Boomer Benefits is who I tell everyone they should go to when they are first signing up for Medicare. They are wonderful!!! They do all the work for you when you need to research insurances. They do all the comparisons and then give you the choices best for you, and let you decide which one you want. But the best part of Boomer Benefits is that if you ever have any issues with your insurance at all, especially in the billing dept., they take care of it for you. If you are charged incorrectly from a doctors visit, labs, procedure, etc. and you receive a bill you should not have to pay, they will make the phone calls and get to the bottom of it. Any problems at all, or something you just don't understand, all you need to do is call BB. and they take it from there. They are there for anything you need! And there is no fee for their services. I want to give shout out to Amy E. who just worked with me. My part D plan is not being offered next year, and I needed to find a new one to enroll in. I called BB and Amy worked diligently to help me. After talking to her once on the phone, we started communicating by email, which made it nice for me. I could check it and get back with her at what was the best time for me to do so. She emailed me what I needed to know, and any links I needed. I have a long list of medications, and I did not have to go over them on the phone with her, I just had to email them back. That is very convenient for me. She is great to work with!

Once again it's that dreaded time of the year of trying to figure out if you have the best of the Medicare options out there for you. Mostly I have been satisfied with what I have until this year. My Medicare Part D (the prescription portion) is going up and one of my medications is no longer going to be covered. It just so happens this medication is an expensive one. I called Boomer Benefits (which I am a member) and was connected up with Bree W. She was an absolute SuperStar! Not only did Bree find a much better Part D plan, it was also going to be cheaper than what I was paying this past year. I know I asked her a million questions, bothered her a hundred times and put her to the test over and over again. She never faltered, never lost her cool with me and was always so patient. I commend her highly and would recommend her to anyone that needs help with anything! Found me a better Part D plan and is saving me money. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much, Bree!

I heard about Boomer Benefits from a facebook post 4 years ago, just as I was approaching age 65 and decided to check them out. Medicare is so confusing, but their videos and webinars really helped and I used them to help sign me up. When my wife turned 65 we again turned to Boomer Benefits. This year we worked with Lisa C., a fantastic Client Service professional, to change both of our Part G plans to Humana after Lisa pointed out how much money we could save for the exact same coverage. She handled everything with just a few simple questions. And the service is always completely free!!! Thank you Lisa, and thank you Boomer Benefits.

I had to change plans as my current plan is being canceled in our area. I was feeling anxious about the process but thanks to Calvon T. those anxieties were put to rest. Working with Anthony S. insurance representative of Boomers Benefits was the best decision myself and my husband made,,,, transitioning from employer health insurance benefits to applying to Medicare part B and supplemental health insurance is a very stressful time and working with Anthony made this transition very smooth,,, Anthony is very knowledgeable and truly looks out for his clients that he is representing,,, I’ve always known that when the time came to go through this process that Boomers Benefits was the place to go to and prior to my turn I’ve always told friends to contact Boomers Benefits and will continue to do so and now I have a name to give to any individual needing help and that name is definitely Anthony S.. Boomer Benefits is the best at this game when it comes to advising and matching the right Medicare Advantage plans, especially when trying to navigate all the offered benefits, whether online or by telephone. Anthony S. has just been the best. On my first contact, throughout this frustrating process and, until the very end, he was very professional, pleasant, attentive, caring, patient and very knowledgeable. My husband and I needed to switch our Medicare provider due to a complete lack of support personnel availability, payment of claims and disregard of our pleas for clarification. Our agent’s phone number stopped working mid-year. Enter an ad on Facebook for Boomer Benefits. I am so glad I called and was connected to Zach F.. He is knowledgeable, personable and really believes in Boomer Benefits. He reviewed several plans with us and helped us define what we deemed important. He answered each and every question. When I originally signed up for my Part D drug plan a couple years ago I had already done it through another Medicare adviser and couldn't switch to Boomer Benefits until I changed insurance companies so I was waiting for that to happen and here I am! My current drug plan raised their price significantly for next year so now was my opportunity to consult with Boomer to find me the best/cheapest option available. Plus it offered me a chance to coordinate my Medigap plan and drug plan adviser/consultant needs both with Boomer! Their client service team is very helpful and I wanted to make sure I got that done this time around. I was contacted by Claire H., of their client service team, and she was extremely helpful with ALL the questions I had about changing companies and the recommended new plan cost and benefits, etc. While it appears many insurance company's costs are increasing, the one Claire found for me is actually lower than my current plan. Thank you Claire! She e-mailed me the online sign-up application and walked me through the steps needed to submit my application, all the while answering more questions that I had. Thank you for your knowledge, your helpful assistance and your patience Claire! You are a kind soul!

I had been having problems getting a medicare bill paid due to coding errors on the bill. After practically pulling my hair out of my head I consulted Boomer Benefits and was referred to Ruth O.. Ruth was able to consult with the billing people at my doctor's office which is enormous as he is part of a hospital group and solve my problem. She was professional, knowledgeable, and quite upfront about how long an issue like this can take to be resolved. I am so grateful that I work with Boomer Benefits and particularly Ruth O. to fulfill my Medicare needs. She took a huge burden off my shoulders.

Several years ago, when my husband and I were reaching the stage in our lives to sign up for Medicare, I started getting so much information in the mail and online....it was a little overwhelming. Somehow I heard about Boomer Benefits; and I am so glad that I did! They helped us get signed up with a good Medicare plan, and they were always there to answer any questions that I had. Then about a year later, when my husband and I went out of the country to serve a mission for our church, I disenrolled from Medicare, because we were no longer going to be able to use it. When we returned from our mission, we were able to re-enroll, and once again I turned to Boomer Benefits. This was during covid, and it was very difficult to get the help that I needed from the insurance companies about getting signed back up, but Boomer Benefits were great to work with as an intermediary, and we were able to get reinstated on Medicare, with a good insurance plan. A year ago, we disenrolled again to go back to Africa to serve another mission for a year with our church who provided insurance for us while we were out of the country serving. When we returned this time, there was no hesitation at all about calling Boomer Benefits. Laura G was the representative that I was put in contact with for my state, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She explained things well, and if she need help with something from someone else in her company, she would get it. She also got other people on the line to conference with her and myself to get things settled. She was very good at explaining things to me and to my husband, who is hearing impaired. She didn't try to persuade me in any way, but made sure I understood things, and let me make my own decision...always willing to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend her and Boomer Benefits for help with signing up for Medicare, or if you want to change the company that you have. They have lots of information, and they do not charge for their service. There is still lots of information that you will need to review that Boomer Benefits provides you with,, but you will make your own decision....and it is so much easier with their help.

After being with same health ins company for years, I found myself loosing Medicaid and being faced with choosing a Medicare Advantage plan and was overwhelmed with all the different choices. Melanie K. stepped in and literally made this so much easier inputting all my meds. and several different doctors/specialists and other benefits I needed. She listened to my specific requirements. I didn't feel pressured to choose a specific plan and she thoroughly explained the available plan(s) to fit my needs, even when I threw in a last-minute wrench (forgetting a very important doctor I see frequently). I recommend Boomer Benefits & especially Melanie to anyone facing choosing a supplement or advantage plan.

Recently, after electing to start my Social Security Benefits, I emailed Boomer Benefits a question that my Wife and I had regarding Social Security Survivor Benefits. Kendra responded to my email question within 24 hours. After verifying her facts, she followed up with an accurate and comprehensive answer, complete with hyperlinks in case I wanted to dive into more details. I thought I did all my Medicare research and was ready to sign up. I couldn't have been more wrong. I set up an appointment with Boomer Benefits (it's refreshing to see the term Boomer being used in a POSITIVE light!) and almost canceled. I am sure glad I didn't!! Larry W. walked me through my options, and I ended up going with a plan that was going to cost me HALF of what I initially decided on. He tailored the best set of benefits for my particular situation while saving me SO much money! I HIGHLY recommend setting up a call with Boomer Benefits for every one of my friends and family members before having to make your own Medicare decisions. It's a free service, and Larry even got me signed up with the government in the same phone call. NO ONE makes it easier than Larry West at Boomer Benefits! (and no, I don't work for them or make any money by mentioning them! I am honestly THAT thankful!)

I am a Boomer Benefits client who is starting Medicare on September 1st and I called to discuss my initial supplemental plan monthly premium. My wife has the same supplemental plan but her monthly premium was less than mine and I was curious as to why this may be. I spoke with Harli Johnson and she explained the reasoning and also went above and beyond when she took the time to review both of our supplemental plan policies, as well as run a quote for both a male and female, to verify the premium amount was correct for each of us. Harli also took the time to explain the history of premium increases for the plan we are currently enrolled in and our options if and when we decide to change medigap plans. I appreciated the expertise and professionalism Harli displayed during our conversation.

Chris H. and Miranda C. I am extremely grateful to Chris H. and Miranda C.. When faced with the decision of possibly having to stop taking my osteoporosis medication after 21 months instead of the 24 month prescribed plan, Chris and Miranda came through for me. Chris asked if I wanted help to find a prescription discount and Miranda searched online and found 'The RX Advocates'. After providing their link to me she wrote, "I hope this helps you! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I am happy to help in any way I can."  My medication is very expensive, especially now that I will be on Medicare Plan B & D as of September 1st. The monthly cost is almost $4000, more than my social security benefits.  My application with 'The RX Advocates', was accepted, reducing my monthly cost to $80!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Today I assisted my 84-year-old mom to look at Medicare supplements versus advantage plans as she was contemplating switching plans. I am new to medicare having used employer insurance for my most of my adult life. My wife retired 2 years ago and recommended Boomer Benefits for Medicare plans. Booker made everything easy. I gave Walgreens my new Plan D card last week. Two refills came up this morning for $186 & $155 for generics. I called Shellie A. and she called WellCare while I was on the phone. Walgreens still had Blue Cross as my primary, with Shellie’s help they removed Blue Cross and even called Walgreens so they could fix their records. Shellie A. then called Medicare and Tina at Medicare removed Blue Cross as primary. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

When I first contacted Andrew O. of Boomer Benefits, I thought I was going to be doing something fairly simple: finding the right new Medicare Advantage plan to replace the one I would lose when I moved to another part of my state. But because of certain circumstances, Andrew told me, I was in a unique position. I am very pleased with the assistance I got from Boomer Benefits. Choosing a Medicare plan can be overwhelming, or at least it was for me. Companies don't always make the details of their plans easy to find. Then so many questions come up as you are reviewing the different plans. Rather than calling each of the companies individually, I simply contacted Boomer Benefits. Ben E. talked to me about my insurance needs and budget and had over 100 plans to choose from (Anthem is not one they handle). After getting information from me, he was able to review the plans to determine which ones would cover my doctors and medications as in-network. We ultimately selected a plan which he then went over in detail with me to ensure it would meet my needs. In the end, I felt confident I had been given good information from Boomer Benefits and had the best plan. Ben took care of the final steps, signing me up - it couldn't have been easier. What a relief to have this taken care of, with no stress.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Harli J. for the service provided to me in finding a Physical Therapist and Radiologist Office near my location that excepted my Medicare Plan. Ms. J. Professionalism ,Support, Knowledge, Carry Attitude and Patients with me was greatly appreciated .I was also impressed with Ms. Harli J. follow up call to me the next morning to make sure that my needs were met and if I needed any farther assistance to feel free to contact her office .Thanks to Ms. J., I was able to contact a Physical Therapist and Radiologist Office near my location and make an appointment with both offices . Thank goodness a friend told me about Boomer Benefits! I read the book, 10 Costly Medicare Mistakes You Can’t Afford to Make and learned a lot. I asked my friend more about Boomer Benefits and found out there was no fee for me to use their services. I also attended a local nonprofit that provide general Medicare info. They knew nothing about using a broker like Boomer Benefits, unfortunately! So after doing my research and yet still being a bit apprehensive, I called Boomer Benefits and was immediately connected with Darla F who was licensed in my state. She was incredibly friendly and so knowledgeable. It didn’t take long at all to be set up with my supplemental plan. The information she presented was clear and easy to understand and made my decision easy. I was set up for this plan by the end of the phone call. She also gave me her direct number and email. Then sent me links to help with the drug plan. I had some difficulty navigating this: due to my issue with tech….and so I emailed her. Of course, right after the mail I tired it again and was successful. But I got a phone call from her not long after I sent the email. What service! And with her help, I got the best part D for me. What a relief. I felt as though a weight was lifted from my shoulders after working with Darla! She made the whole process so smooth and easy. After everything was set up, she told me if I ever have any issues with Medicare, to just call the Boomer Benefits main number and I’d be directed to someone who could help. To know that I have this company for support in the future is a great comfort.

I had a very positive experience with Boomer Benefits. I was out of town and had questions on Medicare prior to my first time sign up. An internet search led me to Boomer Benefits. Subsequently I received a follow up phone call. All of my questions were patiently answered. I felt no pressure to proceed with them but set up a follow up phone call. As I was still out of town I decided during the follow up call to make my life easier and just go with them and it couldn't have been easier. They have sent follow up emails outlining the next steps I will need to take. I had done a lot of reading and research prior to I had some background knowledge going in but I believe even if you are just starting out in this complicated Medicare journey you will feel comfortable with them. The you tube videos are a great resource as well and available to all. I gave one 4 star only because I only just signed up and haven't come to the end of the process.

I’m very pleased with service from Boomer Benefits. To start with I received information that was very helpful in choosing a Medicare Advantage Plan. It was not too long before I needed some additional help locating a primary physician or Medical Group. Miranda C contacted me quickly with some options, having already called directly to confirm they were taking clients. I’m happy to say I made a choice of one that was near my home and I was easily registered after sharing my information and taking a physical. I have been using Boomer Benefits since 2015 for Medicare supplements and Part D drug coverage. I would not think of using anyone else and have recommended them to family and friends alike. Most recently, Darius B. helped me find a better price for my supplements. Darius was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He returned my calls promptly and walked me through the whole process in less than 20 minutes. A few months ago, Boomer Benefits helped me switch Plan D drug plan and I went from a $48.00 a month plan to one costing $0.50 a month. That's right, $0.50 a month. Got a $1,800 bill from quest due to coding errors at my physicians office, upon calling the Doctors office they told me that it was already billed and basically relayed that their error was going to be my responsibility. They were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!!! I contacted Boomer Benefits and was put in touch with Ruth O after explaining my dilemma with her and forwarding a couple photos she told me NOT to pay the bill, that she would take care of it and follow up with me. After a couple more Emails to keep me in the loop she contacted me via phone and Email today that she has resolved the issue and my balance was $0. Without the service provided through Boomer Benefits and Ruth’s experience and expertise I can only imagine where this would have gone, since the Doctors office were not going to be responsible for THEIR ERROR!! I was a Senior Account Rep with one of the major business aircraft manufacturers, and I had between 300-500 owner/operators across 18 time zones. Needless to say, I can spot world class customer service from a mile away. That being said, today my wife and I worked with Ms. Ashley S, Senior Retention Specialist, in order to transition to another Medicare Supplement provider. On the first call, Ashley immediately created a positive customer experience and relationship with us. We discussed our needs and within a few minutes, we received her schedule to allow us to fit our availability with hers. She sent background material to my email in a timely manner and upon our second call, she assisted us in filling out our application and she submitted it in 40 minutes from the time we received her call. All the time we were on with her, she was patient with our questions and provided substantive answers in real time and high bandwidth. In all ways, she exceeded our already high expectations. I would most definitely recommend Boomer Benefits and especially Ms. Ashley S (although I have no doubt that all of Boomer Benefits' associates are exceptional, given our past experience.) Well, that was easy--and kinda pleasant if I'm honest. Jacob C. was fast, efficient, data-loaded, and devoid of superlatives and undesired speculation. He was a total businessman and gentleman who freely and without hesitation discussed his stake in the game when I challenged him. He not only delineated his stake from mine, but he also made my interests the priority. Mr. C's ability and willingness to educate is superior. His pace slowed when I needed it to, and increased when it was appropriate. He found alternative ways to explain something I wasn't grasping, and never stopped me in the middle of asking a "dumb" or redundant question. He was not "jealous" with his information, and he provided me with plenty of information I would call "portable"--meaning it was universally applicable no matter what company I used. He was generous of his time and really effective in continuing my education on Medicare and Supplemental coverage providers. He had access to data I did not, and he shared it. Mr. C seemed quite proud of his company's Client Service department and Boomer's commitment to life-time support in the cases of questionable transactions, a need to change or add policies, if additional education is needed, and the like. I hope they live up to the high bar of performance expectation he set for them. Not every online review of Boomers is 5 Stars, but the vast majority of those I found were. The lower star reviews generally were about poor response times or failure of an agent to "click" with a client enough to provide what was needed by them. On at least one site the Boomer response to the reviewer's complaint was specific, informative, and typically also educational, although a couple seemed "self-excusing." I was able to find a few 5-star reviews related to specific problems and the resolutions which the Client Service department either accomplished for the client or guided the client through. My expectations run high--Just as BoomerBenefits quite clearly intended them to be. Mr. C was a real gentleman throughout our calls and multiple email exchanges. I asked him to give his personal opinion or to speculate about a number of things. The invitation to speculate is, in my opinion, often the time when a person's true agenda and persona emerge. In my line of work, I have found it is the time when honesty and education are imperative, and emotiveness should be absent. Jacob hit the bull's eye. He gave appropriate warnings, his observations and--most importantly, he provided data upon which he based his conclusions. Our email exchanges were several and our phone call-hours probably totaled around 2, but the experience made me feel a.) "my gosh, we got a lot done!" and b.) I would welcome chatting with this person just for the heck of it. Overall, my experience with Jacob C. at BoomerBenefits didn't feel like a "Sales Experience," it seemed like a "Friendly Educational and Guidance" experience. Jacob's mother should be proud of him. It sure seems like she raised a good man. You can quote me on any of this. Mike

Before calling Boomers benefit and speaking with Tristan T. my wife and I did a lot of research. We are new to Medicare and Medigap health system and there's a lot of information on social media that can be a bit confusing. I knew we had to speak with someone that wasn't in the business of making money off the customers. I watched the boomers benefit video and saw the positive reviews on the company and decided to make the call. I was LUCKY to get Tristan Turner and he was OUTSTANDING! Tristan took the time, listened to the information I researched and helped me to better understand the different Medigap plans. Tristan was very professional and made it clear he and the company is out for the best interest of their customer. Tristan treated me as if I was a family member. When our conversation was completed he stated to give him a call should I have further questions. Not once we he pushy or was trying to sell me a plan. It's obvious Tristan wanted my wife and I to take our time and be comfortable with our choice. After hanging up the phone and reviewing the information given to me by Tristan, my wife and I called him back within an hour and signed up for a Medigap Plan that fit our needs. I can assure that Tristan is NOT a high pressured sales person. He cares for the customer and will make sure you get the best deal and understand what you're purchasing. I had turned 65 and I wasn't thinking this through, I picked out a Medicare Advantage plan that I thought was right for me, but low and behold, it was cheap with no monthly premiums, BUT it had high co-pays. So I was shopping around because I was told I had a small window of time to switch without penalty. Boomer Benefits happen to come across one of my social media feeds. So I said what the heck, I'll give them a call. I called, got through right away. and was able to understand the Insurance agent who wasn't 10,000 miles away with a foreign accent. I'm sure when I got done asking about this and that etc. She probably went home and had a large cocktail. Anyway, long story short, she let me think about what I wanted to do, and let me weigh my options, NO HIGH SALES PITCH. The next day she was schedule to call @ 9 am and she was 3 mins earlier. We went over a couple of more things, and now I have her as my to go to when needed. THANK YOU BOOMER BENEFITS.

Laura F. came to my rescue! When processing a claim we discovered that Medicare showed my employers insurance plan as the primary policy. Laura made the initial connection viewing the billing statement. She was very professional in speaking with me and supporting me through the process. I signed up with Boomer benefits and was told what amount I needed to pay for my supplemental insurance. I received my package paid my first month by check and gave the information to take out each month after that electronically. about two weeks later, I received a text message stating action required to maintain coverage and update. I was told the first month was actually $412 and after that I would have to pay $192 per month, which was a lot more than what I signed up for, I called boomers and left a message that I need to speak with someone because I was not happy about the change. I received a call from Emily who looked up the phone number on the text. and said this was not one of their workers or anyone they work with ended up I was scammed the text message was not at all from boomers! Emily M told me to call my credit card and report the scammers. Emily is professional kind and has a fantastic personality. Thank you so much for all your help Emily .

Today was yet another reason to be happy with my choice to become a Boom Benefits client. I had an issue with an invoice and took advantage of the Customer Care Team help that is available to Boomer clients. Remember real customer service? You can find it with this team. Malaquia T. quickly assessed that I had a coding error and got to work for me... She knew who to call, what to say, how long to wait for the process to work and follow up along the way! I am new to the murky waters of Medicare. I did a quick google search and found boomerbenefits.com. After reading a bit, they looked very solid. I filled out my information and was shortly contacted by an agent. Ryan L. was FANTASTIC! He guided me through comparing a couple of supplemental plans, and I was able to make an informed decision based on his input. He then walked me through the process of signing up for my plan. Great personal, professional customer service. (Which is exceedingly rare and hard to find these days. They are an amazing company with outstanding customer service for their clients. They go above and beyond to take care of any problems you are having and they really care about their clients. I was having problems with my physician’s billing office trying to say my claim was denied by Medicare and wanted to me pay the full bill. Yet when I went and looked at the claim on my Medicare account it showed it had been processed and the balance I owed was not the full price. So I called Boomer Benefits and got a fantastic and amazing claims specialist Jasmine D. who I spoke with and told her what my problem was. She did a conference call with that company on a Friday and stayed on the phone with me to try to get it straightened out. She then took care of sending them the paperwork they needed said she would call me back on the following Friday with an update of where we were with this issue. She called exactly when she said she would and gave me an update the following Friday. We were waiting for that Billing company to make the adjustment with the paperwork and Medicare claim she sent to them. Then the following Friday as promised she called again and told me it was all corrected and what I owed. She stayed on top of the problem and got it all resolved just as she told me she would. I appreciate all her hard work at getting this corrected because I had tried to do it myself and that billing office wouldn’t listen to me. Everyone I have dealt with at Boomer Benefits are phenomenal. I thank God my husband and I choose this company to do business with. Don’t know what I would have done with Jasmine D, she took excellent care of us. If you want a company that are there for you when you need them Boomer Benefits is the company to go with.

This is my least favorite time of the year, the renewal of my Medicare Supplement health insurance policy. I contacted Boomer Benefits via online request. Within a few hours, Darius B, called me. I asked for his help to determine if there was a more cost effective option for me than what I currently had. He quickly presented an option that would match my current benefits and would save me $35 a month. He sent me, via email, all the documents for my review and filed for the new policy the next business day. Within less than 72 hours, I had a new Medicare Supplement and some money to put back into my pocket. Darius was easy to do business with and very professional. I appreciate his willingness to assist me in picking the correct policy to meet my health needs. If you are new to applying for Medicare health benefits or are facing renewals of current benefits, I woul highly recommend reaching out to Boomer Benefits and their dedicated employees, like Darius B, for guidance with these critical decisions. I just went through a new applicant completion process for MediGap coverage. Stephen A. from Boomer Benefits sent me a list of companies to choose from and their rates (which were all lower than the coverage I had, and for identical coverage). After selecting a company, he handled everything which even included using their knowledge of how to quickly get to and conference on the incumbent company to coordinate cancellation of that policy at the time my new one goes into effect. When my relatives are eligible for Medicare, I would certainly recommend they make Boomer Benefits their first call.

When it's time to go to into the Medicare System, trying to navigate it by yourself is frustrating. I was fortunate to fist speak with Catherine H. to get a better understanding of Medicare in general, but more specifically, helping with the selection of a Medicare Supplemental Plan. With her assistance, I was able to find the best plan for my situation. Finally, I spoke with Veronica E. in regard to understanding and selecting a Prescription Drug plan (Part D). Frank M. I worked with Brian H. recently in helping me review and decide on a Medicare Supplemental (MediGap) policy recently, and it went well. Very well. After verifying my personal info, he offered up 5 companies that offered Plans G and N, the two plans that I was interested in. We discussed the companies in detail, and he answered all my questions. I then made my decision and choose a Plan G from a well-known company. We filled out the application and completed the lengthy underwriting questionaire process without any problem. I received approval the next day, within 24 hours. Brian's assistance was top-notch. He was knowlegeable and patient in answering questions- repeatedly. I really do recommend him and the Boomer Benefits organization as a whole.

I had the pleasure or working with Jasmine B from Boomer Benefits on a billing issue we had between our insurance company and the service provider. After speaking with Jasmine and providing her the bill we received from the provider, Jasmine immediately took ownership and we relentless in her pursuit of resolving this issue. She consistently communicated with us throughout the process providing updates on where the issue was throughout the cycle and kept us appraised. Ultimately, Jasmine reported that the issue was resolved and our entire balance was now $0, a far cry from the bill we received for several hundreds of dollars. So glad I signed up for my Medicare supplement with Boomer Benefits. My coverage started in January yet I got a call from one of my providers who indicated Medicare was declining my claims. I called and the wonderful agent Chasaty A took care of my problem seamlessly and explained the entire process. She stayed on the line while I was connected to Social Security who needed confirmation I no longer had employer coverage. Thanks to her for her caring and efficient service. Just yesterday she followed up with an email confirming that she validated my records have been updated properly. I was a wreck and she calmed me down and resolved my issue seamlessly.
