I'm really very pleased with the service I've received with Choice Home Warranty. I've had 2 claims so far and they were resolved in a timely manner, and the vendors are superb. They communicated they received claim, gave claim number, gave updates on locating a vendor for the job. Once found gave time of service and all the vendors info. Put my mind at ease with all the information and communication via text, and email.

I had two calls so far. The dryer could not be fixed and a gift card was issued for Lowes, however, the amount for a replacement was only $388.00, which is not enough for a new dryer. I was very disappointed. The second one call was for a washer, which was repaired. It was my understanding that if an appliance could not be repaired, it would be replaced,not half replaced.

I disliked the fact that I had to wait over 2 weeks for service to my heating and air conditioning . The problem was no one in my area to fix the unit, but overall they did fix it and I was pleased. I would recommend Choice to all, as I have been with them for about 10 years maybe longer. I have had about 7 calls for service and it has been about 50/50 for repairs made to my satisfaction or they have replaced such things as hot water heater, garbage disposal, washing machine and microwave over the stove . I have already recommended Choice to family members and friends as I have had nothing but positive experiences with them

Choice Home Warranty.....You hardly ever talk to a rep they want you to do everything online. Most of the time from the time you submit a ticket until it gets assigned is taking over a week. Over two weeks for Air conditioner in the middle of summer. Three weeks just to get my cloths washer fixed.

I have two Minisplit a/c units. One was repaired then the other had the same problem identical and they denied second unit based on they said they should not have repaired the first on with same problem. They are pitiful. If they should not have repaired the first one then they wouldn’t have. They blamed it on the company they themselves recommended. First unit repaired is working fine. Never buy choice home warranty.

it looks like Choice picked Sears to come fix our AC unit. they pushed the date out till Oct 12th that was unacceptable, my wife and my self are 75 yrs old and I just got out of hospital the day before I filled the claim. I call Choice and your CS person told me to call Sears to move up the date. Sears said they could not. We would have been without AC for over 15 days with no AC. Reported my bedroom section of my central AC was out August 06, 2024. As of today September 06 2024 ( 1 Whole Summer Month) my unit is still no repaired. I have made dozens of telephone calls and spent hours on the phone with Choice. I reported this nightmare to the BBB and am thinking of going legal. I called at least 4 times to stop service due to the property being sold. But each time I called I was placed on hold then disconnected, placed in the queue. Then disconnected promised a call back. Never received it. The only reason I can come up with is to collect more payments since I'm on auto pay. Maybe this review will get someone to call me. I'm going to terminate the service.

Dislike they use loop holes in their contract to not pay for repairs . They always side with the repair technician even though there was proof that the repair technician made a mistake and was hoping we didn’t catch it , so that way they would have to send out another technician or just deny the claim so they don’t have to pay for it and leave me , the customer with a broken washer . They are not a good company. They do not follow through and do not suppose their customers. We went 23 days without hot water and the only thing they would say is “please give us more time to find someone. We understand your frustration.” I don’t think they have any grasp of what customer service really means or just how much it costs to shower outside or at a truck stop. They are the WORST! Sure took my premiums though. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD!!!
