my prescription drug plan worked. I was so relieved once she explained what my total out of pocket costs would be. I've worked with several staff members at Boomer Benefits. Each one has been at the top of their game with their knowledge and helpfulness....and patience. Medicare can be very hard/confusing to navigate from the initial sign up to incorrect billings, to understanding all of the plans. I've been a BB client for less than a year and have contacted BB several times, either for billing resolution or general information about how my plans work. Each issue was resolved by BB representatives carefully and quickly. If you have ANY reservations whether or not you should become a BB client, put those reservations aside. You will not regret your decision to become a client. It's a no-brainer in my mind

The ins and outs of Medicare can be so confusing, so at a friend's advice he suggested contact Boomer Benefits. I spoke to Billy W there and he was incredible to work with! He thoroughly explained all the plan options and costs, leaving nothing behind. He asked me some questions and from my answers we determined that an Advantage Plan would be my best fit. He then emailed all of that paperwork, and went through it with me line by line making sure I understood everything before I signed anything He was very honest and even explained that if I changed my mind next year and wanted to go with a supplement plan instead of the Advantage plan, then it may need to go through an underwriting process before I would be approved for it. He was also very patient with all of my questions and not rushing me through anything. I am so happy that I called Boomer Benefits and even happier that Billy W is the one who took care of me! I have already posted on my Fb page to recommend this company and Billy to my friends. I am so glad that I made this call. It's the best thing I ever did for myself! Please don't hesitate to call them yourself. You won't be sorry you did. Ten star's hands down!!

Over the course of two phone conversations, Dustin H patiently answered all my questions and gave me several insurance options to consider. He didn't push for one plan over another---his goal was to give me the information I needed to make my own decisions. When I asked for his opinions, he gave me thoughtful, fact-based answers. I really appreciate this way of doing business! When I was ready, Dustin helped me with all the paperwork needed to enroll in the Medigap plan I chose as well as a dental-vision-hearing package. (He also offered suggestions for Part D but I chose to enroll in Part D through my beloved locally owned pharmacy.) Tina K get 10 stars from me for being outstanding at understanding my fears, my questions and my unease at making such a huge decision. Even as a well-qualified admin person, I found this process daunting. Important decisions that can affect your income and quality of life! Tina, WAS GREAT!! Even though I had done my homework knew the plan and insurance company I wanted to use, she went over a few other plan options that might be even better for me. Andrew M was a life saver for us. Since I retired in 2018 we've had the same policy through my employer and it has worked out well for us. Then my employer made a big change to a different type of plan that we did not want. Andrew gave us the information we needed to make good choices not only for our medical insurance, but also for our dental and vision. His knowledge of the various plans was exactly what we needed to make decisions on the costs and benefits of each and he helped us through the application process. This would have been very difficult and much more time consuming for us to navigate without his guidance.

The reason that I choose this company is that they have client service to help you when you need it after you become their member or you bought the advantage or supplement insurance through them. Recently, I switched from advantage to supplement insurance using trial right. I got help from the licensed agent-Michelle W. She is from client service and has pretty good experience to help get through this process without any issue. I am very satisfy for what she did. I had talked to other agent from different companies. Looks like no one can explain to me clearly to use trial right to switch from advantage to supplement back one years ago.

When I retired the one thing I was looking forward to was not dealing with regulators and government agencies any longer. Any issues I had during my work years were always tiring and taxing to finally find the right person and get the issue solved. I am sure it contributed to my blood pressure being a little higher than it should be. When I had an issue with Medicare charging me twice for a deductible on two different bills, my mind immediately flashed back to my work years and my blood pressure took a hit. I contacted Ruth O at Boomer Benefits to get some assistance and she took care of the problem for me! With minimal assistance from me she got the issue resolved and I didn’t have to worry about it. It took several months, which is common working with issues with the government, but she got it corrected. During that time she stayed in contact with me and I felt comfortable that she had my back. Boomer Benefits is an amazing company. Everyone is so knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and informative. They go beyond the call of duty. They have a lot of resources, videos, information on line etc. When I call with questions each person that I speak with is very helpful and answers all of my questions. Signing up for Medicare seemed overwhelming to me so many options etc. When I called Boomer Benefits they gave me resources to look through including videos that explained the various options that are available which helped me decide which plans are best for me. They videos explained pros and cons of the various options. When I called with questions they spend time with me to make sure I understood what part of Medicare entails. They helped me each step of the way from signing up with the various parts of Medicare to helping me with reimbursements etc. I have spoken with several people at Boomer Benefits in various departments each person was amazing. My initial contact was with Cathrine H who helped me get started with understanding Medicare. She sent me videos to watch and information to read etc. Then I set up a phone conversation with her. She did a wonderful explaining everything and answering all of my questions. Cathrine you are amazing. Kate H helped me sign up for the drug plan that would best suit my needs. She also helped me each step of the way. Kate you did a fantastic job. Trevor helped me with finding a supplemental plan for vision, optical and hearing. I call Trevor when I was at the optical store to purchase a pair of glasses. He answered right away and explained my coverage and answered my questions. He emailed the form to me to fill out for reimbursement. He is very prompt. He would respond to my emails right away. He even emailed me the the next day with additional information about my plan. Trevor you are outstanding. Boomer Benefits is an awesome company. Their service is superb, top notch, over the top. I can't say enough good things. They provide fantastic customer service. Great Company.

I just enrolled in my in my Medicare Supplement Plan G. Jacob C was very helpful as he guided me through the process and helped me make my decision on what I wanted to go with. Jacob was very knowledgeable and patient as he answered all my questions. Even though I could have gone directly to the insurer and got the same price I decided to go with Boomer Benefits because of the support after the sale. They will not only help you with any problems for free but they will handle things for you like miscoded claims that were not paid. They will contact Medicare or the doctors office and resolve the problem for you! FYI: I was NOT ASKED to write a review. At the conclusion of my sign up, I ASKED how to best leave a review based upon the outstanding customer service I had just experienced. This is one forum where they recommended that I leave feedback. When I first encountered Boomer Benefits via a web reference to them, I was surprised to find a company with a rare 5-star rating and furthermore, with 5,557 reviews supporting it. There are a few dissenters but not enough to displace the perfect 5-star rating. Naturally, I had to at least call to check it out for myself. From receptionist to sales representative (it's too soon to need their claims conflict services), they were polite, knowledgeable, definitely NOT pushy and professional throughout. I believe Bridget was the receptionist. She obtained my basic information and then connected me with Linda H, the sales representative. I had already done a decent amount of plan research and was reasonably knowledgeable about the basics. In fact, I had already reached some conclusions and semi-decided on one plan. But I was looking for professional input on that plan vs. potential other choices that I may not have considered before committing. Linda H was able to answer EVERY question I had...and virtually off the top of her head in every instance. I had spoken to another broker company previously, before stumbling onto Boomer Benefits. It was night and day, regarding knowledge, rapport quality, etc. Trust me, you would be doing a disservice to yourself by NOT calling these people. How often have I written rave reviews like this one? In my LIFETIME, you can count all of them on two hands. I remember almost all of them: Two airline employees, Behr Wood Cleaner, one hairstylist, an AirBNB vacation rental and maybe one or two others. That's how tough it is to get a 5-star rating from me.

What a pleasure to talk to Jacob N at Boomer Benefits. He is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. After doing some research, my wife and I called Boomer Benefits in preparation of dropping my employer health plan following my 65th birthday in November. We had an idea of what plan I wanted to go with, but we did not know what was available for my wife who is on part A but not yet 65. We also were not sure about the timing of enrollment. Jacob took his time to understand our specific circumstances and presented us with a Medigap option, for me, that was less expensive than the one I initially picked and historically did not increase much year to year. Enrollment was quick and easy and he provided detailed instructions for signing up for Medicare so I will have uninterrupted coverage as of January first. Because the 2024 pricing for the options available for my wife were not out yet, Jacob made a follow up appointment with her for October. I am very confident that he will be ready to present the best options for her at that time. We’re pleased with the service he has provided thus far and our overall interaction with Jacob has been positive, educational, and beneficial and we look forward to working with him when my wife changes to a Medigap plan when she turns 65.

Boomer was chosen after an exhaustive, and confusing, review of many agencies when starting Medicare. 'Even took a community college course to try to learn about selecting best options. Was most happy with experience but this year made me realize how critical it is to work with experts. Very long story short...one of the insurance carriers erroneously tagged on a Late Enrollment Penalty (LEP) which more than doubled my monthly premium. It is one of those fees that would have been charged forever, with no chance of changing it if not corrected now within a limited time. I tried correcting it because it was such an obvious mistake on their part - they denied my claim. Sandra C at Boomer then stepped in to help me. She contacted all the right people for me, educated me and coached me on documentation, requirements, etc. Bottom line, it was solved through Sandra's help. The more than $600 a year extra fee error - FOREVER- was corrected. Thank you, forever, Sandra!!!

HUGE shoot out to Ashley S from the Client Service Team. I submitted a form on Thursday to be called about shopping for a lower priced Plan G (medigap) policy, she called and emailed Friday while I was out. She called first thing this (Monday) morning and clearly went through all options, completed the application, waited online while I authorized the electronic signature and said she would be in touch with me when "we" heard back. Five minutes later I received confirmation that I was accepted and it included a printable ID card! I can not say enough about Ashley, her professionalism and attention to detail! Easy Peasy! THIS is why I ALWAYS recommend Boomer Benefits! It costs me/anyone/you NOTHING to be a client of Boomer Benefits- I pay them NOTHING...the insurance companies pay them to be a broker...KEY: the amount you pay an insurance company is the same if you didn't use Boomer Benefits - so WHY NOT let Boomer Benefits handle it all AT NO COST to you! THEY will deal w/ ANY issue you have! My family and friends thank me all the time for referring them to Boomer Benefits! Call them BEFORE you speak to ANYONE about different plans!! AND...YOU (the client) make the decision which plan is best for you....there is NEVER any pressure from them and they are more than willing to tell you the average increase the companies have charged the last few years...Boomer Benefits has ALL the information and they have agents that are specifically assigned to various states so they are very well versed in your state!

I was completely lost and intimidated by Medicare and the many complexities/options. I had no idea where to turn when my brother-in-law shared a podcast at Boomerbenefits.com. Any time I call Anthony, he calls back in less than 60 seconds and is ready to spend as much time as necessary to make sure I know everything I need to know and help me to access the coverage that is best for me at the best price available. In that time I've had help with billing, additional coverage information, my own medical coverage recently in 2023. I just had the help of Ellery Collier with a bill that I received. Boomer Benefits is an AMAZING company! First, Dustin helped me set up my Medicare supplemental insurance. He was knowledgeable and gave me fast quotes and the best prices he could find. BB is not tied to specific companies for their commission.... they will find you the best price. THEN I have a few times needed to talk with them about some medical bills that were incorrectly not covered by Medicare. Sydney G. was SO helpful. You know those times when you call for customer assistance and you feel like you are a bother. Or you wonder if their promise to follow up will happen, or will happen in a timely manner? The exact OPPOSITE thing happened with Sydney. She was so cheerful and optimistic when I explained the problem. She followed up numerous times with a phone call, and if she didn't get me on the phone, with an email. Then she totally took care of the problem. I am beyond satisfied and grateful for Sydney and Boomer Benefits.

My wife and I have been following the Boomer Benefits (BB) Facebook page for a couple of years now and have been impressed with the educational content (articles, video presentations, etc.) BB provides on their site. But most of all, we have enjoyed reading the overwhelmingly positive feedback and testimonials by others regarding the professionalism of the BB staff during the initial consultation all the way through the specific Medicare plan choices. And the BB team has consistently received high praises for their backend support with claims and follow-up questions and assistance once the Medicare plans have been purchased. My wife and I recently had our meeting with Chris W to decide on which Medicare plan to choose. Chris was beyond professional, kind, patient and helpful explaining the various choices we had. We highly recommend Boomer Benefits for anyone seeking Medicare coverage in general and Chris W specifically to help guide you through the Medicare labyrinth.

I have received excellent customer care from Boomer Benefits staff from Day 1. I’m especially in awe of the kind and friendly ongoing assistance from Julia P who helped me sign up for the drug coverage. She created a chart that showed what it would cost for the meds I take regularly (nearly all are Tier 1 and cost ZERO dollars). The one that was a Tier 3 and cost considerably more she sent me coupons and showed me what companies provide cheaper prices on various meds. I had a new short term prescription that I needed to fill. My first since going on Medicare and the United Healthcare supplement and WellCare drug coverage. I reached out to her before filling the prescription to find out how much it would cost me. She responded immediately, gave me the info I needed (it was a Tier 1 at zero cost—yay!) and then called me 2 weeks later to make sure everything went smoothly. I am amazed at the individual attention and care and am so happy to have Boomer Benefits by my side!

I contacted Boomer Benefits about a year before my enrollment period so I could start researching my Medicare options. Following my initial investigating on the Boomer Benefits website Tish P contacted me directly. After answering all my questions, we agreed she would contact me in 1 year, just prior to my enrollment period. In the meantime, I watched the Boomer Benefits videos to learn some of the basics on Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. Like clockwork Tish contacted me 1 year later to get the process moving. She helped me understand my options and what is available in my area. We scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next week so I would have a chance to review all the information and make a decision. Once I made my decision Tish guided me through the entire process. I found Tish to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional in all our communications. During one of our conversations, she needed to reach out to someone on the Boomer Benefits team to be sure the answer to my question was the correct answer. I am very pleased with my experience with Tish and Boomer Benefits.
