I am at Boomer benefits currently for one reason. That reason is Juliette Templeton. Even though Boomer was not an agent with my part D insurance the last couple of years, Juliette jumped in to help me anyway. Helping me with medication not covered on a formulary and getting me alternatives. Including cheapest locations to buy from, coupons, GoodRX options, etc.. I have recommended Boomer to a number of people. Even my doctor and his nurse signed up with Boomer based on my recommendation. My wife will be signing up next year with Boomer.

This year, Jozzlynn provided very helpful advice on Medicare Part D plans, even talking to me about a less expensive option on Medicare.gov. There is no additional cost to enroll via Boomer Benefits, as compared to Medicare.gov, and Boomer Benefits assists with any future questions or problems with a medical bill for any coverage purchased through them. It's a wonderful service!

Navigating Medicare Part B and D process for the first time is a very daunting, complex process. Soooo many questions. I contacted Boomer Benefits to change my part D plan. I was put in touch with Bree W who was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my plan changed. She was prompt in contacting me originally and when I had questions. I have been with Boomer since 2021 and did need their assistance in the past so I wanted a part d plan through them. She found one for less money in premiums than my original plan so my monthly price dropped from $40 to $ 16.50.

We got news from our provider that our current advantage plan (that seemed near perfect) would no longer be available in 2025. I reached out to my insurance agent that had helped us with that plan but didn’t seem to have time to help this year. I am so happy we decided to use Boomer Benefits. Anthony discussed all of our options with us and after considering what we thought would be right for us, got us signed up for a new advantage plan. Initially I had a couple good size problems with the first and second representatives. I was given wrong information and wrong directions which caused a big problem. Fortunately I was put in touch with Laura and her boss Kendra. They both worked diligently to correct the mistakes of their coworkers. Everything is in order now. Thanks ladies! Bill

After researching Medicare insurance plans and information, I decided to contact Boomer Benefits because of their excellent customer service reviews and I'm glad I did. Jacob C. helped my husband and I through the info and process step by step. He explained all the details and the confusion that may come with choosing insurance. They will go to bat for you if there is ever a question about your bills or questions about drugs and costs. This year we made a change in our drug plan. When my Part D Prescription Drug Plan was discontinued this fall (2024) I put myself in the queue for a callback from Boomer Benefits. Within a few days my original agent, Ashley G., returned my call. Original agent. That means she still works at Boomer 2 1/2 years later - amazing. She had already worked out a great alternative for me and knew the answers to all of my questions on the spot. An impressive company and an impressive agent.

They have always been helpful. Today I spoke to Ashley about choosing a new part D option for 2025. Veronica E. has been such a big help in helping us to choose a Part D drug prescription plan. She patiently explains everything so well and is prompt in answering our questions and concerns. She set up a call to help us to prove that Bruce was covered under my Employers insurance/prescription coverage in order to ensure that she and the team an follow through to make sure that this issue is resolved so that he does not have to pay a penalty.
