The tech was great, but it seems like Home Warranty of America isn't at getting people out to the site. I live outside a large city and it seems like everybody in the large city gets home warranty coverage, but people that live 90 miles away are getting shoddy service. It took 3 weeks for them to send out a tech, which kind of was annoying when you have a leaky water situation.

I wasn’t expecting to have to pay almost $2,000 to get my a/c unit replaced. This was under warranty and I still have to pay to get it replaced. I’m very reluctant to refer you to anybody that I know

THEY Did not do anything to get my garage door repaired. I ended up buying new and installing it myself . Nothing that $200, & 4 hours of my time couldn't fix. So they owe me $500.

I have to speak to multiple people in order to get a job done. My hot water was not working so I called, I reported the issue. It took about 48 hours for a company to pick up the service. The company did not come out, I called the company. I left a text message for the company. They did not respond so I called Home Warranty of America back and they reassigned the issue to another company. That new company did come out about a day and a half to two days later. Meanwhile, I'm without hot water for more than 7 days, more than 14 days actually. So right now I'm waiting for that company to come and make the repair. I'm in the process right now, waiting. I still don't have hot water.

This company is nearly impossible to get in touch with and will not return your calls. They left my house in shambles with live wires hanging out of the walls and attic insulation all over the ground.
