It takes too long to get service and there are unexpected costs based on what's not covered under "terms and conditions." I have the repairs done because otherwise I lose my $100 copayment. Not worth the money.

Coverage for Air Conditionaing systems is horrible. They barely covered half of the cost then only covered 1/3 of the labor cost when the new systems they approved FAILED 4 months later,

I'm disappointed that HWA has decided to put a Band-Aid on my A/C unit instead of fixing it. The A/C guy said it will probably last to the end of the season.

Over priced, terrible customer service. Left my home with out a washer and dryer for almost 6 weeks because they refused to have a breaker overnighted. American Home Shield is way better go there!
