Julia was very helpful for my last claim. She was matter of fact, to the point, but most importantly, she knew her stuff. When I told her what my issue with my garbage disposal was, she knew right away that it had to be replaced and 3 days later, without even sending a technician to look at the problem Liberty fully replaced my garbage disposal.

Liberty does a great job of making things easy. I reached out to them last week because my oven all of a sudden stopped heating. They sent someone out to my house 3 days after I filed the claim and they had my oven back up and running in under an hour. Very nice experience so far.

We were very pleased with the work that Liberty did for us this time. They helped source a rare part replacement for our ancient dryer, and got it delivered within a few days. Repairs went relatively quickly, and what surprised me the most is that the technician knew a work around for a part replacement which was discontinued. Really impressed.

She really went above and beyond to source a service provider in my area and as a result, found one who came out to our home within just a couple of hours and he was able to fix our dryer! I was initially skeptical about the home warranty product as a whole; however, we used our warranty twice within two months after purchasing our home and have had a very positive experience both times. One claim was for plumbing and the other was for 2 AC compressors that needed to be replaced. Both times the process was stress-free.

Technically the leak fell outside the lines of coverage but Jonathan responded promptly, made an exception and was very courteous on the phone.
