I had a claims issue that I need Boomer Benefits help with. Jozzlynn A was the Client Service Team Reprsentative who assisted me, and she made my pursuing a refund so much easier. I gave her all the details of my situation, and she took it from there and put effort into looking into the matter further. As it turned out, she solved my dilemma and I ended up getting the money back for me from a clinic that charged me erroneously. Last year I was notified that Medicare wouldn’t cover a complete blood cell count that my doctor ordered. I contacted Boomer Benefits for help. Michele S worked with me from 09/24/24 - 05/12 /24 to get resolution. I owe no money to Pathology Laboratory, inc., as a result of her tireless efforts!
