I was attempting to switch my supplement due to a big premium increase. Emily got on the phone with the company and relayed what I needed to do to clean up the matter. I used Boomer Benefits to select my Medigap supplement. The process was amazingly helpful and I am completely satisfied with the results. But then there is another step to get Part D. I was told I would be contacted closer to my coverage date so that the most current drug list could be included in the analysis. As promised, Wendy H reached out just as promised and walked me thru the process with ease. Again, I couldn't be more pleased with her results and follow up. So glad I found Boomer Benefits (and Wendy) for all the Medicare support.

Asia J at Boomer Benefits contactes me letting me know the Medigap company I use said my bill wasn't paid for the month. She connected me to that company and helped me through every step to find out why the bill was not automatically paid by my bank and helped me resolve everything. Originally saw a YouTube video and after calls to them decided to use them. It doesn't cost anything to use their service and they have been extremely helpful.

Trying to set up Medicare can be very stressful. I called and talked to Darla F. way before starting to enroll to get some information ahead of time. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and stated she would be glad to help when I was ready to enroll. She did not disappoint. She is not only friendly but knew how to take the stress out of the process. She is a true professional and made sure to see that I understood the process. This Medicare stuff is very confusing. Not only does Boomer Benefits help with understanding, their ongoing service is awesome. I worked with Ruth O. regarding a billing issue where a mistake was made. Ruth did all of the investigation for me and stayed on top of it until there was resolution. I am grateful that she was there for me cause I would not have been able to decipher the issue or the cause without her help. Cicely P, she’s very helpful and patient. I was having a hard time getting through Aetna, there was no live representative that you can talked too! They’re selling products so frustrating so I reached out to Cicely we had a 3 way call. She’s following up on this issues with Aetna , card that was mailed has incorrect last name. It was quite a challenge to obtain medicare coverage for a medical bill that I felt Medicare should have covered. I reached out to Boomer Benefits and was put in touch with Jasmine D. I explained the problem and she let me know that she would investigate and get back with me. The issue took several months to resolve, but Jasmine continued to keep me informed of her progress and let me know when I needed to step in and take action. I recently received the check from the specific medical group involved. I know this would have never happened without Jasmine's help. Thanks again!

I haven’t even filed a claim yet and something was messed up in my Medicare account. After an unsuccessful attempt to get it promptly fixed when I called Medicare office, I called Boomer Benefits and Jessica M. had it addressed in less than 15 minutes and even confirmed this week that their records have been corrected. So thankful to Boomer Benefits and to Employees like Jessica for assisting me with kindness and efficiency! Bravo Jessica and thank you so much! I recommend that everyone give them a shot. They are very buttoned up and out the Care back into customer care!

I called Boomer Benefits and spoke with Allison, she was so helpful on going over the different programs for Medicare, which are such daunting when you get that catalogue in the mail, what to choose, Allison made it easy to understand and explained everything in detail. I know I can call them at any time should I have questions in the future. It's a relief that as each renewal year rolls around I can give her a call and know that I'll have my questions answered and the fact that it's at no cost to me.

Malaquia T. was the representative that assisted me with my Dental insurance. Her replies by email were prompt and so very helpful. Processing my application by phone with her was done quickly and efficiently and she was so pleasant. I will continue to have Boomer Benefits help with my insurance needs and questions. My advisor, Jacob, was fantastic to work with. He helped me through the whole process from signing up for Medicare A and B and choosing my supplemental plan. When and if I retire overseas I will work with him again to make any changes needed to my coverages. Super happy that I have great coverage for any health issues that may occur in the future.
