When we moved, we needed to get a new Medicare plan. Boomer Benefits did all the hard work for us. Same thing happened when I suddenly needed a good dental plan. Rachael Wagner walked me through the various options so that I felt really comfortable that I had the coverage I needed for my specific situation. When we finished, I asked if they, by chance, had grief counselors that would take Medicare. (In Texas, I was having a difficult time finding anyone that would take Medicare) The next day, Rachael sent me a list to choose from. She was amazing and I highly recommend Rachael and Boomer Benefits

A young man with Boomers (Andrew L) called me last month just to check to make sure I was still happy with my plan I had purchased about 4 years ago. Thinking it would be very difficult to change I at first said I am good. Several days later I begun to have second thoughts due to a high increase in premiums. I decided to give him a call back. Andrew sir he’d and found a lower priced plan. He was so very patient to help me with the new application and explained every question. Andrew called me back 2 weeks later to tell me I was approved. He then offered to help me cancel my old plan. This morning he called to tell me he was had called to cancel my old plan for me. Andrew and Boomer are the best! So glad I am part of there business.

I would like to thank Garrett for his five star service. If it were possible I would give him a higher rating. I needed some information from my plan G Accendo supplement insurance. I called Accendo twice myself before contacting Boomer Benefits for assistance. I was unsuccessful in getting the information I needed. Garrett was patient and consistent in helping me obtain the information I needed. Garrett followed up with me over a two week period making sure I got the information I needed and was willing to assist me with constant follow up contact regarding solving the issue. About a year and a half ago, when my wife and I turned 65, we found Boomer Benefits very helpful in sifting through all the various info to select a plan that was right for us. Jacob C was the agent who walked us through this process. Since then I have appreciated their assistance in filing reimbursement claims with our Qualcare/ Aetna insurance. I have had occasion to use this service several times with regard to dental work My wife and I have done. Alexis P has been the agent who has been very helpful in these situations, filing the paperwork for us with the insurance company. It has simplified the process and we generally get our reimbursement checks in a more timely manner than what is posted on the insurance web site. Kudos to Boomer Benefits and agent Alexis P .

Andrew M from Boomer Benefits is amazing! He was very knowledgeable about medigap plans. It is difficult to know which company's plan to pick since they technically offer the same things. He was able to share information about historical rate increases, customer service and ratings. I spoke to a couple other Medicare brokers and they did not share that information which made it difficult to choose a plan. Andrew helped us sign up and was responsive when we had questions. We also like that Boomer Benefits has a customer service department that helps you if you have issues in the future. They also assisted us in picking a part D plan. Highly recommend!
