I went all most a month with out AC the contractor was using text messages in stead of call so I all ways noticed late so I ended up spending money on a window unit and when the contractor finally came out it was raining and RS so the next day I spent money out of my own pocket to have my AC fixed it's a 24 year old system I spend more money on fixing it and it's not cost worthy I asked the contractor wouldn't not be better to replace it he responded by saying it's not up to him he made absolutely no effort and I instill paid the 75 dollars and got no receipt

Excellent service. I have called at least once a year and usually get technicians that are able to come within a day. The only time it has taken longer was A/C service in mid-July because there are so many calls at that time.

It's a valuable insurance to have; meaning we can feel safe that appliances &c. will be repaired or replaced. When our a/c went out it was repaired within 24 hours at minimal cost. When our central heating failed, a new one was installed.

Efficient and effective to my home needs. I call them and gave them my information for what needed to be fix. My air conditioner was fix and it was simple fix with the knowledge of the guys who fix the problem. We were very happy to get air and didn't have to pay a arm and a leg for repairs. Because they are good, but they need to work on their communication with each other and with their clients. I say this because, a team member forgot to schedule our appointment, until I called to follow up with them on it. Also, we were given a 12:00-5:00 window, and next thing I know, the technician was ringing my doorbell at 10:30 in the morning. He informed me that he was told by First America Home Warranty that he can come early, but I was never notified or contacted to ok that.

Base on my experience on they services. Customer service help you to solve the problem by contacting the proper company to fix the issue. Works the way I beleive a warranty company should. Submit a request, the request to paid. This has not happened for me with other warranty companies. There was always a "fine print" issue that caused a problem. Not with First American.

the online app is good enough to rely on that your service needs will be looked on to by their pprofessionals and they will get some service tech company to contact you. unfortunately, not all service companies like GE have good hard working technicians like that of the excellent service of Appliance Tech Now. GE service Tech are lazy and want to get easy contracts only.

They are very quick to assign a vendor and thier communication is very good. You get an email with the name of the service company assigned along with a phone number. And they follow up after the service company does the work to see how they did.

I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I've used it multiple times. It was repaired very well. Three different toilets and the AC twice. They fixed everything very efficiently. My AC actually works better now than it did when I moved in.

Our air conditioner was out so I called and they had somebody there within a day to get that fixed and I just payed the service fee and all was well. There's been times when I could use a little more follow up. They're usually very responsive and it's reasonably priced.

They've always taken good care of us. We've had to use it several times. We needed the garage door worked on and we needed the plumbing worked on. I can't even remember all the things that we've had done, but they've always sent somebody out who took care of the problem.

Their online request for service is exceptional and the vendors that I have to do the repairs are always exceptional as well. Just recently, about 2 weeks ago, I needed to use my warranty and I put the request in early that morning and the workers came and did the repairs before one o'clock that same day. The service is exceptional.

They follow through. They actually checked with me a couple times every time I've had an issue with fixing something. Just recently, I had to use it for a hot water heater and they fixed it within 2 days. They follow through to make sure that I'm happy with the work.

They are very helpful. Anytime I use the warranty, I always get the help from the company. They always call me in a very timely fashion and the work gets done. The only thing I would ask is that they could look into their coverage and see if they can cover just a few more things that they don't necessarily cover.

We've had several claims. We had issues mostly with the contractors but every time we reach out to first American they've handled all the issues fairly quickly and respectfully. They take time to listen to our concerns and make sure the contractors are doing their jobs.

I have been with them for over 10 years now. I've stayed with them because of their reliability. My AC went out. It was a bad battery and they fixed it within 3 to 4 days and I was very pleased. A lot of times they use their computers when assigning work orders. I would like to choose those places that have a higher rating so a lot of times I'll ask them if they could relook who they are sending the work order too and a lot of times they will do that. Maybe they should look at the ratings because there are some they have recommended that have been at like a 2 or a 1.

I work in real estate, so I have been around home warranties for a long, long time, and I've just found that First American has the best service with the best response time when there is a problem. I have used them for years. Every now and then we have trouble getting something to happen quickly but most of the time they're very responsive. It gives me peace of mind, especially with an older home, that they'll come and make repairs or replace things if necessary.

We've kind of used it a lot of times, I had a water leak and a few electrical issues, and they were quick in sending someone out. They're professional. The only negative thing is when I get a service provided that can't do the work and it seems like the should come up with an alternative vendor when that type of thing happens.

After reviewing warranty options online, I found First American Home Warranty. They've always been responsive to my needs. Sometimes they take longer than I wanted to get service, but generally I've been very pleased. I've had a number of problems with my dryer. In each case they don't have a specific agent and they've authorized me to find my own. Then I'm quickly reimbursed for any cost.

I used the warranty twice once for the water heater leaking. They came and replaced the water heater then told me they needed to do some upgrades to bring the water heater up to code. I had to pay extra for that then they said they needed to install a pressure regulator because my water pressure was too high and so there was another service charge for that. Another time they repaired an electrical problem I had in a very short time. It's hard to get through to them but when you do I think they are pretty customer focused.

Overall, I am pleased with the service provided. I appreciate the flexibility to request a cash out, versus having an appliance repaired. The added benefit of having the option to take a cash out so that I can upgrade my appliance when it has been deemed unrepairable.

There is always room for improvement but they seem to get somebody out there quickly and they have a good quality of supplier and the work always seems to be high quality. One of their plumbers we had problems with, it was very difficult to work with and First American was good and intervened and we got the work completed finally.
