When I told her what my issue with my garbage disposal was, she knew right away that it had to be replaced and 3 days later, without even sending a technician to look at the problem Liberty fully replaced my garbage disposal.

Repairs went relatively quickly, and what surprised me the most is that the technician knew a work around for a part replacement which was discontinued. Really impressed.

I was initially skeptical about the home warranty product as a whole; however, we used our warranty twice within two months after purchasing our home and have had a very positive experience both times. One claim was for plumbing and the other was for 2 AC compressors that needed to be replaced. Both times the process was stress-free.

Technically the leak fell outside the lines of coverage but Jonathan responded promptly, made an exception and was very courteous on the phone.
