The tech was great, but it seems like Home Warranty of America isn't at getting people out to the site. I live outside a large city and it seems like everybody in the large city gets home warranty coverage, but people that live 90 miles away are getting shoddy service. It took 3 weeks for them to send out a tech, which kind of was annoying when you have a leaky water situation.

We were without AC for two full weeks. In South Texas. 100 F. Disaster. Assigned a case manager. Could never get ahold of her. You people need to check your contractors that you assign these claims too. Horrible!

I wasn’t expecting to have to pay almost $2,000 to get my a/c unit replaced. This was under warranty and I still have to pay to get it replaced. I’m very reluctant to refer you to anybody that I know

THEY Did not do anything to get my garage door repaired. I ended up buying new and installing it myself . Nothing that $200, & 4 hours of my time couldn't fix. So they owe me $500.

I have to speak to multiple people in order to get a job done. My hot water was not working so I called, I reported the issue. It took about 48 hours for a company to pick up the service. The company did not come out, I called the company. I left a text message for the company. They did not respond so I called Home Warranty of America back and they reassigned the issue to another company. That new company did come out about a day and a half to two days later. Meanwhile, I'm without hot water for more than 7 days, more than 14 days actually. So right now I'm waiting for that company to come and make the repair. I'm in the process right now, waiting. I still don't have hot water.

Completely dissatisfied. A $75 service fee for $30 labor is a great business idea! Never recommend this company to anyone. I would suggest saving your money and time by not involving HWA.
