Boomer Benefits is an awesome company! I am so pleased to tell friends of the way Boomers has helped us over the last 5 years - from the very beginning of getting lined up with Medicare and how all of it works. I have complete confidence that they can help me when I have questions. This year has been a biggie for us - the changes in Part D have been a bit scary and the company we have used for several years was going to hit us hard because of the expensive drugs my husband is on for diabetes. I had a great experience working with Ryan L. he was beyond helpful, courteous, making me feel welcome and guiding me through the media of confusing issues with Medicare. By the end of our talk, he had proven to be knowledgeable, concerned about me as a client, and he was very personable. Qualities I look for a person who’s going to be helping me figure something out. I’m so often one goes to a company and the people there arecondescending or clearly just don’t care. I highly recommend this company because because clearly they train their employees really really well. Each representative has been patient and kind but this year in particular Elissa W went above and beyond! She helped me understand the difference between supplemental and advantage Medicare coverage and set me up with the right person to give me the information on advantage plans.
