My husband and I turned 65 this year and a friend had recommended Boomer Benefits. Never having been on Medicare before, we had many questions and concerns. Bill W. was our go to guy who kept us on track and made the process simple and seamless. We were both thrilled at the whole process knowing all our questions were answered and we got the right plans for our specific needs. We’re confident in knowing that Boomer is a phone call away if and when there are issues with any bills or coverage. We really can’t say enough positive things about BB and Bill W. With my Medicare sign-up window quickly approaching, and the emails, and the phone calls, and the amount of USPS stuff coming in each and every day, I was absolutely overwhelmed. Didn't know where to begin and, quite frankly, was beginning to lose interest -- which I knew could not happen. Thankfully ran across Boomer Benefits online and I have to tell you, it was an absolute godsend. I never use the phone. I hate to use the phone. Thankfully Trey D was pretty darn consistent about calling/emailing me about jumping on the phone with him. I can see why he insisted on the phone call rather than email, which I always suggest and prefer. He explained every single part of Medicare in meticulous detail, offering me lots of options and helping me get signed up every step of the way. I am exceptionally grateful. I truly was overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin. Excellent company with excellent results. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Both my husband and I have been doing business with Boomer Benefits since 2017. They are always super helpful and patient. We went from WA State to SD to AZ since then and Boomers Benefits haven’t missed a beat from providing us with more affordable coverage when rates climb to high to troubleshooting bills that I can’t never understand from Medicare or supplemental insurance companies. They really do “speak Medicare” so I don’t have to! Special kudos to Brandon T, from BB’s claims team who dig into my question and got me a satisfying response. If Bommer Benefits is available in your state, I highly recommend your giving them a call — don’t even try to deal with Medicare admin stuff yourself when they can do it way better!

I was having a hard time finding a provider who accepts new patients (despite what the United Health website said), so Angie K at Boomer Benefits took up my cause and, BAM!, in the next 48 hours, she'd personally called 25 specialists until she found three, near my home, for me to choose from—highly rated doctors who take my plan AND accept new patients. I picked the doctor at the top of the list and, now, I can finally see a great doctor to help me get to the root of my health issue. Can you imagine that level of kid glove service in this day and age? I didn’t ask her to make those calls; she took the initiative. I’m blown away and you will be, too. I already loved Boomer Benefits because of Kenzie, who helped me pick my plan. Now, I love them even more. If you need the kind of kind, compassionate help you’d want your own grandmother to have, ask for Angie!

Since signing up for my Medicare with/thru BB (2018), I have found consistent help on issues when they have emerged with supplemental insurance companies and specifically the latest helper has been Allyson G helping me sort out Dental reimbursement problems along with other conundrums. She has been courteous, helpful, available, and pro-active on my behalf... This quality of service, after "signing" has been a hallmark of Boomer Benefits and their people and I am very grateful for their assistance. In addition, they provide excellent U-tube help and analyses of the vagaries of this Medicare system.

Chasaty A at Boomer Benefits was a great help in choosing my husbands Medicare plan. She took all the confusion out of choosing the right plan. My husband is a post kidney transplant recipient who needs the most comprehensive plan available. She actually took her time and found the plan that covers all his medical and prescription needs. The monthly price for the policy is very affordable at $160 a month which covers 100% coverage. A big thank you goes out to Chasaty for her willingness to help, listen and the compassion she showed. I have been following Boomer Benefits on their Facebook page for the past 2-3 months, as I will begin Medicare soon. After watching their responses to questions and issues that clients (and even people who didn’t seem to be signed up with them) in very thorough and helpful ways and reading excellent recommendations from their current clients thread after thread, I decided to call and speak with someone today. I spoke with Chris W. who was extremely helpful telling me about the company, answering questions that I had about both the company and my Plan options. He was very thorough, kind and friendly. I did sign up and feel so comfortable choosing Boomer Benefits to work with. I highly recommend this company who will not only get you signed up for a plan that you are comfortable with, but will continue to work with you on the backend if you have future issues with claims, etc.

Four years ago, I signed up for Medicare and my supplemental plan through Boomer Benefits. Four months later, I had to go in for emergency surgery. Although I gave my new cards to everyone, the billing for emergency services, ambulance and hospital stay did not go through. I received a ton of bills and had a real mess to try and figure out. I called Boomer Benefits and they took over the situation and got everything straightened out and rebilled correctly. They did such a great job. It would have taken me forever to straighten out. Just recently, I worked with Chasaty A to add a dental, vision and hearing plan. She sent me info on several plans and helped me pick the right one for my needs. She truly gave me 5-star service. I would recommend Boomer Benefits to anyone.

I first went to Boomer Benefits for assistance in finding the right Medicare plan. They also said they would be there for me after the plans were chosen and implemented whenever I had questions or needed assistance with the insurance carrier. They were not kidding about that! I recently contacted them for assistance, and they were amazing! Roni R was wonderful to work with. She was able to quickly connect with the insurance carrier and conference me into the call so I could ask my questions and receive an immediate response. First of all, their online information and 6 day mini-medicare course is a terrific knowledge base to work from. I had signed up for Part A and Part B, but was running out of time for medigap and Part D. Filled out the "Contact me" request and got a call the next day. Trey D was so helpful. He listens and answers with as little or much information as you need. Best of all he gives you a little insight into the workings of medigap. (All above board). Withing an hour I had chosen a plan that I was very happy with. The best part is Boomer Benefits will help me with any future issues. Trey saved me hours of looking through a stack of medicare mailings and calling the insurance companies. One of the best decisions I have made. Thanks Trey.

Insurance intimidates me. I chose to use Boomer Benefits to sign up for my Medicare supplement because of their promise to assist with Medicare issues should they arise. I had very recently retired yet my employer insurance was listed as my primary- not Medicare. I thought that was going to be a long wait on the phone nightmare to try to resolve! Contacted Boomer Benefits. They called me first thing the next morning. Boomer made contact with Medicare representative and within minutes the issue was resolved. Boomer then stayed on the phone and proceeded to advise me of the information to provide to the hospital which was billing me. Thank you Cheyanne K. These days so many companies blame COVID for their poor customer service. However I, as well as others I referred to Boomer Benefits, went through the Medicare Maze during Covid and received 100% service with every inquiry. Anyone I know who is eligible for Medicare I am referring to Boomer Benefits!

After retiring I had a serious conflict over Medicare Part D which unjustly applied a Late Enrollment Penalty to my monthly premiums. My repeated efforts to correct this mistake proved unsuccesful and I was ready to give up the whole thing . As a last resort I contacted Katie J at Boomer Benefits who took over from me the complicated negotiations concerned with this penalty. Her perseverence over a span for several months resulted in a positive outcome and my Late Enrollment Penalty was dropped. I could never have accomplished this without Katie J help. Medicare is an absolute jungle when it comes to options, emailings, standard mailings, and commercial overload. After extensive research I opted to go with a broker and my choice was Boomer Benefits. They seemed to be the clearest and most straightforward of pretty much any broker I looked into. Their accreditation backs that up as well. As much as I feel I have made myself knowledgeable with the process and the plans, I still found it best to have an expert in my corner. I am signed up for my Medicare A, B and Medigap plans thanks to the excellent advice and assistance of Trey D, I feel very comfortable with the plan we put together. He is going to follow up with some options for dental/vision/hearing plans and their Drug Plan team will be contacting me to go over those options. Thanks to the top notch assistance of Michele V, I am now signed up for my part D as well. She sent me all of the information and options available to me, so I was able to make an educated decision. If the customer service continues to be as it has so far, I know I am in very good hands. As an added bonus, any concerns or questions I have or problems I may run into, will be handled by their team. I like that peace of mind. In the end, I made the right choice and I feel as though I’m in good hands going forward. Thanks again!

Everyone at Boomer Benefits has been extremely helpful in answering any questions I have had regarding Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Supplement Insurance, billing questions, etc. I have been going to Boomer Benefits for their services since I started looking into Medicare just before turning 65 and have been using them ever since. Roni R, customer service representative, went out of her way to research if two local doctors I was referred to by family friends were accepting new Medicare patients for me. When she was told they both were not at this time, she investigated other local doctors who were accepting new Medicare covered patients and emailed me a detailed list with their contact information. I am very impressed at the depth of her research and her willingness to go to such lengths for my husband Jack and me. She was so pleasant and patient with all my questions and requests. Great Experience: After having conducted a lot of research on the various Medicare Plans, I found a link to Boomer Benefits on Facebook and decided to give them a try. I provided the required background and contact information and within 24 hours I was contacted by Trey D. I found this company online when I received a letter from Cigna Advantage plan indicating they would not be able to cover me even though I enrolled during an SEP. They obviously didn't listen to me when I applied. So, I started reading about Boomer Benefits and decided to give them a call since their reviews online were so good. I called and worked with Ricky T. He was absolutely amazing and explained things to me in a way that nothing I read online could do. I started researching Medicare Supplemental plans and Advantage plans about 6 months ago as I was leaving my corporate job for retirement. Everything was so confusing but Ricky went through more in 30 minutes that I was able to find in 6 months. He listened to my situation, and explained all of my options. I was thrilled to be treated with such respect and appreciate this company so much for what they are doing. Thank you Ricky for helping me with this decision to go with a Supplemental plan. He even called me the day after to ensure I was able to get what I needed from my drug application.

I was connected with Delaney M when I called Boomer benefits. I needed to add a dental and vision supplement to my Medicare plan. I was working with Delaney M this year. She took me through my current insurance and helped me check for any changes. Delaney didn’t rush me. I had time to explain and changes with my health and possible insurance needs. She did detailed research to give me information specific to my area, Northeast Ohio. I will continue to use Boomer and Delaney every year when it’s time to review my options for the next. I will recommend Delaney to friends/family as they reach 65. As an aside I mentioned the commercials I’ve been seeing with Joe N and J.J. W encouraging people to call some 800 number. Call to find out about saving money in their zip code. I was just curious. Even for this she took the time to do some research and find out the back-story. She also discovered that the 800 number wouldn’t save me any money.

Being new to Medicare I was very confused about the whole process of Advantage plans and had spent many months online reading all I could to get the answers I needed. I ran across and ad for Boomer Benefits and did research on the company, I also found out they have a channel on YouTube that I now watch regularly. I made the decision to call and spoke with Ryan L, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and has a great deal of patience. It started with the Youtube videos by Danielle K R. Refreshingly succinct and practical, they explain various Medicare issues in short, manageable bites. I’d been drowning in mindboggling minutiae ; they were lifelines. K R is co-founder of Boomer Benefits, a broker for 30+ Medicare plans. One of the videos explains how they make their money. Many independent insurance brokers offer such service. What I came to learn – and appreciate – is that Boomer Benefits is unique in providing a deep bench of continuing support AFTER the sale. You mean I can have a Medicare professional wrangle with the insurance company on my behalf – at no expense to me – and resolve those inevitable problems with billing, coverage, etc.? Yes! After researching the company (and reading R’ book on most common Medicare mistakes), I called. Kierah G worked with me over 3-4 days. I kept coming back with more questions. She was professional and personable, with a depth of detailed knowledge and the ability to explain things clearly, simply, slowly (at my request). She listened to my needs and wants and ran scenarios showing comparative price increases and their impact at various ages. She offered veteran tips like – a counter-intuitive method for submitting SSA docs yielding faster turnaround. Her calm helped me calm down. She seemed glad to take whatever time I needed to make decisions. After evaluating lots of data together, I was able to make well-informed decisions and feel confident about them. Kierah is a skilled guide through the Medicare maze – I came to feel like I was working with a trusted friend.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find such courteous and helpful people at Boomer Benefits. Sidney R was awesome! I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so helpful and she also made sure to follow up during the process to check and see if everything went well. I ultimately signed up for a supplemental plan N since my current insurance company had announced by mail that they were no longer going to sell supplemental policies. Boomer Benefits has been a gift from heaven. The plethora of available information is staggering and impossible to decipher. We have worked primarily with Alyssa E, and she has been excellent. Her response time is great. In fact, she helped to make sure we did not forget to enroll in the drug plan for the first time, earlier this week. We received some support help from Dustin A on selecting a drug plan. They specialize in Medicare only and are a broker, so they are non-partisan and paid by the insurance company, not me. Also, if I move from CA to another state, they will help make the appropriate changes in my coverage.

I'll be turning 65 next year and although I did my own research, after speaking with Marisol at Boomer Benefits, I was really impressed with her responsiveness and professionalism. We heard about Boomer Benefits from a retired peace officer neighbor. Since I just turned 65 and am also a financial advisor helping clients near or in retirement, I called to learn more. I was connected with Sydney R who is STELLAR! She is a professional through and through, and very personable and caring in her approach. Sydney helped me find a zero-cost PPO that accepts my physician preferences and current prescriptions but added flexibility and benefits I didn’t have in my HMO. I adopted the PPO online after two calls - one to determine my needs and the other to present Sydney’s findings. It’s going to be a blessing to have help with questions and claims, as my best years are better spent doing things I love most. I’m recommending to everyone I know!

I LOVE Boomer Benefits for multiple reasons. I have been a member for 5 years. Before I became a member I did my homework and got many quotes from insurance companies before I turned 65. I had a huge spreadsheet with all the companies, plans, and cost of each….THEN I found out about Boomer Benefits and they simplified and educated me on the many plans and companies. Medicare is not easy to understand for seniors. Boomer Benefits has MANY tutorials that explain everything you need to know. Another HUGE benefit they offer is the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE they have. I had statements and bills come in that I did not know which to pay. They clarified which to pay and also got me a refund check from my primary care doctor. And the BEST part is BB does not charge for this service. I have recommended BB to family, friends, and neighbors. I want to say a SPECIAL Thank you to my customer service representative Ellery C. My sister is going through serious health issues and Ellery took the time to send me a personal note and card with well wishes. First of all I was inundated by so many cold calls as I approached Medicare eligibility, like everyone else. The decision to contact Boomer Benefits was as a result of friend’s recommendation of this company. From my research of Medicare plans I decided that advantage plans were not what I wanted. I narrowed my focus to either plan g or n. I called Boomer Benefits and was put in touch with Wendy H. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and came up with several choices for me. The entire process took much less time than I expected, and over the next couple days I was contacted by Wendy several times and received updates on the plan I chose as it progressed. Everything, including the plan D I chose went smoothly with the policies I decided on arriving in the mail more quickly than I expected. I want to thank Alexis P for her help and caring follow-up. I was receiving notices that my claims were being denied, but they were coming from an insurance policy that I had not used for many years instead of my current policy. I had talked with the hospital billing department, medicare, and the insurance company but I could not find out why the old policy was getting billed. Needless to say I was getting extremely anxious about the situation. I called Boomer Benefits for help and Alexis had me upload all my paperwork so that she could follow up on it for me. A little later she left me a voice mail that all the claims had been received and paid by my current policy. I stopped worrying about it once I heard that voice mail. A few days later Alexis called me again to make sure that I had received the message she left and to find out if everything was OK. I was so surprised that she actually cared enough to check in on me again. She truly deserves the name “Customer Service.”

My accountant told us about Boomer Benefits. He said let me know if you think they were good.The quality of the information they make available to new enrollees to educate themselves is awesome and very impressive. When I called Tina K became my agent. She answered all of my questions and at the time I was not even signed up on Medicare A or B. After I was enrolled in A and B I called her to get my supplemental insurance. Once again she was very patient and a complete breath of fresh air. As we were wrapping up, my brother in law came out from a back room. I was not aware he had listened to most of our conversation. The customer service industry has been a big part of his life for the last several years. He interjected himself in our conversation and was telling Tina how great she is! I had seen some things on social media from people trying to navigate the medicare signup process and how confusing it was and how Boomer Benefits was so helpful to them. I am always a skeptic about advertising but I actually knew some of the people that were saying how easy Boomer Benefits was to work with and how helpful they were. I wanted to share my experience with Boomer Benefits since I had such a good one. I found them online originally when we were signing up my wife for Medicare. I was looking for a company that had exposure to all Medicare plans and that was highly rated. Boomer Benefits seemed to fit the bill. I have also used them more recently when I signed up for Medicare. They are exactly what I was looking for after trying to traverse the Medicare maze, a one-stop shopping experience. I worked with Darla, who guided me through what information that she needed and then did all of the busy work for both my wife and myself. I would highly recommend Darla and Boomer Benefits to anyone who doesn't want to have to figure out all of the details of Medicare supplements, gap insurance, advantage, etc. If you are interested in all of the details, they are willing to walk you through that as well.

Like a lot of people, I imagine, I was concerned that moving into my Medicare phase would be complicated, I'd have to read a bunch of mumbo jumbo to find the best coverage, and that I would miss something since insurance is a world I have a hard time understanding. A friend recommended Boomer Benefits and I could not have been more pleased. I initially went to their site, watched their video, which clearly laid out all the components of Medicare as well as all the various choices and the implications of one plan over another. I absorbed it all so that when I actually called and got Vanessa, I knew exactly what I wanted. It was so straight-forward and easy. They searched for the best plan in my area and boom, it was over, my application was completed and I got my Medicare cards in the mail. I spoke with Alyssa E several times about my prescription drug plan and had that figured out in no time, for the lowest price you can imagine. So so easy, painless and satisfying. I highly recommend Boomer Benefits and Alyssa E, in particular.
