Michele S did an awesome job finding out that the bills we received were an error within the practice and I didn't owe amount stated. This was done with great care and understanding. She kept us informed of her progress. Exceptional, as always with Boomer Benefits.

We needed some help understanding our Medicare part D and Kendra G went above and beyond explaining where to look and how to change the medication to the proper one which greatly lowered the cost. I've been a customer of Boomer Benefits for about 3-1/2 years. Recently, Ashley Stout from Boomer Benefits helped me apply for a lower cost Medigap policy (Plan G); I was approved within a week, allowing me to save $50 per month with the same coverage as the previous insurance company. She walked me through the process to apply, and I'm extremely satisfied with how she communicated promptly to all my questions. Rachael Wagner from Boomer Benefits was an incredible help in assisting me with choosing a Medicare Advantage Plan PPO. she is very knowledgeable about different programs. She is also the most patient assistant. She helped me from start to finish. I could not have had the great results I had without her. I was considering a plan that was available only in my home state. It was a lot like the one Rachael came up with. I went with the plan through Boomer Benefits because of the care I received from Rachael. She is a credit to the company.

Do not hesitate to call Boomer Benefits. Their service is fantastic. I have talked to a few companies over the years, and they are by far the best. I talked to Rebekah Ayala today about changing my supplement policy. She was a delight to talk to, and very knowledgeable. To top it off she saved me $200 a month. I went on Medicare a little over a year ago. Two weeks later, I went to the ER with a back injury. The bill from the provider that saw me was rejected by Medicare. Amy E. worked tirelessly on this for almost a full year before finally getting resolution! She was excellent about keeping me informed along the way. I can't even begin to express how wonderful Boomers Benefits is! I was very, very nervous about signing up for a Supplemental plan, Coverage B and Coverage D. Bill Warren was very helpful on the Supplemental plan placement and it was super easy to apply thru him. As far as the Coverage D, Claire H. walked me thru the providers/premiums they could supply and then helped me get a BETTER plan/deal on the Medicare website itself. She actually stayed on the phone with me as I navigated the medical D questions and application!!

Sarah Kijnitchee Has helped both my husband and myself get sorted with Medicare. Last year for my husband I need a lot of education and questions answered. Sarah spent a lot of time with me, and this year I was able to confidentially understand what I needed personally. She is quick with email responses, on time for calls, and very pleasant to work with.

We had a problem with a bill from an appointment at Essentia Health. We reached out to Ruth Oekerman for help to resolve it. Ruth looked into the matter which turned out to be a coding error. It was corrected and resolved quickly. Ruth was so nice, friendly and courteous. We were so happy with the speed in which this was taken care of. We would recommend Ruth Oekerman to everyone. Another great experience with Boomer Benefits. Ashley Stout found a better rate for me, guided me through the application process and followed up to help me cancel my more expensive policy with another carrier. Ashley was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough as she helped me navigate what can be a daunting process each year. This is not my first experience with Boomer Benefits although it was my first time working with Ashley. Ashley's approach to customer service and knowledge of her craft ensure I will remain a satisfied and loyal customer.

I found Boomer Benefits through a sponsored social media ad, and that ad showed that they had information on a plan about which I was interested in learning more. The ad showed an agent by the name of Bailey G, and so we made contact. Poor Bailey, for some reason his call - repeated attempts - went directly to my voice mail. He didn't give up, and through email communication, we were finally able to connect by phone. Within an hour, Bailey had talked me through the different types of Medicare plans beyond plans A and B, and find me a plan similar to the one I already had but with many savings benefits from my current plan. Success! Bailey knew the answer to every one of my questions and offered enough knowledge to make me feel confident in the plan I ended up selecting. He has a great knowledge of the products they offer, and we had a charming friendly chat. I will be recommending Boomer Benefits for anyone looking for an awesome company with which to work.

I have been a client of BB since 2019. In the years since, I only called about escalating rates and plan changes once. However, today...I received a call back from Barbara R to discuss my options during open enrollment. Too my surprise and with the knowledge of Barbara, I find that Wyoming has recently enacted the "birthday rule" allowing medicare clients the ability to change supplement plans without passing underwriting. Game changer!! Barbara's knowledge of this newly enacted legislation in Wyoming has cut my premiums in half. Great job! Just another reason to stay a client of Boomer Benefits.

I never realized how much work is involved once you become “seasoned”. I am reviewing medical plans during the current switch enrollment period and after speaking with a friend of mine, I took her advice and contacted Boomer Benefits. Larry W of Boomer Benefits reached out and scheduled a one on one phone meeting to discuss options. Larry is extremely knowledgeable and took significant weight off my shoulders as he took down some information for me and clearly explained the various plans that best fit my individual situation. Best of all, I have a clear understanding between supplement versus advantage plans. With that, we came to a conclusion and I now feel thoroughly comfortable as I have selected a plan that will provide me with better coverage. I now know that should I incur a significant medical emergency, my family will be pleased to know that my medical coverage is prime and should I have any issues or concerns with coverage, Boomer Benefits will represent me in dealing with such claims So you might be thinking there’s a catch… HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST? Boomer Benefits doesn’t take any monies from its clients. It only serves clients and receives payment through the insurance plans. Imagine that! It only takes some of your valuable time to receive such valuable information at no monetary cost to you. Contact Boomer Benefits ASAP!

Kevin was a fantastic guide to the complicated world of Medicare. His superior knowledge of Medicare, its coverage and its gaps was the best of all the contacts I have reached out to yet. After all the brilliant explanation of plan types, complete with detailed nuances between plan types, Kevin expertly guided us to the right decision for both my husband and I.
