Available contractors are insufficient! We have 2 properties covered in 2 different states and we have yet to have a smooth experience where the needed repair is covered and repaired in a timely manner. We have had to use out of network contractors several times, requiring a huge amount of time and effort on our part for scheduling and requesting reimbursement. Additionally, the customer service experience has been terrible. I was hung up on by a "supervisor". Reps are impatient, not helpful, push off responsibility, and are not invested in the customer outcome. Too many cooks in the kitchen.

Great service overall and easy to call in or submit online for a work order. My one issue is simple: I have a trusted A/C company which services my A/C every 6 months, they are on the list of 2-10 contractors (2-10 actually dispatched them out years ago and we’ve kept them ever since), however, when I submit new service requests, that will not allow me to use the ONE company which I trust. I dropped 2-10 on my other properties because of this issue… fix it please… I keep using every platform to effect change and no one is listening. Other home warrant companies provide this option.
