I had forgotten that the bill was still outstanding when she called me this afternoon. About a year and a half ago, when my wife and I turned 65, we found Boomer Benefits very helpful in sifting through all the various info to select a plan that was right for us. Jacob C was the agent who walked us through this process. Since then I have appreciated their assistance in filing reimbursement claims with our Qualcare/ Aetna insurance. I have had occasion to use this service several times with regard to dental work My wife and I have done. Alexis P has been the agent who has been very helpful in these situations, filing the paperwork for us with the insurance company. It has simplified the process and we generally get our reimbursement checks in a more timely manner than what is posted on the insurance web site. Kudos to Boomer Benefits and agent Alexis P .

Andrew M from Boomer Benefits is amazing! He was very knowledgeable about medigap plans. It is difficult to know which company's plan to pick since they technically offer the same things. He was able to share information about historical rate increases, customer service and ratings. I spoke to a couple other Medicare brokers and they did not share that information which made it difficult to choose a plan. Andrew helped us sign up and was responsive when we had questions. We also like that Boomer Benefits has a customer service department that helps you if you have issues in the future. They also assisted us in picking a part D plan. Highly recommend!

I simply can not recommend this organization enough. Every single time I have an issue with MediCare or other insurance companies, they step up and get thing resolved on my behalf. Most recently, their representative, Ruth O, assisted me with a $5,250 dollar billing that was incorrect. I reached and she immediately responded. She updated me on the progress every inch of the way until it was resolved. There are not many company that can execute this level of customer service and support. This is truly a "best-of-breed" company with friendly, professional staff.

Three years ago I contacted Boomer to help me select a Supplemental Medicare Plan. They were great. Then my husband died in January 2025 and immediately United Health raised my premium! Then if that wasn't enough they sent me a letter indicating that they were raising my premium to a ridiculous amount starting June 2025 even though I hardly ever used it. I contacted Boomer and spoke with Ashley S who was amazing! She listened to me and immediately recommended Humana. We filled out the Humana Questionnaire and Ashley took it from there. Within about 2 weeks I heard from Humana that they accepted me. Ashley called Humana with me on the phone and she also contacted United Health with me on the phone. She was diligent, hands-on and reliable. I told her I will be contacting her in October when the drug plan can be changed because I am not using Aetna.

Talk about customer service! I had sent an email to my agent, they sent an email back saying a rep will be reaching out within the next 24-48 hours. Not even 30 mins later, it’s Boomer Benefits! Natalie was so friendly, she listened to what I had going on, and then took it under her wing for us to get our late enrollment penalty resolved right then and there. I couldn’t have asked for a better client service member to stand up for us. I will forever be thankful for her and boomers!!!

This company amazes me. I got a phone call from one of they Representative, Vivian N and she pointed out that I forgot to update my Insurance Information. She stayed with me on the phone and explained to the Insurance Company about my changes I needed to make. It was resolved in a breeze. I feel they watch over me that I had the best insurnce coverage. In my quest to understand Medicare, I read the book: "10 Costly Medicare Mistakes" by Danielle K. R.. It was extremely helpful and explained the various parts of Medicare and the timing of when to sign up in a way that is easy to understand. The book provided many helpful links to websites and in particular, Boomer Benefits and they provide a free service to help individuals sign up for Medicare and supplement plans. I reached out to Boomer Benefits, and was connected to Billy W. He's been awesome! His calm and peaceful demeanor has been reassuring. Not once did he pressure me to hurry and sign up (like others from different agencies have). He is very knowledgeable about Medicare and the supplement plans. I've appreciated how responsive he's been to any questions and emails I've sent. It's been a huge comfort for me to have someone I can reach out to at any time with questions or concerns - even after I officially have Medicare.

This morning I had an eye appointment. The provider said my medicare supplement plan did not cover the eye exam. However, according to my BCBS plan G, I do have one routine eye exam per year. I contacted Boomer Benefits as was connected with Risheena White in client services. Ms White immediately contacted BCBS and was told that, yes, my plan does include as an added benefit, one routine eye exam each calendar year. Although the provider still refused to help me, Ms White stayed on the line with me until I got back to my vehicle and did her best to cheer me up, as she could tell I was clearly frustrated. "Don't let it ruin your day," she said. Somehow, in that moment, that was just what I needed to hear. For me, Boomer Benefits, and more specifically, Risheena White, know what customer service is all about and I am so appreciative!

I started using Boomer Benefits when I retired in March of. 2020. I’ve received exceptional service by every employee I’ve had the pleasure to work with. When I called to review my Medicare Supplement plan for this year I was greeted by Cicely P. She was so kind and professional. She reviewed some options that would fit in with my current income. The plan she recommended saved me over $35.00 per month. She made the transition from one provider to the new one extremely. seamless. Cicely assisted me with completing the new application and explained in detail the next steps. Once the application was approved by the new provider she got my prior one on the phone to finalize the cancellation. I’m thrilled with the excellent customer service that I received from Cicely. Her caring kindness was extraordinary and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

We needed to change our Medicare Advantage plan because we were at risk of having our excellent health care provider (a teaching hospital) declared out of network due to a contract dispute with our insurance (Medicare Advantage) provider. Boomer Benefits agent Darla F walked us thru the alternatives, found a better policy with different company, and set up the changeover. Throughout the 2-3 days working on this telephone conversations were to-the-point and easily understood, and our email follow-up email questions were answered quickly and clearly. Well done!
