They offered me a great replacement washing machine or a cash out payout that seemed fair. I went with the replacement because the price I saw for it when I shopped was like double. They made the entire process easy and fast–I got the new washing machine installed in two weeks.

We made a claim for our water heater. Technician arrived the next day and then came back 3 days later with the replacement water heater. All expenses were covered by Liberty Home Guard. Very positive experience, especially compared with my past home warranty company.

I've been a satisfied customer of Liberty for over 3 years, and have recommended them to other home owners who needed a home warranty. They’ve repaired 3 appliances of mine in the last year alone and also were able to get one of my air conditioning units fixed this past July in the middle of the heatwave with a two day turn around. They’ve been miracle workers for me and my family.

Liberty’s claim process, at least speaking for myself, has been stress free. I reached out to them when I noticed water leaking under my sink, and was lucky to get Allen to help me. He did great and got me assigned with a skilled plumber who made an appointment and came to my house the very next day. It took the guy maybe 20 minutes to fix the issue and he took care to clean the floor when he was done. I am really happy we went with Liberty. Their attention to detail and commitment to consistently providing quality service has not gone unnoticed.

Danelfy was delightful when we had to file our last claim. Liberty paid for the job completely and the service was white glove. Contractor called us ahead of time, scheduled based on our preferences, arrived on time, and fixed the issue in one visit. Just recently, my dishwasher had an issue, and their contractor fixed it promptly. This warranty has saved me from a ton of unexpected expenses and truly provided peace of mind.

When my pool heater wasn’t working and needed repair, I called Liberty and they sourced us a pool repair specialist immediately. He was great. Very friendly, came at the appointed time, and did not seem to struggle at all in repairing the item. The guy was very cool and calm throughout the entire job, even though it was in the low 90’s that day and he worked in the sun for about 2 hours. On my end, it was a stress-free experience and now we’re able to enjoy our pool again. Thank you for handling this issue for us Liberty.

I recently faced an issue with my oven where it had some weird code displayed and would not heat up. Frankly, I had no idea what to do. Thankfully, Liberty did. I called their lines and spoke with a really knowledgeable representative, whose name I believe was Ryan. He actually helped me troubleshoot and was able to get the code issue fixed and my oven working again, all by instructing me over the phone. The knowledge and quality of their reps definitely impressed me. They saved me the deductible and the hassle of scheduling an appointment with a repairman. Nice initiative on their part.

When a leak started flooding my basement, Liberty Home Guard got me a plumber within the hour (at around 9pm no less!) I have to commend their team, who wasted no time in finding me a plumber. The rapid response and quality of service from the plumber surpassed my expectations of the quality of a home warranty company. My basement is in good order and the restoration was not too bad because of the quick action by Liberty’s agents and plumber.

One day, my AC system just couldn’t get the house cooler than 78 degrees. Ryan from Liberty Home Guard was excellent in facilitating help and arranging for a repairman to fix the issue. He arranged for a repair on the spot while we were on the call and the repairman arrived at my house the next morning. I’m happy to report that my air conditioning is now working better than ever. This service contract has been a lifesaver for us.

The outlets in our master bedroom were not working so we filed a claim with Liberty through their customer app. The experience was actually very smooth. We got an update via text message about our appointment with an electrician. The electrician arrived at the appointed time, fixed the issue, cleaned the area and left. Liberty covered the entire cost and handled the entire process. I found the experience to be much less stressful than finding professionals and scheduling them myself.

Liberty Home Guard solved our problem within such a short period of time we were floored. When we had Cinch, it would take them weeks just to get a contractor out for an initial visit. With Liberty our claims are entirely being resolved within days, and even one claim was resolved within the same day, so hours in that instance. It is the first well run home warranty operation I have come across, and I’m happy I’ve moved my business over to them.

Our furnace was acting up and has been intermittently problematic. I was worried Liberty would refuse us coverage because it was our second time filing a claim on the item. My concerns were unfounded, they sent out a repairman the next day and they applied the coverage limit to the payout, saving us thousands of dollars. I was positively surprised by the entire experience. I can and do recommend this home warranty company to all.

I’m writing this review to share my very positive experience that I just had with Liberty Home Guard. When I filed a claim through their app, they responded super fast. A fantastic rep, Nashla reached out and took some more details regarding the issue we were having with our Air conditioning system. She helped us by ensuring the repairman got to our house within a day. Luckily, it was a simple fix and the unit is up and running. We’re thankful to Nashla and Liberty for their good work here.

After the first claim, I looked around to see what it would have cost retail and it felt like we had already made back the money we spent on premiums–all in just 40 days of having the policy. We're definitely enthusiastic to see how the rest of the year goes, and hopefully LHG will continue to provide outstanding service and if so, we'll definitely renew and probably upgrade our plan next year.

Smart and reliable team that takes initiative. Whenever I have had an issue they’ve always jumped at the opportunity to handle it for me. Even for things that are outside of coverage. For example our barbecue wouldn’t turn on, even though it wasn’t part of my policy they still sent a handyman to help us out. Their service is awesome. I strongly recommend them.

Liberty Home Guard provided us with outstanding service on our last claim. Our water heater broke and we called them around 1 pm. A technician was at our house three and a half hours later. He diagnosed the water heater and recommended replacement, which Liberty agreed with. 2 days later, we had a brand new Rheem water heater installed in our home. with a tech arriving at 4:30. By far the best home warranty plan that I have ever had.

The plumber that Liberty Home Guard most recently sent was fantastic. He fixed my kitchen sink really quickly and then of his own accord went around the house to check the others to make sure none of those sinks’ parts needed tightening or any other adjustment. Also, during the course of checking everything he cleaned each sink, and the pipes underneath, leaving them cleaner than he got them. If you’re someone that only wants to deal with the highest quality service professionals, then the only home warranty in my view that can meet that high bar is Liberty Home Guard.

I don’t remember all their names but I’ve never spoken with anyone there who gives me the run around or tries to shirk their responsibilities. All but one of my repairs were fully covered by Liberty and that one uncovered one, they paid out half the cost as a courtesy, still saving me money. Thank you!

Over the past 3 years I’ve submitted 5 claims with them. I’ve had 2 of those claims take longer than two weeks. One was for a full Air Conditioning replacement and I saved about $2,000 on that because of Liberty. The other was for our refrigerator and the unit was backordered. Besides for those 2 claims taking longer than I would have liked, the other 3 claims were not only covered but also all handled within 4 days. Even though they don’t have a perfect record I’m still giving them a positive review here because I know they’re a company that gives a darn about their customers.

About 45 minutes after that conversation, he called me back letting me know that they were actually able to get a heating technician out to my home that very same day due to another job being rescheduled. The technician showed up on time and did good work. He took care of the terrible noise we were experiencing and explained to us how we can avoid it happening again in the future. 5/5. I sincerely appreciate all that you do and have done for me and my home.

I spoke with Lauren who handled my last two claims. She is both dependable, very smart, and always easy to communicate with. Submitting a claim is quite easy with Liberty, and in these past two cases, she responded very quickly. The last claim was for a pipe that was clogged and Liberty had the entire job done in about 40 hours. Based on my last two experiences, I'd highly recommend getting a coverage plan with Liberty.

I was delighted with the service Liberty provided for the claim I submitted about a week ago. My bathtub was leaking and they had a plumber at my house the next day. He did a phenomenal job fixing the leaking pipe and he seems to have completely resolved the issue. I did not appreciate how helpful a home warranty could be but now that I needed them and they stepped up, I can confidently recommend Liberty as the top choice.

Last time I filed a claim, I had someone at my door within 48 hours fully prepped with all spare parts. I know because the control board needed to be replaced (according to the tech) but he said that Liberty already gave him all the information about the unit so he knew what components to bring, again this is what the technician told me. It is always a breath of fresh air to work with a company that takes their clients’ needs seriously and solves problems.

I am delighted with how the recent repair of my oven went. I submitted the claim because it was not heating up. The customer service agent asked me a few questions and three hours later a repairman was at my house to take a look. He said he brought a bunch of spare parts and he was able to switch the heating element out right then and there. Within 4 hours of calling Liberty, even though my oven was experiencing a major issue, they had it up and running perfectly again. Well done.

Customer service team is polite and respectful. They process claims quickly and cover claims fairly, which is infinitely more than I can say of the past two home warranty companies I’ve had. I’ve had one claim that went uncovered, which was understandable because the issue began before the policy started. Otherwise the claims have been covered.

When I called to register a claim because under my sink was leaking, I got on with a representative named Michelle who was very competent. She asked me a few questions and took detailed notes, which I know she did because the plumber who arrived actually told me that he knew everything he needed about the issue without asking me anything because he had such detailed notes from the “intake rep”. The whole claim took two days to resolve, which in my experience, is extremely fast for a home warranty company. Thank you Liberty Home Guard!

We have been loyal customers of Liberty Home Guard and are on our fourth year after renewing our policy three times. We’ve submitted about a dozen claims and while not all were perfect, or covered for that matter, I can confidently recommend them. First off, compared to other home warranty companies the difference is night and day. They process claims quickly, again generally, and they almost always have saved us money on the work they’ve facilitated. I think to date, we’ve saved over $6,000 since signing up. Their policy definitely has value to me and my family.

Once I submitted my claim through the portal, Simon called me right away and asked me a few follow up questions to get a clearer understanding on the issue we were having with our refrigerator. Once we were done, she told me that the repairman would be at our house the next day. As promised, the repairman came on time and fixed the issue on that first visit. The repair was covered in full so outside of our deductible we did not have to come out of pocket.

Another claim handled well by Liberty Home Guard. They replaced my Oven but it broke again (I think because of the wiring in my home). But when it needed to be replaced agin, not only did they cover it but they sent an electrician to check the wiring and also covered that work. Easy to use service and no nonsense with their coverage, which is why I’m giving them five stars.

Within two hours of speaking with Liberty Home Guard’s customer service agent Brian, their technician arrived at our home. We absolutely did not expect it to go that fast, in fact we were away and the technician politely waited around for 15 minutes for us to get back home, after he called us to let us know he arrived. He took care of our dryer in that first visit. Definitely a positive claims experience with them.

I spoke with Lily who was somewhat helpful and I’m grateful she got me on with Lorraine, her supervisor who was able to help be get my claim expedited.
