Their staff is well trained and they explained & helped me in choosing best plan according to my budget and need. Whenever i have faced issue they solved it fast , they just ask for important documents and thats it.

OK experience. I have been with them for a couple of years and have needed to use them twice. Both times, they sent pretty subpar contractors who took forever to do the job. They did end up covering the cost, but I had to pay a $100 deductible each time. And in both cases, the jobs were not done well, so the contractors had to come back. I would say that they need to work with better contractors.

My $8,000 wolf oven broke down and they gave me a $500 gift certificate for Lowe's, which doesn't pay for anything. Maybe the electrical cord to my oven. Horrible.
