Boomer Benefits helped me find a new supplemental plan for medicare the first of the year and has been very helpful as I navigate the new plan with help with prescriptions and health. I recently had a procedure done and the billing seemed wrong to me and I contacted Boomer Benefits as now that I am a client they will help mitigate any problems with billing. Jasmine D assisted me with the problem and settled the claim that saved me about $400. Awesome customer service and all for no cost to the customer. I highly recommend them as you look for assistance with Medicare related issues.

Dealing with Medicare monthly EOB is cumbersome enough, but when you see a charge for regular lab work ‘denied’ after years of approval and no additional explanation, it’s best to reach out to Boomer agents for guidance / explanation /assistance. Ruth Oekerman explained the process to contest a charge, the time it would take to hear back from Medicare and promptly notified me once the charge was resolved. Arick D helped me resolve my problem getting a lab test recoded by the doctor's office. Although it took some time for the doctor's office to get it resolved, Arick stayed on the job, checking in and communicating with me.
I have used Boomer Benefits to help with other similar issues with insurance providers and medical providers. I know I can rely on Boomer Benefits to help me in the future.

Hi Just wanted to share my experience(s) that I've had with Arick D recently.
I was sent bills from 2 providers and I was sure that I didn't owe what the bills were stating that I owed, but it's not a good practice to just ignore statements received so I decided to reach out to Boomer benefits requesting some assistance. My paperwork was forwarded to Arick D to assist me and he sent a follow up email to inform that he would be reaching out to the providers and get back to me within 30 days.
Well It was about 2 weeks I heard back and the bills were resolved and it was determined that I owed ZERO on both of the statements. So I was very glad to hear the news and Thanked Arick for his due diligence on my behalf. I have always had great outcomes with Boomer Benefits and am MORE then HAPPY to be a valued customer!

Boomer Benefits has surpassed any expectations I had about a Medicare plan. They have guided me through the process, kept in contact about any issues and provided me with a plan that has suited me very well. Because I retired early to care for my mother, Medicare began automatically. Since I wasn't haven't any medical problems I just assumed everything was fine. After 4 years I discovered that IF you do not enroll in Medicare Part D, you will be fined every month for the rest of your life. When I switched to a Medicare Advantage plan through Boomer Benefits Social Security didn't deduct my fees for Part D for the first 5 months. Stephanie Aycock kept on top of the situation and in contact with me to make sure I didn't occur any extra fees. Social Security finally sent notice that they would deduct the fees and even after they did Stephanie still contacted me to let me know what was going on. She and Boomer Benefits are worth the little bit of time it takes to look into your insurance needs. Thanks, Larry West and Stephanie Aycock!

i am going to tell you, i do not think anyone else could keep up with their commitment to help you through medical part b, supplemental insurance that works for your budget and health arrangement, and figure out a drug plan that is very suitable. i want to give a big shout out to Barbara, Jabril, and Laura and the others that led me to these people that helped me along. i am not the smartest person around, i did not always understand every thing at once. but i kept calling to clarify things and they would help answer any and all questions, even calling the insurance companies while i am on the line to help get the correct answers to my questions. to me that is outstanding dedication. wolf

When I turned 65 I was inundated with hard-copy SPAM for healthcare options, it was confusing & infuriating. I found the company Boomer Benefits & lucked out finding an employee who was very well trained & a nice guy on top of it. Ryan asked good questions, then took a day to narrow down the choices based on my life & needs.
Then in our second meeting he gave me a couple of choices, & after I chose the one that sounded right he walked me through the whole policy, step by step, answering all my questions. I had forgotten some details during my first call with him & he plugged in all my data & made me feel confident in my choice (I actually am getting a slight reduction in my Medicare monthly premiums! Medicare is NOT free! I was shocked when I found that out!!). When it's your turn to figure out how to navigate the nightmare that Medicare is you need to call Ryan!

Highly Recommend Cicely P at Boomer Benefits– A Lifesaver in Navigating Medicare Fraud
We are incredibly grateful to Cicely P for her exceptional support in resolving a Medicare fraud issue involving a supplier who changed my husband’s Medicare health plan without his consent.
From the moment we contacted Cicely, she took immediate action, guiding us through the complex process of disputing the fraudulent change. She contacted the provider directly to explain that the change of plans was never authorized by him. This took several hours on the phone being passed from one department to another to explain multiple times that a person from Aetna illegally had changed the plans. They promised to review the case and that they would resolve the problem within a week.
Since Aetna did not act accordly with their promises, Cicely called directly Medicare and after hours of explanation, questioning, etc, Cicely managed to convince Medicare that since Aetna committed fraud and was not helping with restarting the original plan, Medicare should take responsibility and change back to the original plan. She ensured that all necessary documentation was submitted and followed up diligently until the issue was resolved.

We had a lot of problems getting signed up for medicare, after 6 months and not getting any closer, my brother recommended Boomer Benefits. They were extremly helpful and had us covered in no time. Sinse then we have utilzed their services for any medical billing issues. We were assigned Ruth O to help us and she has been a tremendous helping resolve eroneous bills and billing errors, making it a hands free effort on our part; upload the bill and Ruth took care of the rest, apprising us of the progress without our needing to ask. I am a writer and even I do not have enough descriptive and complimentary words to describe how great Boomer Benefits is. I have used them for a few months now for a variety of issues and challenges I have had transferring from Kaiser P in California to traditional Medicare.
To a person, the staff is excessively informed, well-trained, kind, patient and most important to me as someone over 65, I never felt that I was being patronized.
I must give a LOUD shout out to the representative I have been working with...Cicely P. She worked with my on a gnarly invoice I wasn't supposed to have received & with her guidance, it went from $750.00 to $00.00. She really made an effort to work WITH me and I felt that we were a team navigating Medicare together. She involved me in every decision, was my advocate when I needed one & I don't think I could've managed it without her. She was lovely to work with, either knew most of the the answers to my questions or (& this is very important) knew whom to ask. I have been singing her praises to anyone who will listen & recommending Boomer Benefits to all my friends with Medicare. To say I am a happy customer is an understatement. I wish every company would rise to the standard of Boomer Benefits. Thank you Cicely for single-handedly keeping my blood pressure down. You're absolutely the BEST.

When it was time to switch to Medicare my wife and myself contacted Boomers Benefits the agent in Fort Worth TX Amanda R was very helpful, knowledgeable, followed up with us until we were ready to switch. Educated us about the best option for our situation and responded promptly when we had additional questions and concerns . We really recommend Boomers Benefits .

I have been dealing with Boomer Benefits for 18 months now. I recently had an issue with a charge from the physician's office. I contacted them and Michele S. responded. She took care of contacting the presciber seeking clarification for the charge. When I wasn't satisfied with their explanantion she contacted Medicare and filed an appeal on their denial of payment.She took care of all of the paperwork and followed up to see what the outcome was. I can't sing high enough praises for Michele S. or Boomer Benefits!

The client services division is wonderful! Haley Stroud helped me today, and within minutes I got the information I needed on a denied insurance claim from Aetna. Before I thought to call Boomer Benefits, I spent 45 minutes trying to get answers to a simple question from Aetna. I was transferred and put on hold 3 times, and then the worker did not understand what I was saying. I am so glad I thought to call Boomer Benefits. The total transaction with them took about 5 minutes!

I’m so glad that I chose to use Boomers when it was time to choose a Medicare provider. They have saved me so much time as far as finding not just a great plan but I also took their advice on a new doctor and a surgeon for a knee and hip replacement. I have been dealing with America V, she has been so helpful. Her response time is incredible and her recommendations have been spot on. For anyone that does not know how to navigate the Medicare system I highly suggest you get ahold of America at Boomers.

LabCorp billed me for $300 for blood test which I believed should have been covered by Medicare. Boomer Benefits provides a free service to help their clients with issues like this so I contacted them and their representative, Alexis, resolved the issue for me so that Medicare paid for the test! What a relief! Thank you Alexis and Boomer Benefits!
