Best decision I made going with Boomer Benefits. I’ve had only positive experiences. My latest was for a Medicare charge from 2 years ago that was erroneous and Michele Sanders worked tirelessly for months to get it taken care of with several conference calls with both Medicare and the medical billing company. She was professional, knowledgeable and didn’t give up until the results were satisfactory. She is the gold standard for customer service practices. Thank you!

Today I worked with Cicely of Boomer Benefits to better understand the Part D drug screens that I was seeing as options (when logged into my Medicare account.) While she could not make suggestions, as Drug plan choices are not covered/sold any longer by Agents like Boomer Benefits. Cicely was so helpful in answering the questions that I asked, so I had no confusion about what I was seeing and evaluating. She spent a lot of time with me, and was so patient. In the end, I made my choice of Drug Plan, and felt good about my choice!

I used Boomer Benefits to help me get set up with Medicare and all went very smoothly except my Part D plan kept denying my claims. My rep, Garrett Keahey, went above and beyond to figure out the issue and worked with WellCare to fix the problem. It seems WellCare wasn’t listed as my primary provider. Not only did he liaison with the provider he reached out to me several times to make sure WellCare had corrected the problem. He was awesome! It was so much easier having him represent me instead of trying to deal with Medicare on my own. I recommend Boomer Benefits to anyone starting down the Medicare path.

All of the choices and options for supplemental and Advantage plans were confusing and overwhelming. Someone suggested we call Boomer Benefits. Zach was so efficient and effective at helping us find the right plans for us, and walking us through the process. Then, for whatever reason, the insurance company originally denied coverage for a needed medical treatment. I called Boomer Benefits Customer Care department, and Vivian walked me through appealing this denial, making the call with me, staying on the line with me (2 hours on the phone, talked to 3 different insurance people), and asking questions that wouldn't have even occurred to me. Thanks to Vivian, the appeal was expedited and prioritized, and the needed treatment has now been approved and scheduled. It's not an exaggeration to say that Vivian's assistance in this has literally helped to save a life! Thank you, Vivian and Zach, with all our hearts!

We contacted Boomer Benefits 7 years ago to get help signing up for Medicare. They have been great to work with. Their professionals are informed, very knowledgeable, always timely with any response(s) and their communication skills are outstanding. They have helped both me and my husband find the right Medigap policies that fit our needs, have assisted our changing of policies and have recently given immeasurable help dealing with a billing issue with Medicare. One of us was billed for services that should be covered by Medicare and after our getting the run around from the provider, the insurance office and the lab charging us for the blood work, I remembered handling issues was part of Boomer Benefits benefits. When we contacted Boomer Benefits we were assigned a customer care professional, Ruth Oekerman who has provided excellent service and resolution. Even when a problem showed up on the Medicare portal that was inhibiting the processing of claims, she investigated it. She kept in constant communication via email and phone calls to inform of us progress on the issue. It was such a relief for her to handle the whole thing. That kind of service is priceless! We are so glad we chose Boomer Benefits. We recommend them to everyone.

I've used Boomer Benefits at least three times throughout the past seven years. They initially helped me navigate and understand Medicare options and choose Plan G, which turned out to perfectly meet my requirements. When premiums rose after a couple of years, they compared Plans G and D at various insurance companies and were able to lower my costs. This year, Claire H. compared and discussed costs with me. She even applied to a new insurance company, informed me when I was accepted, enrolled me in the new company and cancelled my previous policy. Everything was completed in two days and I was SO grateful for her help. I shared Boomer Benefit's contact information with my friends on social media because their methods sure beat gathering all of that information on your own. I am beyond grateful for Boomer Benefits. I consider myself slightly intelligent with life. When it came to Medicare it was overwhelming with so much to look at and to make the right decision at the right time. A mistake can be costly and regrettable. I had an issue with a claim where the insurance company initially wasn’t going to cover something that was really important for my health. Ruth O. stepped in and helped me work through it. She was professional, persistent, and kept me updated along the way. What I appreciated most was that she didn’t give up on the issue and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. I’m very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend Boomer Benefits—especially Ruth.

I really appreciate the follow up that I think his name was Daniel gave me. He continued to keep his end of the bargain by calling me. He went step-by-step on what was available to me and pick the best company in my service area. Thank you Bowmer for your help even though I am a Case Manager by profession he was able to break down that I was able to keep my same position. He gave me the best options for the plan and because I travel a lot the plan is nationwide. Thank you again.

I had a claim that Medicare and my plan G didn’t pay. I contacted Boomer Benefits and spoke with Mia L. She had me send her copies and did some research for me. As it turned out, I will owe this but I really appreciated her expertise and quick reply. I strongly recommend anyone looking for supplemental insurance or has questions, contact Boomer Benefits.

With a narrow window to move from Medicare Advantage and a positive experience with Boomer Benefits last year, I reached out to them again. Everyone responded quickly and professionally and Juliette T. worked with me to get me on the better solution for my needs. What truly took it to 5 stars was when Juliette called me today to let me that she had confirmed that my Medicare solution has been activated and is ready for use. What a blessing and a relief. The overall best company to help you navigate a somewhat difficult decision on insurance. I had the pleasure to have worked with Barbara Rangel who was very knowledgeable and helpful with this task of finding the best fit for me. I’m new to Medicare and the Advantage Plan I have along with it. I was having a billing problem and was getting no response from my provider or the healthcare company. Long story short Malaquia Brown from Boomer Benefits guided me through the issue and contacted the provider. I was eventually provided a reimbursement. I have called several times for assistance and have ALWAYS received 5 star treatment! So very helpful in every way! I highly recommend!! Laura Munn has been so helpful... she knows I don't have a printer so she mails me what i need to get claims started! She has also helped in answering any questions i have ever had and always gets back with me to let me know how things are progressing!
