I was satisfied with it. My central heat went out and I called them and they sent a technician out probably within two days. The technician ordered the part and then came back and put it on. But it took three or four days to get the part.

The contractors that they have, most of them not all, most of them are very poor. If you look up the individual contractors, they get very poor ratings. So that's my main complaint.

The first time I had a little issue the with the company saying I didn't pay them they're $75 but I had, so that was ironed out. It was no big deal. That was not home warranty's fault that was the company that came out to do the service. But the second time it went through, it was flawless. It was just like I made my claim. It came out and fixed it. Everything was fine. Now, the third claim was for my air conditioner. Here in Texas, the temperatures have gotten up as high as 107 and it was very hot. I called it in and they said they would get back to me and I didn't hear anything. So I called back again and they said "well, you should be hearing something from them today or tomorrow"
