The first time I had a little issue the with the company saying I didn't pay them they're $75 but I had, so that was ironed out. It was no big deal. That was not home warranty's fault that was the company that came out to do the service. But the second time it went through, it was flawless. It was just like I made my claim. It came out and fixed it. Everything was fine. Now, the third claim was for my air conditioner. Here in Texas, the temperatures have gotten up as high as 107 and it was very hot. I called it in and they said they would get back to me and I didn't hear anything. So I called back again and they said "well, you should be hearing something from them today or tomorrow"

When I did have to call in, they were there even on the holiday, so it did pretty good. On Memorial Day they came for my A/C unit. It wasn't getting cold.

Would give zero if I can. WORST COMPANY. My water heater broke 3 weeks ago, agreed to pay $535 for my copay. 3 weeks after of no status updates, I asked for the status of my claim and they said I have to pay $1200 in order for my water to be replaced now.

1 is TOO HIGH. After having service nearly 3 years, HWA now wants to deny basically every claim we file. Worse yet, the customer service reps are worse than useless and the "supervisors "are hostile, non responsive, and just plain rude. Run from this sinking ship.

Horrible company! File a claim on pool pump, it been almost 3 months and nothing been done. Took 2 months for claim to be assign, and 3 weeks later to tell me it’s been reassigned again and I have to wait.f do not use this company

They had an inadequate number of vendors for a rural area. And when they say to get your own vendor. The requirements for that vendor are obsessive with pictures and documentation and a bunch of crap. I’ve used it twice once I had since I moved to the thhis house, and it’s terrible every time it’s the same thing.

I didn't like that the technician service appointment was scheduled for 6 days later. This was an air conditioning issue with daily temperatures over 100 degrees. I cancelled the service request and fixed it myself.

I’ve had a claim a hint about my air conditioning unit since July 1st. It’s august 22nd and I still have NO AIR!! I have 3 kids in my home and I’m having to rent hotel rooms on hot days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

They would let your family melt rather than take a few hours to review your claim. Thousands of dollars spent being displaced from my house and zero good reason for it to take so long to get approved. Totally awful customer care.

I had 2 air conditioner claims and both were scheduled 5 days out. We had to service it ourselves on the 2nd time due to high temperatures. We paid for service ourselves and HWA will not consider paying us back. That’s so disappointing. I think some sort of allowance should be made. I will not renew my warranty or recommend them to any one.

They will do everything they can to delay or not pay out certain warranty claims. The quality of their customer service is horrible. No matter how many times you try to explain a situation to them they simply repeat the same thing over and over. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

It’s July 7th still no AC put the claim in on June 24th. Just excuse after excuse thinking no contractors want to work for this company. Good luck I will be canceling after this claim is done third claim in a row on two homes rather just pay and find my own contractor.

These people don’t cover anything. It’s like paying for house insurance and when it’s time to rebuild after a disaster, they tell you they only cover the cost of the nails. Their case managers are rude and just want to talk over you. Believe the negative reviews. They are not even deserving on 1 star. You will waste money with this company.
