The worse home warranty ever!!! They take claims but will find a contractor that is never available they don't contact you in a reasonable time it will be 2-3 days later after your claim has been filed then the contractors will take another 2-3 days before they even make it out to your home.... Very bad communication and very bad business....

You cant have a refrigerator loaded with food go out Thursday night. Then have someone call Friday afternoon to tell you he can come out Monday or Tuesday. I'm not sure what is happening with 2-10 but I will keep writing bad reviews with good reviews.

The worst company to ever work with. I turned in a claim 2 MONTHS AGO about my water heater. I just had surgery and it’s depressing not to have water to shower with. I would never recommend this company to anyone. RUN FAR AWAY!!

I have been waiting on a review to get my air-conditioning fixed for a month. They will not do a call back and it takes them over an hour to answer your call. They contractor has even tried and no answer or call back. It has been almost a month now. I don't understand why?

we requested services for our air-condition on 7/1/24 up until now nothing has been done and begged them that we had an elderly mother living with us. We paid 2-10 warranty for 5 years now, Im very disappointed. It just shows that they dont care at all for their customers and no compassion for our elderly folks.
