Stay away from Liberty Home Guard — they’re a rip-off. I filed a claim on September 8, 2025, to have my refrigerator repaired, and as of October 29, 2025, it still hasn’t been fixed. I eventually had to hire my own technician, which cost me $575. Liberty Home Guard only agreed to reimburse $149, and they also charged a nonrefundable $125 claim fee. Claim number: RF-20849518**

My water tank went out and all they want to pay is $175 of the $2250 they said it will coast to fixed it. When I purchased this warranty they told me if any of my appliances were to go out they would replace it but thats a lie!!!
