I have had a good experience with Liberty Home Guard. I’ve used my policy with them several times since I purchased a new home. Rachel from Liberty’s customer service was wonderful and the repair people that have been at my house to fix my broken items have been high quality. So far I’m glad I went with Liberty.

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue thoroughly. I am waiting on Liberty now for next steps. We need a replacement unit and I hope they don’t give us a hard time. If they do I will be updating this review to reflect as such. Thanks.

It’s been really nice to have Liberty Home Guard’s coverage. They’ve done such a good job on my claims that I’m generally less anxious about things in my home braking. Whenever anything in my house gives me an issue, I log in to my account and file the claim and Liberty takes care of the rest.

The repairman called 1 hour before arriving and showed up on time. I also got an automated text message from their system notifying me when they’d be arriving. He fixed my oven during that first visit as well. I’m quite happy with their level of communication and coverage so far.

They were able to get a replacement microwave over to my house in faster time than my previous home warranty company (American Home Shield) was able to get a technician to arrive and diagnose an issue. If you are getting a home warranty, you absolutely should go with Liberty Home Guard.

I was initially skeptical about the home warranty product as a whole; however, we used our warranty twice within two months after purchasing our home and have had a very positive experience both times. One claim was for plumbing and the other was for 2 AC compressors that needed to be replaced. Both times the process was stress-free.

Technically the leak fell outside the lines of coverage but Jonathan responded promptly, made an exception and was very courteous on the phone. He sent me a great technician who repaired everything within 72 hours.

I chose a Liberty Home Guard residential warranty on a former home that I lived in. The premium was reasonably priced and the customer service was excellent. I had to file a claim a couple of times and each time I did the adjustment was fair saving me money on the repairs. The Liberty Home Guard warranty gave peace of mind and good value for the expense.

When I requested cancellation of my 5-year PREPAID warranty with Liberty Home Guard, they imposed an "Administrative fee" of $355, thus reducing the amount owed from $1,047. to $642. Lesson Learned....Don't pre-pay your warranty. If I had signed-up for monthly payments instead, they would not have had the opportunity to deduct from what is owed. Yes, the policy does refer to a cancellation fee of $50 and an Administrative fee, but the Administrative fee is not articulated, so it leaves the matter open for a "money grab."

My water tank went out and all they want to pay is $175 of the $2250 they said it will coast to fixed it. When I purchased this warranty they told me if any of my appliances were to go out they would replace it but thats a lie!!!
