They've always been right there for us any time we have had to use them. They're very friendly and they're just very very professional. I used it recently on my air conditioner. My experience with the guy they sent out was awesome. He addressed the problem immediately, no questions asked. He took care of the problem with no issues. Every time they have sent someone out, they've just been very professional and have addressed the problem immediately.

Choice responded quickly to my claim (A/C broke down in 104 degree weather) and scheduled service call. The issue I had was the repair company Choice used. The repairman showed up as scheduled and was professional and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem, told me he was going to get approval to repair my A/C and would be back the next day or day after. Three days later, I tried calling repair company for a status but they would answer their phone and their voicemail was full. Send electronic message to Choice and received a response and they scheduled the repairman to come two days later. In all, it took one week for my A/C to be repaired. It was a simple repair - replacing a fan motor. Choice could use a better repair company.

I've had a yearly Choice Home Warranty since 2021 but had never placed a claim. Then in Nov'25, I upgraded to a 3 1/2 yr coverage plan, which was more advantageous for me. Shortly after, I finally needed to file a claim for plumbing problems. Because of different issues, it took about 1 1/2 months to get everything resolved, including following up to get reimbursed for replacement of my bathroom faucet. Sent receipt for item and check, including tax, being sent which should be received within 30 days. Hopefully, I won't experience any other problems requiring another claim to be placed soon!

I have been a customer since I was given a year’s service as a gift. I am in my 4th year now and have been pleased with each technician who has come to my home. I’ve placed requests by phone for repairs to a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a furnace. The appliances are old, but were quickly repaired. When I needed help with getting my dryer repaired the process was user friendly. I input my information and needs, I got a response with in 30 minutes telling who the contractor would be and the day and time to expect him. Later in the week he arrived as promised and diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

The service person was on time. Diagnosed the issue and proceeded to complete the repairs needed quickly . When pulling the dishwasher out, he took his time to protect the flooring from being scratched or damaged when moving it to be worked on, and when replacing it back in its spot.

We've had to make several claims, three (3) for our refrigerator, and two (2) for our dishwasher, and CHW always comes through. It's so darn easy to make a claim. One of the claims for our refrigerator, it needed a new board, and CHW quickly approved the repair. I highly recommend CHW.

orginally i thought it was a good idea; but I never use it for the first 2 years of a 5 yr deal. When i realized that i could have used it when my furnace and heat pump went out and had to be replaced I tried to get them to help. they said it was to late to turn in a claim. $13000 mistake. Later I contacted them about a dish washer after 2 months they found a repairman who came and looked at it. He reported back that it would be cheaper to replace than repair. Choice depreciated it and paid me like $ 185 towards a new one. So i went out and bought a new one $600. gave the old one to a recycler. A year later that old dishwasher that was to costly to repair was being used by someone , they had never had it repaired and it was still working. (bad advice from repairman) $400 dollar mistake. That same repairman fixed my icemaker before he got a mile down road it quit working. However last month i called and reported the icemaker problem and a problem with my microwave within a week a repairman scheduled and looked at both appliances. He is trying to find parts for the icemaker and did repair the microwave. For that thank you choice home repair

I was told I would get a knowledgeable and qualified plumber. Well the plumber never showed up when he said he would and with waiting 4-5 days, Choice told me to get my own plumber which I did. he came the day I called and put in a new water heater the next day which was Jan. 2nd and You approved his estimate and I have yet to see the check from you for the labor.

Contractors have 5 to 7 hour appointment time window. That's too long. A recent claim was marked closed when the repair had not been completed. Left messages in update message window saying the work not completed but no response until I called customer service. The first time I called I was told I could hand you and receive a call back. A while day went by with no call back. Customer service said I have an appointment this Friday but the contractor has not confirm.

I referred a friend to Choice Home warranty and the technician deemed his washing machine needed replaced and you warranted him only 409 dollars for replacement! I can't think of anywhere you can get one for that! I just ask that you treat him right! It puts my reputation on the line being I referred him to you!

EYEBEE came to my home for the oven repair. The gent said he would have to arrange for a second person to come with him. he said that he would go get the part. then call as to when he would be back. I have not heard from him. I called and Emailed EYEBEE to see what the status was, NO reply as of this date. It took them three tries to arrive on the 15th of Jan. THey had car trouble on the second try, that I could understand and then the cold and snow. Bur the short of it is that a get no reply from them. The 75 for the visit has been paid.

I have found that only 2 out of 6 claims that I submitted were covered. The other 4 claims were denied because it didnt cover an intermittent problem on the stove. They said my dishwasher frame was warped and not usual wear and tear, My dryer was a vent problem, not a dryer problem, even though the vent is part of the dryer system. They would not cover the claim when my kitchen sink literally fell from the granite countertop. I have been very disappointed in this home warrenty. They did not call or write back when I appealed each of these decisions. My appeal was completely ignored.

We thought this company would be helpful. The most recent plumber sent to fix our toilet was great. However in the past we have been sent service people who were lazy and didn’t really solve the problem. Our biggest issue is our sprinklers. We put in a request to have them fixed. We were sent a gardener who said the issue was beyond his expertise and we needed a SPRINKLER TECHNICIAN. We asked for one and were sent a plumber who said the issue was beyond his expertise and we needed a SPRINKLER TECHNICIAN. I think we were sent another plumber. We put the issue aside because it was winter and we weren’t using the sprinklers, but we still need a SPRINKLER TECHNICIAN

The company they contacted to replace my hot water heater still charged me $455 after the $100 deductible so I had to pay $555 total. What’s the purpose of having a warranty and the company forgot to hook the gas line up properly I smelled gas for 3 days then when they came out to fix that they forgot to relight the water heater I had to pay someone to come light it. Not amazing

They were trying to come out to address the issue that should've been handled by the warranty and get paid as a side job. The issue fell into the scope of our coverage. Most things are good customer service is friendly. Trying to get service in my area is difficult but when they finally do find a rep to come they are professional and timely. Although it takes a while. I was out of heat for almost 3 weeks during a very cold snap. I still have not had a microwave and it has been going on since October. They needed to send out a rep who looked at it made his repair details for them a second time to say they will reimburse me for buying a new one. I requested a check and I am still waiting for it.

What I like about choice home warranty was the quick service that I got on the phone but in reality the service that I got from the technician was very lacking. The gentleman never showed up when he was supposed to and then he was late when he finally did show up and it's been a few months now and I still don't have the electric hook up to my stove or my kitchen or whatever else needs fixed. He was supposed to be here on December 30th and he said he called me but there's no record of him calling me so I have no idea what's up but I do like choice home warranty because they live up to their promises and I am very thankful that I got them I also do hope to see my technician very soon like he said he would be here.

The review is more based on the undependable service of the service provider assigned to repair my refrigerator He missed one appointment and failed to let me know he was sick, and then no showed to more scheduled appointments, Tech was was very nice and when he finally showed up de the work quickly and to date seem refrigerator is working ok. Your sales person lied to me to get a sale. I was deceived into thinking you would get me service within two days or be there if there is a problem. Once you assigned my claim to Whirlpool, you immediately changed the claim to complete. Whirlpool sent a text but did not have a technician out for a week. After part was ordered and received, they still did not have a technician scheduled to install parts. As long you are selecting Whirlpool for appliance claims your customers are waiting at least two weeks to get service. Your online chat did not provide me any help. Please change this feedback rating to a zero. I did not put this word "Amazing!' in this block. That is very deceiving.
