Upon diagnosing the issue, the technician informed us that a replacement water heater would be necessary. To our surprise, just three days later, he returned with the new water heater in tow. When I told her what my issue with my garbage disposal was, she knew right away that it had to be replaced and 3 days later, without even sending a technician to look at the problem Liberty fully replaced my garbage disposal.
